I saw Chantal on 1/13 and she was amazing. She focuses on pressure points. She very nice and my god she is great with the shoulders and lower back if that is your main focus. I’d definitely go back and will refer her to others. Honest to God truth.

I am back updating my review after speaking with the director Matt Mahute he was very helpful and understanding and worked out the issues I encountered he gave clear and precise info on what changes took place with the transfer policy. He was very good at deescalating and providing the service I needed. Thank you so much for your help Matt!

Awesome service. Welcomed as soon as I came in and I felt right at home. Everything explained and service was started promptly. Introduced to masseuse was friendly and professional and explained every detail. Justin was the best. I felt like a million bucks when I left.

My siblings and I got a gift card for my mom for her birthday and she had a terrible experience! I went into the store to get her a gift card and asked how much they charge for massage. They told me a price so i asked for a gift card for that amount with nothing written on the gift card saying otherwise, i assumed it was worth the value of the amount we purchased it for. When my mom had called to speak to someone regarding availability, they told her it would be that price for a 60 minute massage, then when she called Back to make the appt and was told an amount for half price so she figured she could use the gift card for a massage and facial. Which she was then told that the gift that we purchased was for the same massage but for double the price and she couldn’t use the gift card as money for the lesser value massage which is what she was told when scheduling the appt. When called to confirm her appt she was told she was able to get the massage for half the price because she had not been there for a couple of years. She went for the her massage and they charged the higher value because they said the gift card was purchased for that amount for a 60 minute massage. Not to mention the 60 minute massage was really a 30 minute massage for double the price. Which again the gift that was handed to me said nothing, i filled in the amount that the gift card was for. We will never use this place again and make sure everyone is mindful when they purchase gift cards from here so they don’t rip you off too!

My wife & I went today, at 10am. I had a message therapist named Alexandria. She was absolutely fantastic. Only thing is I heard it was her last week there. So I say alex good luck where ever you may go. Hopefully you continue to do messages, you can only get more awesome then what you already are. Now to the front staff. You ladies were great positive attitude & very attentive....thanks again too all at hand & stone.

This was a Birthday surprise for my girlfriend. The staff were excellent in accommodating this. They were very professional and helpful. The facility is clean,warm and inviting. From the lobby to the bathroom. It is an experience of complete relaxation. Compliments to Steve for his professionalism and abilities to give a great massage.

Went there for relaxation but wasted my time… women who was giving me massage she’s not in a mood to put any effort on massage she was massaging with no energy no pressure. I waste my money and I really wish to give zero star.

Went there today and since it was my first time there, I just went with whoever was available for the time I selected. I had Chant'l and she was FANTASTIC. I mentioned to her that my back has been sore recently but I actually forgot to mention that my right shoulder developed a few months a weird sharp pain when I lifted it above shoulder level. I just accepted it as my new norm so I forgot to even mention it to her as a problem during the session when she asked on what areas to focus on. Well I guess she found my right side to be pretty tense because she worked out quite a few knots on that side. I left with my back feeling great! But hours later I also noticed that my shoulder pain WAS GONE. Literally gone. I called three of my friends to tell them. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been to this location many times. Always pleasant. Chant'l is fantastic with massages I will never go to anyone else. Today I got a facial with Hailey for the first time and it was great!!! They have several great estiticians and Hailey it a great addition to the team.

Great massage!! I actually don’t remember her name which is an shame because she did awesome job!! I went back and wanted to try a man so I had Steve for 2 hour massage and that was amazing!! It’s easy to get appointments at the Grant location. I can call the day before and I’m booked so I will be going back here because my schedule is hectic and I can’t schedule in advance. They are staffed well and from what I hear from my other coworkers all of them give good massages.

I've never had a bad experience at Hand and Stone at Grant Avenue. My most recent facial with Arleth was the absolute best. I've honestly never felt better. I can see and feel such a difference in my skin. She was the best.

All of the staff I have interacted with are professional and welcoming. Services are provided with care and administrative stuff for members is handled with ease. I have never felt uncomfortable (aside from the first visit years ago when I was new to the services) and I feel visits are beneficial - I keep returning!

Had a trouble with gift card ordering online. Tried to get in touch with corporate multiple times without success. Called this location just to see if they could help and they went above and beyond to help me get issue resolved even though it wasn't impacting their location!!

I had Steve for my massage and Melissa for my facial. They were kind, professional and super personable. I feel like I’m on cloud 9! The front desk staff was also excellent and everyone as a whole was so attentive to my needs. Thank you!

I was a monthly membership holder for more than 5 years and the lack of customer service is absolutely terrible. I booked an apt to use my remaining credits and the store canceled my apt within an hour of the scheduled visit I was told I had until end of next month to use remaining credits and I called to scheduled apt and I was told that the remaining credits have expired and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. Oh unless I resign a membership….Absolutely terrible !

If you are elderly and have any type of physical disability do not go to this place. I was treated disrespectfully and refused care. Do not waste your money on a gift certificate for anyone in your family

My husband got me a Decompression Theraphy for 1 hour for $167.94 . When I booked the appointment they said it’s not available for that day but I can just get whatever massage or facial instead . So I got a regular massage for literally 25 mins . Went in the room around 10:15 took my clothes off for 5 mins I got the massage around 10:20ish she got done at 10:52 that’s not 1 hr and it’s definitely not worth $167.94 . I didn’t want to tell my husband my experience I didn’t want to make him feel bad because he wants me to have a relaxing day. I’m glad I didn’t renew my membership after Covid because it’s not worth the money . You don’t really get an hour it’s more like 25 mins . Don’t waste your money .

I am disappointed. You pay for an hour of massage, but in the end the massage only lasts 30 minutes. This hour includes filling out paperwork, undressing, getting dressed, which is just ridiculous. No complaints about the massage therapist
