I received a gift card for Hand & Stone and decided on a facial. It was such a great experience and my esthetician, Ashton, did a phenomenal job! Definitely recommend and would gladly go back!

I wish my facial had included more time with extractions. Maybe I should have expressed it in the moment but I feel like there was no conversation around what my concerns were, what I was hoping to get from the facial, etc. in addition, as I was walking in there was a guest walking out that looked extremely distraught. It immediately put me on edge. The front desk staff seemed uncaring and uninterested in explaining services and options to guests.

Plz, go to another location. The customer service here is horrible. I'm sick on bed rest and they won't waive a cancelation fee bc I Don't want to show up and get anyone sick. Kayla the manager there should be exceptions for events like this. Anyway, I will no longer show up at this location I recommend the one on Fulshear they are more understandable and cleaner and new location.

do not go here! this company and their policy is not fair! manager hung up the phone in my face. i was 2 minutes late to my spot due to traffic and asked if my appt could just be shortened 2 minutes and they were very nasty with me! will never get my money ever again! i’ve spent way to much money here.

I had bad experience with the tech Laura . I left the spa feeling uncomfortable and unhappy. I asked to be massage from head to toe ! Unfortunately , tech did not touch my head , palm , fingers , thighs and feet. Even though , we were reviewing my application from the previous location and I emphasize to go over my whole body! I chose first cupping enhancement , but it did not work out for me from the first trial,so I told her to switch to hot stone. It was a waist of the gift card I received $172 . I haven’t even greeted with a warm neck pillow message as I had @ Fulshear location.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to the manager Kayla for taking care of us today. There were some technical issues but she was super patient and helped us out with all our requests! Definitely gained a recurrent customer through your awesome customer service!

Last Friday I went to the gym and tweaked my back. I was in so much pain and knew I needed to go see my go to massage therapist Laura. I called Friday afternoon, and had an appointment scheduled for Sunday. Laura is amazing and this morning I woke up feeling so much better. She explained things I can do at home to help my back and how to prevent future injury. The staff at Hand and Stone Katy is so kind and and truly cares about their customers!!! I’ve already booked my appointment for next month

I used to think I loved this Spa but after speaking to them today I am shocked at their response with little or no effort to remedy the situation. They just confirmed I wasted my money over the years with no proper updates or calls. I am highly disappointed and personally would rate zero if I had that option. I deserved better especially being a member for a long time.

I've been coming to this location for 3 years. Therapist Ashton is amazing. Their customer service is amazing! Edit: The new massage therapist Corey is incredible. After waiting way too long between appointments he made sure every knot was out of my shoulder. I also asked for a quiet appointment. We spoke about needs before the session and after that all I heard was the sounds of the soft spa music.

I am very satisfied by my massage today. Everything was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite. Julie did my massage today and I would definitely go back to get another one. She was obviously well trained and made sure I had the best experience. I left the spa feeling very good and relaxed. I rate my overall experience a 10/10.

They do forget to respect their clients My appointment that was scheduled in advance with Alexandra M was canceled one hour before it was supposed to be. Because another client wanted my time They have selective clients and will choose them over you Respect yourself, and do not let them ruin your day and plans

Thanks to Jaye/Jai, Assistant Manager, this location has replaced the Sugar Land location I rendered spa services at for several years. Management is everything, and when it fails, you can be sure operations will be affected, for I no longer render service at the Sugar Land location! Not only was Jaye/Jai new to her role when I initially sought assistance, but she listened attentively and had no problem meeting my expectations of matching my profile with the absolute best massage therapist, Laura! Laura is outstanding, where I'm pain free on my identified target areas by the end of my hot stone massage session! Laura's a great listener with great bedside manners, professional and very accommodating! In addition, the front desk staff is very professional and welcoming during the check-in/check-out process, and the general manager is professional and available when assistance is needed. Oh, and I love the warm neck wraps this location offers while waiting! 🤩

I purchased a teen facial for my daughter and booked the service on her birthday. It was her first facial / spa experience. She said it was wonderful and very relaxing; and she was over the moon about her glowing skin afterwards. While I was waiting, I was offered a neck warmer (it was a chilly day). The staff was very kind and the spa ambiance is lovely. They acknowledged her birthday and made her feel special. We look forward to going back soon. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend going to Hand and Stone Cinco Ranch! The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the overall experience was very good! Betzy was my massage therapist, and I felt very relaxed after my appointment! I would definitely go back! 10/10 experience!
