I enjoy my facials, I have dry skin and the my girls do the hyaluronic serum with diamond glow. Has totally transformed my skin giving me that extra boost of hydration skin is needing. I highly recommend everyone try 😍

I’ve had three massages at this location and they have all been wonderful. The front desk staff is always super welcoming and helpful. This last week I had a massage from Amy, and it was incredible. I’d been having upper back and arm pain and she really did a wonderful job listening to my concerns and targeting the key areas. I also was able to add on the hot stone treatment thanks to a gift card and I loved it! Thank you Amy Fang and the entire staff. I’ll be back!

Dear God thank you for this place. I slipped trying to skateboard and went to the Thai massage place and got even more messed up trying to fix my back. I was in so much pain but the therapists here have helped so much. And they let me book last minute because my schedule is so crazy.

My experience at Hand and Stone Massage was extremely disappointing. Alex, the esthetician performing my facial, completely missed the mark. Not only did she fail to address my concerns, but her lack of pressure during extractions left me feeling unsatisfied. To make matters worse, her room lacked a basic steamer, and rather than taking responsibility, she shifted blame onto the salon. The multiple products she used caused burning sensations and even triggered an allergic reaction, forcing me to seek oral medication upon returning home. It's concerning that such negligence could occur in a professional setting. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was Leanne, the spa manager, who handled the situation professionally. She promptly addressed my concerns, refunded my money, and offered complementary services as a gesture of goodwill. However, one positive interaction cannot overshadow the overall poor experience I had at Hand and Stone Massage. The lack of competence and care demonstrated by Alex reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I cannot recommend this spa to anyone seeking quality service and care for their skincare needs.

ABUSIVE PRACTICES - Avoid this Place AVOID the monthly membership. Their contract is tilted in their advantage. When you get to cancel - they FORCE you into one more payment… I all ready had 5 un-used massages and they charge for another month ( per contract ). Now after paying and not using 6 massages .. they give you 90 days to use them or they expire. When I canceled in person as was told they never expired. - Only to be told today then by Contract and small type they would not NOT HONOR what I paid for. The stole $300+ I paid for this services - how can services expire ? What does it cost them? ZERO SHAME on this people. I will report them to their main head quarters / franchise ownership. This is unacceptable

Definitely won’t be back here, to begin with I paid for a 50min massage, lady started at 2:24pm and she was done at 2:55pm yes I was 6mins late but make it make sense, then on top of that they charged me twice, and I’m still waiting on my refund, I’m from Florida I’m back home no refund yet, I see why there’s no customers in there, lesson learned!!!

I walked out of here so relaxed! We received a gift card for Christmas, I hadn't heard of this place before, and I'm sure glad we did! I got a massage from Sasha, and she worked wonders! She was super nice when answering the questions I had throughout, just trying to understand what she was feeling and how things were connected throughout the body. I felt so relaxed with her and the parts that were in pain before felt so much better after! My husband really liked his person, Kevin, he said the pressure was great and he worked him out really well. The front staff service was also great! From booking the appointments to checking out, they were very kind and helped with my questions. I even walked out with the membership. I work in legal and compliance, so their straightforward billing and cancelation policy was a winner for me. I look forward to future sessions with Sasha and trying out their facials!

Not relaxing at all. Massage therapist had rough hands. Didn’t know any pressure points. Stopped 3/4 up my neck and held my head in the air.. talk about painful.

Only thing is I had to reschedule for a later appt and they still charged me 50 bucks even though I made both apps and spent 300 dollars. They should've waived charge because I still kept both appts.

So I never really post reviews but just had to after my last massage. I’ve been going to hand and stone a couple times over the last few months and have loved it. However yesterday it all changed for me. I’ve had this back pain since March of this year as I hurt it at work. My therapist, Tiffany, was able to locate the knot on the SI joint and fix it. Tiffany was amazing. She helped me find some relief after going to the doctors and getting MRIs for MONTHS. Walking in there, I wasn’t able to walk, sit, or basically move without pain and now I feel like a whole new person. Thank you Tiffany. Definitely will be coming back!

The service is really good the place is neat and relaxing. I rated them 4 not 5 stars only for 1 reason. As a business owner I don't find it appropriate asking/embarrass the client if they wanna leave a gratuity, this matter should be discrete. Hand the terminal machine to the client and let them punch the amount/percentage. Beside that I love this place

This is such an awesome experience. The staff are friendly and know you by name. The massages and facials are done so professionally and I would recommend at least getting one of the services. Oh and upgrade to the CBD oil.
