I luv going to Hand & Stone!! The staff is always super friendly and their massages and facials are truly the bestest! Chile gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She listened and knew what to do after I told her my back issues. I was having back spasms and little pains and her techniques took them all away!! I was totally renewed! Damesha’s facials are incredible too! Super relaxing!! Go visit them you won’t regret it!!

I always enjoy my sessions with Tracey Ann. Super cool, laid back, and a people’s person. She definitely takes her time and focuses on each body part. Nice firm touch but hard enough to get those knots out. I highly recommend!

I bought a membership in May 2024, but I haven't used it for the first time. I remember of it in August so I went to the place and canceled it, they told me I was all set. Then they charged me the monthly fee in September again, so I called them, and they apologized for the inconvenience, but nothing happened. In October, I was charged again. I called them again, and nothing happened. It is December, and I have been charged again for a service I canceled in August and that I'm not using. I feel they are stealing my money.

My experience today amazing! Jose was over the top outstanding! He’s super nice, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for quite some time, but lately in September, the service has become increasingly disorganized. I am being shuffled between different technicians without my request or consent. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told that my preferred aesthetician is unavailable, only to later see her in the building and clearly available. When I asked her about this, she expressed confusion and confirmed that this is not standard protocol. It’s evident that whoever is responsible for managing the place is doing a poor job, and the discontent among the staff is noticeable. The lack of organization and transparency is disappointing, and it’s affecting both the employees and customer experience.

I recently tried to book an appointment at the spa and get accommodate it for a last-minute change in schedule, I asked to speak to the manager on shift that afternoon, which was a miss Nicole Caro. She was very unpleasant and accommodating. I was blown away when she ask me. Where am I from Africa? I hung up and made a complaint. I hope that this company does something about this. This is unacceptable.

If i could give them a zero i would. Mediocre massage, horrible customer service, and the manager is very arrogant and not helpful at all. I had a booked appointment at a different location not intentionally, but on accident, as the number i must have dialed was for Weston instead. When i realized the appt was at the undesired location, i called the location i wanted, which was this one (i wish i never came here). Instead of explaining to me, that my appointment wasn’t booked with them at all, and advise me of contacting the other location (as they should have if they had a good caring customer representative) in order to avoid the cancellation fee. They just rebooked me for their location, i thought my problem was solved, after all i do not work for this company, and must solely rely on what they tell me. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, and getting frustrated is not what i was looking for. When the other location started calling me (because in their books i missed the appt) and charged me the cancellation fee, after explaining everything, neither location cared. I understand it is my fault (unintentionally), but it is also their fault for not directing me the right way, and helping me to understand, they just double booked.

I am pretty disappointed in my experience. I went to urgent care because of back pain and they suggested that I get a massage, so I decided to try Hand & Stone. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff member, Melody, who gave me a warm compress for my back, offered me water, and asked me to complete some info on an iPad. When I was finished, Melody explained how services work at Hand & Stone and went over some of my info. I explained that I had been at urgent care and that I wanted to spend the entire time working on my back, specifically the left side, which I also noted on the iPad. She told me it wouldn’t be a problem and to communicate it with the person performing my massage. I was really looking forward to pain relief. The masseuse retrieved me from the lobby on time and brought me back to the room. She asked me if I spoke Spanish and I said no. She said it was ok and understood anyway. I told her my history and that I really wanted to focus only on the left side of my back. She said ok and to undress completely except for underwear. I told her I didn’t want to remove my bottoms since I only wanted my back and she said “oh, back only?” After I had already explained. I said “yes” and she said she understood and left the room. At this point I was hoping she would have viewed what I wrote on the iPad…I would assume that is the point of completing the information. She came back and started to work on the right side, then left side. I asked her to use more pressure and she didn’t reply. I spoke louder a second time and she didn’t reply again. Then I said “thank you” and still no reply. She went back to the right side for a while and I assumed left was next. I made a few more comments to her in which she replied “ok” but I didn’t feel like she understood. I didn’t have a clock to keep track of time, so I was surprised when she went to my entire back instead of the left. When I told her she hit a spot on the left side that I needed, she said “well we are done now” She told me to ice my back when I got home on my spot with pain. I told her the doctor told me to use heat instead of ice and she told me that that was wrong. She offered me water and then I didn’t see her again. I looked at my phone and saw that it hadn’t been a full hour. When I went to the lobby, Melody asked me how my service was. I replied “ok” and then she asked what could be improved. I explained everything and she offered me an add on for next time. Then she tried to sell me a membership. I explained that I was reluctant to not pay the introductory price and have another bad experience. I don’t find value in spending $150 to potentially have a similar experience with some hot stones added to it. If she would’ve offered me the introductory rate again, I might have considered going back and trying a different masseuse.

I had an interaction with one of your customer service representatives over the phone on Dolly Arnaud, regarding canceling my membership. Unfortunately, I found the service I received to be unprofessional. Specifically, the tone she used, the lack of sensitivity towards the customer, and lastly rushing me down because she had other calls to take. "The representative was dismissive of my concerns and did not provide the assistance I was seeking. This left me feeling very unsatisfied with the overall experience. As a customer, I value respectful and professional service, and I believe this interaction did not reflect the standards I expect from Hand stone. Me and My husband have been with you for more than 5 years. we did not have to be treated this way. I contacted via email and phone to corporate to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

One of my best massage experience was with Tracy-Ann the massage.therapist she was exceptional. The receptionist was welcoming. The room and the actual atmosphere were normal.

I dont really like leaving bad reviews, but there doesnt seem to be any formal complaint process for this spa. I went in for and paid for the introductory massage and I would not recommend this place for massage services, nor will I be returning. I would have rather gone to the pembroke lakes mall for $30. My whole massage felt rushed, and it ended close to 20 minutes early. I informed the ladies when I checked out, who offered a 30 minute upgrade to my next massage. I'm not sure how that was a remedy to my current experience since the offer was contingent on me coming back and spending more money there (potentially on another rushed massage). After all of this I was then pitched the membership. No thanks 👎. In hindsight I would have taken my business and money elsewhere.

Please don't join the membership, It's not what worth it. I was told that if you cancel your membership you want loose your last service. But according to their system you get 90 days to use your last service. I missed my 90 days by a week, so in order for me to use my last service I will have to reinstate my membership. So basically it is a long term commitment! You better off paying for service when needed or go somewhere else.

The service is great they make you feel at home! Sucell and Yvonne are my favorite in massages and i had a facial a while ago if i recall correctly it was with Simone shes great super nice i really feel theyre all very professional! The only thing i would say is maybe sometimes the towels smell a bit like humidity but i guess i understand given the circumstances. Thank you for your amazing service🫶

Very professional. I have been coming to Hand And Stone for multiple years. Some therapist are better than others unfortunately, the last time I went it was not as great as I would have anticipated. I had someone that I’ve never had before. Perhaps I should have spoken up and asked for firmer pressure, I also felt that my therapist seemed a little rushed in the service.

I had such an amazing experience with massage therapist Enrique. To be honest, it was the best massage I have ever received. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and his attention to detail. He made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable creating a perfect ambience. His care exceeded my expectations. He will be my massage therapist moving forward.

Massage therapist was wonderful, I’d choose her Everytime. But what ticked me was I was called two days in a row at 9 am asking to confirm my appointment. I work overnight so I was shaken awake back to back bc I scheduled for my partner as well under me. We get there and I ask if we can be in the room together. Receptionist said yes it’ll be $10 extra. Why?, when I heard her say the couples room wasn’t booked. Well she charged me $10 PER person then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip the therapist. Ma’am you took her tip. I won’t be back and it was the simplest things that did it for me.
