My complexion has continuously improved since having facials by Alexis. She guided me in skin care products as I have rosacea. The products leave my face feeling wonderful with no breakouts or redness. I appreciate the time she takes to answer my questions. I am a team Alexis member.

I had a fantastic experience at Hand and Stone in Lexington. My massage therapist, Alicia, truly understood the shoulder pain I was experiencing. She spent just the right amount of time working out the kinks, and I left the spa feeling completely pain-free. The spa itself was immaculately clean, and the front desk staff were both knowledgeable and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soothing and inviting. I’ll definitely be back on a regular basis!

Alexis was my esthetician that did my facial and she did an AMAZING job! i 100 percent recommend her since she makes anyone feel comfortable in their own skin and is such a great person! she recommended me great products afterwards and left my skin feeling refreshed!

Hello I am very upset I received and emailing stating to call today for a free facial or massage and I have been calling it would ring straight through and goes to voicemail I'm not understanding why no one is picking up wont be wasting my time with this company UPDATE: I just got a call back the wrong number is printed on the email and a scam number is on the website

I received an email telling me to call Saturday June 8th between 10am-3pm for a free massage or facial I’ve been calling since 10:30 and it rings all the way threw and goes to voicemail so this means no one is answering the phone it’s not saying line busy or anything it ringing all the way through why have a promotion if no one is going to answer the phone I will not be supporting this business or there scams and the number called back to inform me the number was not for hand and stone very unprofessional
