From the time I walked in I was acknowledged by front desk! Arrived 10 mins before my appointed time and quickly after I was walking into the room!!!!!! Efficiency I love and Benita great service really great service I asked for a quiet session n indeed that’s what I got very attentive to the areas in which I was experiencing issues with!!!! Will definitely be back n back n back also already recommended and used couple gift cards also thank you all again at Logan square

I had the most amazing facial with Shaq! His professionalism and attention to detail were truly top-notch, making the entire experience relaxing and rejuvenating. Beyond his skill, Shaq’s positive personality and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs, and the results were incredible. I can’t recommend Shaq enough - he’s truly the best! I will be coming back to this location.

For so many years so far this is the best hand and stone branch I’ve been from the front desk to the massage therapist. I just wanna recognize Diana for her excellent service in my behalf. Truly Diana is a great asset in that location because she genuinely cares for her client and their predicament. Her concern as well as compassion is undeniably palpable. She works with her heart and her hand never gets tired in rendering therapeutic massage to her clientele. I’m hoping that the company should give nice incentive or perks for this kind of worker. I have been a loyal customer because of these wonderful employees. Keep up the great job.

Geni is great! She is very good at listening to your concerns and working them out. I have gone to her before and after the gym and she gives me a massage that works in that moment. Plus she is so friendly and I always love our conversations.

This Hand & Stone location is by far THEE BEST Hand & Stone location I have ever been to. Upon arrival, I am always greeted by warm and welcoming faces. Everyone is so encouraging and stresses the importance of staying consistent and prioritizing self-care. In only 3 months my skin has completely transformed by the hands of Maria. She always knows exactly what my skin needs and recommends what would be best. Maria is so kind and knowledgeable and is an outstanding esthetician. I am so grateful to have found her!! Thank you to the entire team of Hand & Stone Logan Square for holding me accountable and making me feel so loved! It is a highlight of my week when I'm booked!! Very courteous service from Shaq and Nyla with explaining services and deals. All the massage therapists and estheticians are very knowledgeable and good at catering service to their clients. Yari is so sweet and takes time and patience to understand your needs. Def recommend a monthly subscription.

AMELIA IS NOT A REAL PERSON! I'm not completely sure how to describe what I experienced during my massage but there is no way that incredible masseuse is one of us, and by "us" I mean human. 100000000 outta 10 !! I love this location! Last Friday 10/4/24, I got my first massage from here and they make you feel really welcome and comfortable! Shoutout to the guy Anthony who gave me my massage! I had a lot of tension in my body and I really needed that so thank you so much Anthony! Best believe I will be returning for future massages and I will be looking to get a facial as well too ☺️!!!

Have previously had good experiences here but my last massage was horrible. A waste of $170. My hot stone massage was for an hour, I only received 45 minutes. The masseuse barely touched me and I explained at the beginning don't be afraid to be tougher. I left more stressed than when I arrived.

I had a massage and a facial. Victoria is my massage therapist. She is perfect for me. She uses just the right amount of pressure and is concerned for my health. Drucilla did my facial. It was one of the most relaxing facial I ever had. She is knowledgeable about the skin care and use of it. Where and when to apply.

My fiancé and I had the absolute BEST experience. He had Yari and I had Diana. They did phenomenal jobs and we left so relaxed. These were some of the best massages we had. The massage therapists listen to you and take their time. The front desk women were very sweet and helpful as well. The overall experience was a 10/10. I will recommend Hand and Stone Logan Square to everyone!

Absolute fav location in the city. I come here often even though others are closer to me. Every masseuse that I’ve used (about 4-5) have been amazing! Front desk is always friendly & able to quickly accommodate if there’s an issue or you’re running late. Would highly recommend!

I have been to many Hand and Stones, and this one is by far the best. The front desk is always so kind and welcoming. I have to specifically recommend Olive. I tell everyone I know to request her. I always carry my stress in my shoulders and neck, and she gets me back to perfect every time.

I’ve had a membership here since late last year and recently decided to cancel after my last massage. As you can see I usually book an hour massage, which H&S says is actually a 50 minute massage because they reserve 10 minutes for you to get undressed and dressed. I would show up early for my appointments which were usually at 5 pm. The masseuse would call me back usually on time and ask me the same questions, if I had any injuries or problem areas they should avoid. Then they leave the room so I can get changed and by the time they come back and start my massage it’s 5:10pm. And they stop the massage at 5:50 pm. So my massages were only lasting 40 minutes, sometimes 45 minutes. On top of that I usually tip the masseuse $10 or $15. With a tip and the cost of membership that came to around $90 or a 40 minute massage. The last straw was my last appointment. I booked two back to back hour long massages and I was only on the table for about an hour and 45. I didn’t understand that because I was already changed and on the table so it’s not like the masseuse had to wait for me to change for the second hour of the massage. I hope that makes sense to who ever is reading this. And on top of that the masseuse called me to the back at 5:06 which took another 6 minutes off the massage. And lastly I had trouble with them taking my membership fees off of my debit card. For the first few months of my membership I had to pay in person because something on their end was wrong on my account. Long story short, the massages are great! And I loved the facials as well. The facility is nice and there is parking available. However I DON’T see the value in having a membership when the massages are so short. If it was a full 60 minutes for an $80 massage then that would be worth it! Even if it was 50 minute massages that would be more reasonable than 40 to 45 minutes. I don’t think it’s an employee issue, but rather a business practice issue. I spoke with the manager this morning who informed me she will send the paperwork to my email address so I can cancel my membership. I will be charge an additional month, which is fine. I plan on using my left over credits at a different location to see if there is any difference, though I believe all locations say it’s a 50 minutes massage when you clearly booked an hour. I just hope the Willow Grove H&S will give me the full 50 minutes instead of 40 minutes.

The experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. My massage was everything, I wish they lasted longer. Lol Or that a complementary nap on the end. I'm just playing. But the hot stone massage was amazing. Go see Amelia if you set an appointment. She did a wonderful job. The stones were the perfect temperature 👌🏾 I can't wait to go back again.
