Sister and I booked a couples massage for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! Could not have a better first time for a massage. Will be visiting here again for any celebrations or just for relaxation!

Got a massage from Javier today and I was a full ball of knots. Tons of pressure, deep tissue and a little stretch lab loosened up all my knots. Towards the end I got a hot towel on my face and it was awesome!! Highly recommend Javier for serious knots.

I've been a member of Hand and Stone for over 3-4 years, and I recently had a facial with Debra. While the facial was just okay, I was disappointed to find out at checkout that she had added a ProClear upgrade without asking me or informing me about the $30 charge. The receptionist mentioned it at the counter, and since I didn’t want to make a scene, I reluctantly paid. However, this "bait and switch" method is not fair, and I know the commission is higher with these so-called "upgrades." As a loyal customer, I expect better transparency and service.

Waste of time and money. “Massage therapist” had 0 knowledge or skills for my “Swedish Massage”. I was so roughly handled my face has a deep red mark an hour later, and my shoulder popped from being pressed so hard. I love a firm deep tissue massage- not someone dousing me in oil and manhandling my skin. 0 muscles were massaged this day, but I sure do have abrasions on my back and a sore shoulder. The final straw was wonky stretches on my knees. Had to get up before he seriously injured me. Reception had 0 cares or awareness- this must be the usual that someone comes out upset, dripping in oil with marks on their face 👀 If you need a massage, book it at a real spa. It’s the same price.

Alie R. Did a wonderful job with my diamond glow facial. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I can tell she has a passion for skin health. She doesn't just talk about the esthetics of skin but the health of your skin and how it is an organ we must take care of. She answered all the questions I had and took the time to get to know about me and my skin before suggesting anything. Because of my dry skin, she suggested we do a hydrating serum in conjuction with the diamond tip exfoliation. She also did some extractions in additon to the classic facial items.

I have been to Hand and Stone in a few locations, so I’m not a newbie. I’m also a former massage therapist and spa director. Anyone who knows me knows that I am super easy to please, and I don’t tend to complain. Although I received a gift certificate for Christmas, I had to wait until yesterday due to surgery I had in the first week of January. It required me to be in a cast and off my feet for at least 8 weeks. I was really anticipating a relaxing “Hot Stone” massage. But I ended up being super disappointed. The therapist I had didn’t seem to care much about what she was doing, nor was she as professional as she could have been. This was not the trademarked Hot Stone massage I’m used, nor were my requests given any regard (like: please don’t touch my foot). And never, ever have I come out of a massage and not had my therapist there to walk me out, *Note to Owner: having to fill out forms orally in the waiting area is awkward. And having a hot, wet Towel put on my face after my massage should be an option. I had make up on because I had errands to run afterward.

Everyone here is very professional. Nice and cleaning environment. One of the best spas I have ever been. My massage therapist Jess is a phenomenal massage therapist. She could find my muscle tension spots and painful areas. I felt much better after the session.

Excellent service! I have a facial every month with Lisette. I’ve never met anyone like her who is passionate and knowledgeable about skin care and the new technology available. The front desk staff are always helpful and professional. Thank you Hand and Stone for helping me distress. ❤️❤️

What an Amazing experience! We went today for a couples massage (first time) and wow, what an experience. From the moment we walked in the front desk staff were engaging and attentive. The venue is very soothing and relaxing with ample waiting space. Kimberly and Ashleigh were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! They were both amazing and attentive to addressing the focus areas we highlighted, while also providing an overall inclusive massage experience for our first visit. The experience made it very easy to sign up for a membership! Thank you all for delivering an Excellent Experience!

I called to schedule a massage for a gift I received and was told the appointment cannot be made without a credit card on file. I asked what for and was told there is a $30 charge for a no show. I was not comfortable with that. Was subsequently told that I can come as a walk-in but there is no guarantee that a spot will be available. That's like forcing my hand to provide my credit card information. I will go as a walk in.

The massage and therapist were great! Unfortunately, how I found them was through a gift card I received call Spa Finder. I even booked my massage through the website. They wouldn’t redeem the gift card even though that’s how I found their business through Spa Finder. They said some the clinics take them and others do not. Very disappointing. They didn’t seem to be super helpful. Definitely do not recommend if you have this gift card.

Went to get a massage on a gift card my amazing neighbor and friend gave me. Tom was phenomenal! Best massage I've ever had. My husband and I will probably get a membership soon.
