This was my first massage ever. The staff were so friendly greeting me. The place was beautifully decorated, smelled great and sooo clean. My masseuse asked what I wanted and met my goals as well as making the hour fly by. I would return for sure!!

My wife and I recently stayed in Marco Island and decided to purchase two 1 hour massages. Our appointment was a 3 o'clock and we called to let them know ahead of time we were running late. The associate advised us there was some intake forms that needed to be completed then they will take us back. My wife Informed them we ran Into some traffic and was told "it's that time of the year" . Well first time in Naples and we were not aware traffic gets busy around this time. Never the less we were never informed that being late would reduce our session by almost a half and hour. If we were then we would have asked to reschedule. Once we got there they rushed us to fill out the forms and hurried us back. The massage lasted 1/2 an hour for both my wife and I and when I went to pay I asked was our massage reduced because we were late and thats when we were told yes the provider had other appointments. When my wife and I got to talking we realized that we both felt as our providers rushed our massages, and we both received diffrent massages. Example, she got a head massage and I did not. I got a feet massage and she did not . She got a hot towel massage on face I did not. Overall the experience with hand and stone was awful. I tried to call the location to voice my concern and instead of being met with understanding, they advised us that a text was sent to us to complete forms ahead and that the providers had full schedules and thats why we got half of the services we purchased. Well.then I should have paid for half and hour not an hour and again if someone would have told us our service would have been reduced I would have rescheduled for another time. You are taking advantage of your customers and thats not ok. I will also be contacting the BBB , and my credit card company for further options as I am requesting a refund and your location has denied our request.

I love everything about Hand & Stone, South Naples location. The girls at the front desk are so welcoming. Makayla is so sweet and knows her profession very well. She gives me great suggestions about what my skin needs for a great facial. Great atmosphere.

is immaculately clean, well-maintained, and inviting. We are consistently satisfied with our experiences there. The therapists are highly skilled and professional. The front desk staff provide excellent customer service, welcoming you warmly. The overall experience is truly top-notch. I always leave feeling relaxed and eager to return. Conveniently located in a strip center, parking is never an issue.

Erika was great! The facilities were more than I expected when I walked in. The place is in good shape and they put a lot into making it nice. I had never had a facial before. Erika was so comfortable and easy to talk to, and had a serious wealth of information to give if you were wanting it. The experience was so relaxing and enjoyable and I came out so refreshed.

Daijha and Abby in the front are so kind and professional! They took time to explain the services and memberships. The lobby smells amazing because of their relaxing aromatherapy scents. They have the best massages in Naples!

I’ve had great experiences here. I started my journey with Hand and stone back in January and won’t be looking back any time soon. Christian, one of the masseuse, takes his time and makes sure he targets where your stress is coming from. He asks questions and listens carefully.

Amazing facility! Super organized, clean and even friendlier people! The staff was amazing. Went in for my first ever facial can’t complain with the results. Worst facial I have ever had. Erica was unfriendly, didn’t inquire what kind of service I wanted. Spent the 45 min cleansing 6 or more times. That was it. I’ve been a member for over 5 years and never experienced that lack of treatment. I will be back next winter but will look to a different spa for my massage and facial services Very disappointed!!!!

My visit was absolutely wonderful. It started as soon as I walked in the door when I was welcomed by a beautiful girl named Nicole. She walked my husband through the intake process and then introduced us to a customized massage along with essential oils. My therapist was a 10 out of a 10. If I was closer to this salon I would highly recommend the membership package that they offer. Thank you for money well spent.

I had an amazing massage with Dejan. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder and I felt a lot better after having the massage. I was so relaxed after the massage that I put my tights on backwards. Lol. Aliyan thanks for getting me checked in and giving me all the information on membership. You are amazing at your job. Watch the clock here. They play games w how long your massage actually lasts. Inside is clean and comfortable. Massage was OK,, expensive for what you get.

I have always gone to the Hand and Stone at Mercato since they originally opened ( About 12 years ago ) Today I decided to switch it up and try out the Davis Blvd location as my last few appointments at Mercato were a little disappointing. I usually don’t write reviews ( bad or good ) but felt the need to let everyone know to my surprise that I had the best experience this evening for my facial with a wonderful young lady named Makayla At first I thought “ here we go again…. another young lady who will not know how to do a good job “. Um… NOT THE CASE so I will now eat my words. I had the best facial ever with this skilled and talented girl Not only did she do an amazing job but she also went up and over the call of duty to address and take care of issues I had ( when I left there tonight I felt as young as she is) Lol. So with that said I would highly recommend Makayla at the Hand and Stone at Davis Blvd Naples She really made my day today. Thank you so much !!

Lol you pay for 55 minute massage, but get far less. Appointment at 11am, not greeted by masseuse until 11:12am, then I'm ushered into the room to undress/prepare. Lay down... and wait.....wait a bit more.... Finally he comes in, does an okay job but doesn't ask any feedback like lighter/firmer? That might be a good question to ask a client, no? Room is chilly. Ok we're done! Look at the clock on the counter... 11:53.
