I've been a member for several months now. The massages that I've had have been great. All of the staff have been equally amazing. Melanie G at the Front reception area is always super welcoming. She is the best, always so professional.

One star only because I had to leave a star to leave a review. If you are in need of a thorough, therapeutic massage, do NOT book with Jessica. I specified my shoulders and neck as my trouble spots and the time spent in those areas were minimal. I have had massages at many different spas as I am a traveling nurse and this was by far the worst one I received. I look forward to the pressure points in my hands and feet being addressed, this did not happen, even in the slightest. If you need your achilles tendon or scalp massaged, then Jessica is the one for you. Unfortunately, I left the spa with the same amount of tension in my neck as when I arrived. Jessica massaged as though she did not like her job, nor did she care about client satisfaction. I can not speak for the rest of the MT's but save your money and do not book with Jessica at the Mt. Dora location!

Ana is a great massage therapist. In addition to the incredibly relaxing massage, she has her table heated and uses hot towels to add to the experience and relaxation. My only complaint about Hand and Stone is that they schedule the appointments for one hour, so an hour massage is only about 40-45 minutes.

Very helpful kind staff that explained everything thoroughly. The massage was great. The clean environment and a nice sized reception for waiting makes it comfortable to wait for a friend to finish. Tip : the membership is the best way to go but you didn't have to decide on the spot. They allow you to wait until your next visit to decide.

I have a monthly membership, which I have enjoyed for two years. The skin treatment is wonderful, and I do a facial with Santi every other month. I have used a variety of therapeutic messages there, and the Swedish is great for getting the knots out of my muscles.

Came in for my first ever professional massage, and left feeling amazing. The masseuse (I forgot his name :( ) was very informative and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Can’t wait for my next visit. 💆‍♀️

Friend of mine gifted me a 50 minute massage or facial. Set an appointment 2-3 weeks prior with another friend. Received a phone call the night before (tonight) and text message saying my appointment had to be rescheduled. I moved my work schedule already for this appointment. Called back, Girl over the phone told me I either had to reschedule for Friday at 8p.m or cancel an hung up!!! Terrible customer service. I’m disappointed. My gift expires in a couple of days an I can’t even use it.

I had Barbara work only on my back and neck today because I have been in a ton of pain from a clumsy accident. I have had other massage therapists and chiropractors work on me, and none was like this. She was amazing !! I got the Hot Himalayan stone and couldn't recommend that more,and my neck doesn't hurt today since. I can't wait to see here again soon. Thanks so much!!

My massage was great, however I paid for a 90 min massage and was out in 70. I get that they give you 5 min to talk to the client and 5 min to get dressed and undressed but where did my last 10 min go?? Supposed to start at 130 which we did and I was out at 240. Feels kinda like I missed something.
