The facial I received today was fantastic. I would've booked again, maybe becoming a member, with the lady who did my facial because she did an excellent job. I had planned to come back and bring my mom as a new customer because the facial lady was so good. She is the reason why I'm giving any stars. However, I'm disappointed that the intro price was not honored. I didn't know until after the service was provided that I was going to pay the full price since my massage was provided at an intro rate. The system allowed me to book both the massage and facial at the intro price since it was my first time for both. But, I guess it was not meant to be...

I got a gift card for a facial or massage and I got a facial. I really liked it at first. The esthetician recommended dermaplane and an enzyme and she quoted it as $160. I said that was too expensive for me and I had a gift card so I wasn’t really interested in spending money. She said the dermaplane was $100 alone and I would really benefit from it. I gave in since my bday is coming up and it was my first facial. The facial finished and I got to the front counter. As I was beginning to check out, the desk person said it was $160 for my total. I told her that I only got the dermaplane and the esthetician said it was $100. She replied, “yes, and you received some other enhancements too” I was shocked. I told her I wasn’t told that and she said “sorry she didn’t tell you.. the total is $160”. I wasn’t told what the other enhancements were. I walked in with the idea I wasn’t going to spend any money, got convinced to spend $100, and then at the end I was charged $160 for “enhancements”. I left feeling used. What a bummer. Don’t let them talk you into spending because they’ll get even more out of you. I don’t like feeling used.

Booked a massage for 1hr and I only got 40 minutes and I do not mean to be awful but the massage was not good :( It felt rushed and I asked if she could go harder cause it felt so light and I was waiting when it will really begin . :( The massage therapist was nice but the massage was terrible :/

I had a great massage with Helen! She is very strong! Best massage ever! I liked it so much I joined the program and loon forward to my next appointment.

Deb was amazing!! By far best facial I have ever had. She took the time to explain what she saw with my skin and her recommendations for treatments! She was fabulous! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the massage but it started a little later than scheduled and also got out a few minutes early so I didn't get my full hour which was super disappointing knowing my husband spent a lot of money for me to have it as a mother's day gift.

I highly recommend NORMA for a 90-minute massage. She took care of knots in my shoulders that have been there for years. She is the one to book now before her schedule is packed.

There gift card system is laughable. We have lost hundreds of dollars to this place. My wife tried to get it figured out with them and their management does not seem to care. If you buy a gift card from here I would recommend keeping your receipt, ask for an emailed receipt, and take a photo of the person you bought it from...

Was asked if I wanted a deep tissue massage, which sounded good, so I said sure. What I should have said was, "Is that extra?" Because it is $10 extra. Didn't become aware of that until it showed up on my credit card. It would have been nice to have been told at the time that it was extra, but then that would have given me the opportunity to say, "no thanks." Was contacted by the manager who said she wanted to make my experience "right".I told her she could return my $10, but have not heard from her. I can only assume that they want the $10 more than a customer.

I just had a massage with the mini hot stones added from Sophia, and OMG one of the best massages I have ever had. I ended up signing up for the rewards so I can come more often. Highly recommend her and I can't wait to come back.

I was super pleased with my appointment. This was my first time at any Hand and Stone and I have no bad things to say. I did the introductory massage which was great bang for my buck. My therapist listened to my requests and it was obvious she knew her anatomy and a way to make my pressure spots feel worked on without the pain!
