Eduardo was great!! He listened to where I wanted the focus on, and he did a great job taking away the stiffness from my shoulders and neck due to hours in front of the computer. I'd definitely go see him again.

The service is okay. They aren’t mean or rude but you can feel they will only talk for having customers buying more massage or facials. The massage room is very tiny and hot. It’s even humid. The oxygen level is very low in the room. Not relax at all. I’ve been to many massage places and this one is the worst. The masseuse was alright. I like her. Also, I got a $129.95 girt card for a massage or a facial. I used it for massage but it’s not worth since you can pay just $89.95 for a massage.

The employees here are a joke, full of it. Not constant with service and no compensate at all.. bad management and who gave us The treatment, do not talk to us, was rude, kind of don't know much about what she was doing

I absolutely love Hand and Stone … Carly is my girl. She is the best massage therapist i have ever had. One time after seeing her i had to sleep in my car for over a hour before i could drive home . She’s just THAT good ❤️

I always have a wonderful experience, I've been going here for over a year and I can genuinely say I have never once had an unpleasant experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, everyone from the reception to the masseuses to the other guests are always pleasant. I absolutely recommend coming at least once to check it out.

I have more bad experiences than good here. I have shown up to an apt for them to tell me the therapist called in that day. A heads up would have been nice. Another time I arrived for an apt and the therapist called to say they were going to be late and they needed to cancel. 2 days ago the therapist was running behind, although I was seen, my time was shorted. The facial therapist just want to upgrade you the entire time even if you say you want a the regular one a couple times. At one facial, the therapist had me upgrade- didn't tell me the upgrade price and it ended up being 3 packages plus some . Didn't sit well with me. I canceled my membership. The girls up front are constantly revolving and they don't know how to handle customer service. Really just not a week ran establishment. I have been apologized too when management turned over but the experiences are not great. I would try finding another place to spend your money.

Went in Saturday for facial. I am (was) a member. We arrived early and I asked to use the restroom. The receptionist said "down the hall last one the left". A guy was standing at the end of the hall who also pointed me there. I went in the ladies and the toilet had feces in it. Completely appalled but I needed to use the restroom so reached to flush it. Didn't flush. Went out the door and said to the same guy still standing at the end of the hall "your ladies room is in need of attention. I'm going to use the men's" and he replied, "yeah it's out of order." Ummm, I think at least one of the two people who directed me to it should have said that. I go into the men's bathroom and guess what??! There are feces in that toilet too! For a place that is suppose to be calm and restful it was just a gross experience. I then went to tell the manager and she just looked at me and said "I know. I'm putting a sign up." When I went back for the facial the guy who had been standing at the end of the hall came out and was talking about me in the waiting room and told the manager "I sure hope she gets happier after her facial". My friend was sitting in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. I have cancelled my membership due to the staff, etc.at this and the alliance location (same owners). I have had them cancel us 1.5 hours before appts, schedule me for a 2 hour massage and then when I get into the massage find out the person doesn't even do two hour massages, etc. It's a mess there.

I had called to schedule an appointment for a facial. I arrived early, did my check in, sat and waited. I got undress and ready for my facial when discussing the add on the technician said there must have been a confusion as I didn’t have a membership. I was then told to get dressed because I was at the wrong location and their customer was running late. I called the other location and told them what had happened and they couldn’t wait for me to get there or offer me services at the location I was at. This was so unprofessional. I was really looking forward to the facial and now I was left with no facial. You guys should have more careful when it comes to do the check-ins. There was plenty of time to be informed it was the wrong location.

Been a member for a few years and used to have no problems getting appointments. Now it seems they have oversold memberships and it's very difficult to find an appointment time.

Facial was terrible. She seemed nervous and almost like she was afraid to touch me. She spend 50% of the time just washing my cheeks…and the other half barely touching me. Even the shoulder massage was spent in 1 spot rubbing over and over again. Not relaxing at all. I’ve always been a huge fan of hand and stone but will be avoiding this location. I will mention the girl who did my facial was very sweet, kind and professional. Just didn’t enjoy the lack of touching and pressure.

Great location! Clean, relaxing, and timely. Dean was one of the best therapists I’ve ever booked. Started early and ended right on time. I could tell he really cares for his clients and their comfort! I cannot recommend this location enough.

I called for a treatment almost 200.00 but due to I believe I didn't received what i pay for, I called again for the same treatment...paying the whole price and they gave me total different thing...no recomendatoon..no explanations...I JUST LOST TRUST so decided to go somewhere else

My husband and I come here for couples massages and they are my favorite relaxation. My husband works long hours and is definitely more stiff and the last time we went Keo I believe her name was stretched out his legs and lower back so well he left feeling brand new. I had Heather and she definitely has the magic touch, already looking forward to my next massage.
