The staff was very unprofessional! They confused their clients and decided themselves what their client can get without any advice or explanation even though we’re the one who pay 🙂 Still have another gift card but definitely not going back there after being poorly treated as a customer from the front desk girl who is stressed over her life and put it on the customer! Otherwise the technicians who did my massage and facial are really nice, kind and performed amazing work!

I always have a great experience at the spa itself. There are some therapists that are better than others but all are pretty good. My favorite is Lydia. She is amazing! I have had great massages by her and she is a very sweet person. I would highly recommend getting a massage with Lydia!

My husband threw out his back and wanted to schedule a deep tissue massage with someone he had previously seen. We booked online with that person for later that day - we tried calling 3 times and left a message with no call back within a 4 hour timespan during business hours. He called again in the afternoon to confirm everything and was told that he was now scheduled with a different person. Someone swapped it due to a scheduling conflict that the online booking didn’t catch - however no one called to confirm if that was alright. My husband insisted that he was in pain and asked when the person he had booked with would be available next and was told that he would have to pay the cancellation fee to reschedule. He asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold, then told that they would wave the fee as if it was a favor. After speaking with the person she insisted that the person they switched him to was good at deep tissue so due to his pain he decided to keep the appointment. He showed up and had what he told me was one of the worst massages of his life. The guy didn’t focus on the area they discussed, was not good at deep tissue work, and was burping throughout the session. I feel somewhat bad mentioning this as being gassy isn’t something the guy could have likely helped but it is a bit unprofessional and obviously not enjoyable for the client. When the therapist asked if everything was good my husband was honest with him that he hadn’t hit the spots they discussed. To the therapists credit he offered to try for a few more minutes which was polite but in reality he just wasn’t suited for the task - deep tissue isn’t everyone’s strong suit. The front desk took off the deep tissue charge which is appreciated however this situation should never have took place. If they would have called as soon as there was a scheduling conflict he would have been able to book a time with the person he wanted at a different point in the day - this is something the front desk staff had confirmed when we spoke. If they would have answered the phone at any point before 2pm or called back in response to the message I left them at 9:30am then everything would have been avoided. It’s common practice in this industry that people request and schedule with certain therapist for a reason and switching appointments without confirmation from the client is not a standard practice. To do that and then tell the client that if they want to see the person they booked with they have to pay a fee due to an internal mistake is crazy. One side note I luckily took a screenshot when I booked the appointment with the correct person - I noticed the email confirmation omitted that detail so I at least had proof that we weren’t full of it. I left names out of this comment as to not embarrass or leave a bad review to the actual therapists. In my opinion the guy who massaged my husband likely did his best but just wasn’t a good fit for him so I don’t want him to be blamed for something that was the fault of customer service staff.

My 1st massage I experienced a ln amazing relaxing massage! My sister invited me to do a sister massage, we booked the couples room lol boy did we laugh. We had 2 amazing massage ppl! Brooklyn & Sheena. I was so relaxed, knot free & invested in booking another one. I ended up joining the monthly membership. I absolutely recommend!!

Chloe and Kylie were very great helpers in making sure I had a great experience and did not have any troubles because of them! I appreciate kind people at the front of every hand and stone location and these girls by far were the sweetest of locations!

Is very dissapointed you pay for service you don't received...some girls don't even know well what they do cause my Sister work on that in different state and she knows...is insulting management reply for us to call and they just want to charge us again...good luck

Hannah is one of their best employees! I also highly recommend Evan. The staff was extremely friendly didn’t make me feel rushed and definitely made me feel relaxed!

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Eduardo did my massage and was fantastic. I told him to focus on my upper backs and shoulders and that’s exactly what he did. Emily did my facial and was great. Will definitely be back once I have a babysitter again.

My wife and I were just in there this morning to get our massages that were already booked and paid for when the staff who is very rude said that our carddid not go through and had not been charged since December. This is an ongoing issue with this place here we had asked to see the manager manager came out was very rude and it was not helpful. Also automatically she canceled her membership without even calling us back and saying that the membership was canceled I do not I repeat do not recommend anybody to go to this location here there is one in North Richmond Hills and there’s other locations that you need to That are probably way better than this location so again staff is very rude. Do not set a membership with this company. Canceling is a nightmare and they act like they never received your termination papers and keep charging you with no indication besides your bank account. They then refuse to refund you. Not to mention the only reason I had the membership was because a front desk woman told me I was signing for the service payment I had gotten done that day and signed me up for a membership instead.

I have been coming here for years. I have always received great customer service and phenomenal massages. Ricardo is my go-to massage therapist. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As a wounded veteran, I can appreciate a good massage and a time to relax.

My wife scheduled a facial over the phone and was quoted $80. When she got there and had the service done, they told her that her total would be $200. She immediately questioned this, and they explained that for the upgraded service it was an additional $120. But what she had asked for over the phone was exactly what she got, the girl on the phone misquoted it. They even admitted the girl was new at the front desk and that’s all they could say. We understand mistakes are made through communication. I told them we didn’t even want a credit on the invoice, a gift card for any amount would be great, they refused. We will not be returning to this location.

Some of their beauty technicians and masseuses are great, make sure to ask for the best because they are usually busy. Others are ok. Their service has been pleasant always. It would be better if they did not keep pushing for customers to upgrade and pay more all the time. It can get tiring. Don't get sucked in to their membership unless you absolutely know you need it. This is a luxury, not a need.

This location was wonderful! Johnny was the bomb at his massage. If you have physical difficulties or internal swelling with pain HE IS YOUR GUY! I was so massage drunk I went home, passed out and felt like a new person. Thank yall so much for a great experience. (:
