I highly recommend Fabiola. Had my facial with her and she was amazing. Very kind and transparent. Doesn't push you to do any specific service or push any products on to you. If you are looking for products she is excellent at recommending what works best for your individual needs. Checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable and creates a relaxing space.

Whatever you do, do not get the subscription. It is not worth it, because they make it impossible to cancel. I've been through it. The practices they use to make members cancel are illegal. It's not enough to tell them you want to cancel. Do not get the subscription unless you want to have it permanently.

I come monthly for facials with Carina, and I always look forward to my appointments. The front desk employees are always so friendly and attentive, and Carina is the absolute best esthetician! She is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and just overall wonderful. I highly recommend her and this location.

My daughter booked me a massage here with the therapist Odalis because I had terrible back and neck pain and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Odalis targeted all of my pain, knots, and tension which made me feel so relieved afterwards. She’s also very kind and easy to talk to, I would definitely come back with her again. Also the front desk workers are very nice and helpful.

Estela was great, she did my facial. Very professional and clean. I could notice the difference right away. My face was much cleaner and not red at all, which was unexpected for me. If you want to pamper yourself and don't mind spending the extra money, this is the place for you.

Hot stone massage was good. I think the overall interaction is important, and to me, the apparent supervisory staff were less than pleasant. I understand this location is a fanchise. Will visit a different location next time to see if this is a consistent thing.

My friend was in Miami visiting for weekend. We made a massage for her and facial for me. We hit terrible traffic due to a I believe fatal accident. So terrible. Called well in advance yo say we’d be 20 minutes late. Our 50 minute treatments became 30 minutes treatments although place was empty. Very unprofessional. Will never return

De lo peorsito llegas con la idea del Facial 70 dólares y cuando entras te empiezan a meter un cuento chino que si tu cara necesita esto que si necesita aquello y terminas pagando 150 dólares por media hora porq ni siquiera me hicieron bien el trabajo y para colmo la señora estela que me atendió no se callo la boca en todo el tiempo que me estuvo haciendo el facial no me relaje ni me hizo buena extracción ni nada tengo la cara llena de granos no recomendadooo bye pésimo servicio

I had a great experience at Hands and Stone from the time I made an appointment to the facial experience. I had difficulties making an appointment using the online service. I called over the phone and the host Abi guided me through the process of making the appointment. She was courteous and patient. I had a facial with Airam. She was knowledgeable and very explicit when explaining to me about my skin needs. Airam explained to me with great details my type of skin and the treatment and facial frequency I would need. She was very professional. Airam kept a pleasant environment during the facial. She left my facial skin radiant.

My massages are always great Andy dose a great job. I have been coming this same location for over a year now. However sometimes customer service could be better with the workers up front. I checked in a head of my massage time then when my time came and went It was a full 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I really low key thought I was invisible. Then I was told oh he would be ready for you in a min. and make up the time ... The time it takes the between was not my issue it was the acknowledgement a full 10 mins. I wasn't even 10 feet away come on at 5:01 something should have been said not at 5:10. Do better.
