Great massage with Taniya and facial with Amanda at Orlando downtown location. Nothing like being on vacation and relaxing with services by these 2 lovely women. Whole staff was accommodating and friendly. No issue with last minute booking. Love hand and Stone

I booked a prenatal massage the day before the appointment. I wasn’t given or informed of any cancellation policy beforehand. I felt very sick before my massage and thought I would feel better prior to the appointment time but unfortunately did not. Therefore, I called thirty minutes before my massage to reschedule the appointment for the next day. I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee regardless. They refused to make any exception for a sick pregnant woman who cannot predict when they will feel ill or normal and would have to take my credit card and charge me the fee even if I reschedule. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of consideration and regard for my condition. This isn’t my first time getting a message at Hand and Stone but sadly I will never step foot at this location due to the poor professionalism exhibited today.

The SODO location is a favorite for me. Just had a deep tissue with Crystal and she is amazing! I used to live nearby but now I travel the 45 mins to book with her. Her technique and pressure are truly the best. Another favorite therapist at this location is Veva! Book with either of these talented professionals and you will leave feeling relaxed and revived.

Place was pretty inside and the front desk staff was super nice . I was FREEZING throughout my entire massage which wasn’t fun but also a really small young girl (tania) did mine and I stg I left feeling no different because she wasn’t strong enough to give a firm massage which was what I selected . I really wanted to love the place but it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. Maybe with a different message therapists it would be better but it was a waste of money for me this time. Side note - I booked and hour and they started 10 minutes late and finished 15 minutes early not including dressing time .

Staff made a mistake and accidentally cancelled a massage I had booked. I came in thinking I had a massage scheduled. Manager never said sorry. First, she blamed national and the website. When she looked at the notes and saw her personnel had cancelled it saying someone called in, then she in effect blamed me saying people call to cancel and then forget. It's fine things happen, just wish they would apologize. Never got a sorry. Updated 1 hour later: The manager says she's canceling my membership in response to the review I left, and not by my choice. I later reached out to the email below based on the response posted by the "owner," but never heard back.

Every time I come here, I always get Dennis to do my massages. He is extremely skilled and very educated in what he does. I have had pretty serious knots in my back for the last 10 years or so, he has been working on them quite diligently at least once a month, and I have seen significant improvement in the range of motion in my back and shoulders. The pain that I normally have that is a slight nerve compression secondary to the knots is also improved. I’d highly recommend coming to this location and booking Dennis if you’re wanting the best massage in Orlando.

I am greatly disappointed with the experience at this establishment. We had brought a friend here to celebrate her birthday. However, upon checking, I discovered that a service was booked without my consent. While I acknowledge their no-show cancelation policy, I find it unjust that appointments were made without my knowledge or approval. As someone who values body health through massages and facials, dishonesty towards customers should be addressed seriously within their staff. Therefore, I advise anyone visiting this place to ensure that their front desk does not schedule additional appointments without your explicit permission.

If you go to this location, always make sure to check when you start and end the session. I have had 3 different experience where I did not get the full session time. I was on time and still had less then full session. One session they started 15 minutes late and ended it after 35 minutes. I have also brought it to front desk attention previously and still appears to be ongoing issue. If you try calling, it is very difficult to contact the front desk. They use a text bot that is not user friendly. The monthly rate continues to increase but the service decreases. I am mad at myself and wished I cancelled my membership way sooner. I have been going there for last 10 years too.

Genesis, the manager at the downtown location made my experience one that is worthy of praise. I wanted to obtain a gift card with my packages and that wasn’t an option. She kindly explained how I could transfer 3 packages a year, and provided cards and gift bags. She made my trip so effortless I had to sing her praises! Thank you Genesis!!!

My massage person was Maria ( the lovely lady with the black hair ) when I say I haven’t had a massage in about 9 yrs that was one of the best massages I have ever had!!! It was so relaxing a refreshing. She made sure she checked on me throughout my time there . I can’t say how much I loved her I have to make sure she is my massage person every time I come here from here on out!!!

As far and the atmosphere of the spa it was nice. I was greeted professionally and were prompt with my appointment. My son surprised and advised me that he had paid for my a facial I thought he stated that it was at Massage Envy so I went to the wrong location. I hurried to get to Hand and Stone and in which I was about 12 mins late. Once I got to the area that I was handed a sheet for upgrades. I agreed to the diamond facial. A little confused because I did see the prices were $100.00. I asked the person how much she stated $130.00. Fine. About 25 mins into the facial she mentioned to me that my appt was over, and she could not finish the service because we started late. My issue is that before she started she could have mentioned that she wasnt going to be complete the service.. So my appt cost over $200 for 25 mins of service. A total waste of money. Stay away of upgrades.

I have never had a massage before but this one was fantastic. It was clean, professional, and I felt amazing afterward. I did get a gift card that was supposed to be for an 80 min massage but I guess I booked a 50 min, so the rest of the gift card was wasted. But now I know if I ever get one again to check my booking!

I am a customer of Bell Smith, and I have to say I am never disappointed. She is absolutely the best! I love how she uses different products and techniques, she’s very knowledgeable of what my skin needs. I would recommend Bell to anyone, she is professional, knowledgeable, and the best at what she does.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. I had a good therapist for about a year, he left and ever since then I have been trying different therapists 3 or 4 of them and all were terrible. The inconsistency with the massages, service and bedside manners only leads me to believe they are hiring unqualified therapists and who also don’t receive proper customer service training. The staff at the front desk has always been great and friendly. I cancelled my membership.

Love the Waterford lakes location , so convenient to my place. To be honest, I’ve gotten several massages here. In the past, I’ve gotten great massages from Coya, Parker and Alex. They are awesome! I had a massage from another woman but she did it with gloves so that probably wasn’t my favorite experience. Just got done having a great facial experience with Bell! She recommended me great products and my skin was glowing right after! Hand and Stone is an awesome place for relaxation and a good treat yourself moment.
