First time visiting Hand and Stone in Founder’s Square (Naples). Wonderful experience. If you prefer deep tissue massages, request Maritza — she found every hidden muscle kink and I left feeling energized. Outstanding!

They talked me into a membership to utilize my gift cards for more value then beware that they mandate a 30 day cancellation policy so charging another monthly fee if you don’t cancel 30 days before your billing statement. You pay extra for every add on. Deep tissue is an extra 10$ which I honestly could not tell a difference with a deep tissue vs. regular. Pregnancy another 10$ add on. I pointed out pain areas prior to a session that were barely even addressed during my session. Hand and stone: I tried to talk to management first that got me nowhere which led to this review. This place is all for the money. My account was on hold for a couple of months. So you couldn’t hold it one more month then cancel?

I woke up sick and couldn’t make it to the appointment got charged for rescheduling. Should have gone sick and infect everyone is the message they are sending. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back!

I’ve had multiple facial services with Milia Stilloe and she has been incredible! Very attentive, tuned into my skin goals and concerns and has COMPLETELY changed my skin for the better! So thankful for her professionalism, sweet bedside manner and skill set! I will be a client for LIFE!

The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in for my appointment. Jeremy, my massage therapist, was truly exceptional. He began our session with a thorough consultation, asking about my areas of concern and preferred pressure. Throughout the massage, Jeremy demonstrated remarkable skill and intuition. His technique was a perfect blend of therapeutic pressure and relaxation, addressing my problem areas with precision while maintaining an overall sense of calm. The massage room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. The ambient lighting and soothing background music created the perfect environment for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the high-quality linens and the heated massage table, which added an extra layer of comfort to the experience. I was a member for 6 months and they charged me $80 for rescheduling my massage. I called in sick because I didn’t want to get anyone else sick. What a scam.

If you haven’t booked a facial yet with William you need to. I have had 3 now, all of which were amazing. My skin feels great. He takes the time to get to know your skin concerns. He makes skincare recommendations but isn’t pushy on sales. Hes very knowledgeable and friendly. Do your skin a favor and book with him now!!

I recently visited Hand and Stone in Founders Square, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the place was super clean and welcoming, setting the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What truly stood out was the staff—I've never met a friendlier and more helpful group of people. They made me feel right at home and ensured all my needs were met. As someone who is quite picky about massages, I was absolutely thrilled with my session. Patricia was phenomenal! She listened attentively to my preferences and tailored the massage perfectly, making it one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Although my esthetician was very good I can't get past the fact that I was ripped off. My husband bought a gift card for $139 and I scheduled my appointment on line to use it, which covered a basic facial. I entered my gift card info as there is a section to do so. I also entered my credit card info because it wouldn't let me proceed without it. I figured it was standard procedure for no call/ no show appointments. But instead I was told that my credit card was charged and I would have to use the gift card for add on services. They never offered a refund to my credit card and the only solution they gave me was to use it for add on services. So at the end it ended up costing $280 for a facial that was way over priced and one I didn't need nor wanted. I know for a fact that any business can most definitely provide a refund but they refused. They also new right away that I had a gift card when I came in as they brought it up first. Not only will I NOT be going back I also won't advise any friends nor relatives to go there.

Maritza is the best!!! I have followed her for years at any location she is at. This new location Of hand and stone is excellent. The customer service, the cleanliness, comfort. I will 100% be returning back and referring all of my friends and family. Hand and Stone has the best kinds of massage therapists and wait staff you can’t go wrong with anyone you choose. Lauren was the best massage therapist I have ever had. I’ve always had bad tension in my shoulders. Every misuse tried to get it out which would cause more tension. Lauren really helped work it out and not dig into one spot. To compare her it was like details in a book. She really made it enjoyable. I most certainly will recommend to others AND go again just for her. Thank you.

I bought a massage as a birthday present for my fiancée. She requested a quiet massage and instead she had a very talkative massage therapist. The therapist asked inappropriate questions about how much money my fiancée makes, complained about how little she was getting paid working at the spa, and used inappropriate language for the duration of the massage. I am disappointed that I paid for a service that was not received and wish I would have chosen a different spa.

I came in for a massage here and it was the best experience! Newer spa, very clean, whole staff was very professional. Raul was my masseuse, he paid special attention to the areas I wanted to focus on, and really helped to melt my stress away. I will 100% be coming back and can’t wait for my next visit!!

It's a good experience, very relaxing atmosphere. Someone forgot to silence their phone while they were working and shook us up which tends to deminish the process a little bit. IMO, Too expensive and so they don't get 5 stars on those 2 points.

Naiomi, Naiomi, Naiomi!!! Absolutely fantastic massage. Soft spoken and gentle personality but an experienced powerhouse of a massage therapist. I had terrible back and neck tension that made it difficult to breathe and she worked it out. Best massage I’ve had in years, she’s definitely going to be my go-to.

Raul was fantastic- he did my deep tissue/sports massage. His touch was just the right amount of firm. All my tension is in my neck & shoulders, but after my massage, I feel so much better. The front staff was wonderful as well- welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

While in Naples last week I was interested in getting a message. I belong to Hand & Stone in Wheaton IL so I thought I would look for one in the area down here. I visited the Hand & Stone at Founders Square on Immokalee at Collier. This is a newer facility. My request was a firm message. Jessica was my therapist and she was great! I recommend this location and Jessica if you are looking for a good message.
