The manager Desiree at this location is very unprofessional did not wanna wave my cancelation fee because there was a traffic accident on San Jose causing me to be late Also tried to reschedule but she still wanted to charge me a cancelation fee even though I was still giving her my business whenever go back the place is so unprofessional and they do a lousy massage job

I have been going to this Hand and Stone for over 6 months now. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have received massage therapy for most of my adult life and Talib provides one of the best massages I’ve ever had., I schedule with him regularly. He is both skilled and thorough.

I’ve never had a trigger point massage before, but Lisa is the absolute best. She is sweet as can be and helped me on my personal journey. So thankful to have found her. 5/5 recommend.

Haven't had a massage yet but booked an appointment as present to myself because lemme tell you its been rough lately okkk lol and wanted to leave a pre-emptive review because the booking process was so easy and availability of appts was excellent. I DO NOT book massages with groupon anymore because I tip well for a good experience and I've always been soo disappointed as a Groupon customer. I'm also loyal to my service providers and want to start off on a good foot and not waste money on a groupon. I'm looking forward to this appt and cannot wait! Will update review after appointment :)

I was very excited to try this place out for the first time for a couples massage. I purchased a Groupon voucher and I attempted to schedule an appointment. Once the receptionist learned that I had a Groupon voucher, suddenly, they didn’t have any available appointments… I instantly felt ashamed for even calling, that’s exactly how the receptionist made me feel, less than because I had a Groupon voucher.

Well I did not get to experience the session I paid 2 for. In between my father passing away and dealing with everything. I mixed the dates up and because I did not show up or call to reschedule due to the fact the dates being mixed up.. my session was missed and money and coupon was used to cover the appointment time. Other then that the lady seems to be a sweet heart who I spoke to. She informed me at that point that I needed to call or reschedule . If I would have realized that I had the incorrect date set I definitely would have called .

Do not book. Husband planned massage for my birthday, told me to take off work and get up early. Even had to leave deposit only to get there and be told sorry we have no therapist for you. Can have you deposit back with no consideration for the fact they ruined birthday and waisted day off.

I have been to this location about 3 or 4 times for couple's massage. Never had a bad experience, the massages have always been a great experience but I can see how some have been put off by the front office staff. I will be returning in the near future!

Me and my fiancé get regular massages at this location and have always been treated with the best customer service. Last week I called to schedule a massage appt for tonight. I even received my confirmation text yesterday morning. When I showed up tonight I was met with a completely different experience. The girl at the front desk informed me that I did not have an appt scheduled. When I suggested there was a mistake, she said I didn’t have an appt and blankly stared at me. I even showed her my confirmation text. She didn’t even bother to look at it and proceeded to tell me this was her first day back and “didn’t know what was going on”. That was pretty much all I got from her. I asked to speak to a manager to which she told me they are not available on weekends. She seemed to not really care about my appt being lost or even trying to rectify it. Someone needs to talk to the weekend reception staff about handling these kinds of situations with more class. Sad to say, but her behavior has probably lost them 2 clients, if not more.

This place is falling apart. Love the therapist . I don't like that the manager brings her dog. I'm slightly allergic but besides that I think it's unsanitary. I just can't believe that she hasn't got turned in. And I really don't like how she talks to the the therapist. But that's a whole other conversation. But the one star is for her. Everyone else is great.
