I want to express my appreciation for how Kelce the manager handled my recent complaint. She demonstrated professionalism, active listening, and was genuine willingness to address my concerns. Throughout the process, she was courteous, and thorough in explaining the steps being taken to resolve the issue. I appreciate her calmness and empathetic approach which made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Judith is absolutely incredible! I've been going to her for 3 years now. She always knows exactly what my skin needs. Her fun and friendly demeanor makes the time an absolute delight! She's conscious of your budget and balances the needs of your skin with affordability. Judith is so caring and I trustly her deeply with my chocolate skin! It's so great to have someone who knows how to care for my skin! Highly recommend!!

I started going to Hand & Stone to prep for my wedding. I've been seeing Judith for months now and absolutely LOVE her. She is the only person I go to. I'm now a week out from my wedding and feel like my skin is glowing! I will likely continue with my monthly facials post wedding because Hand & Stone has such great deals.

The front desk and therapist were all awesome and polite, but the massage was just really not great. Focused on the same areas until they were almost raw and left certain areas entirely untouched which were connected to my problem areas. I unfortunatley left feeling worse than when i got there because certain areas became stiff from being unmoved. Maybe it was my fault for not speaking up during the massage and i take accountability for that, but i have had a lot of massages and I have never actively wanted one to end so badly.

Highly recommend Brandi, she never gives the same massage twice! Always tailors each experience to your needs on that day! She always finds new ways to learn and practice her god given skill! I have tried many therapist at the location but she’s the one that keeps me coming back! Thank you Brandi!!!!

Great location! Had a massage at the Center City location on Locust. The staff were super friendly and the waiting room and massage rooms were relaxing and clean. The massage was excellent and the location was convenient. Highly recommend.

I get a massage every two weeks at this location of Hand And Stone. after each one, I am always delighted that I feel refreshed, and relaxed. And the staff at the front desk are the best they can’t be any nicer, friendlier and more efficient keeping me informed of my appointments. If they were 10 stars, I would do 10

I love this location! I’ve been seeing Dane for massages for the last several months for sports massage and have seen definite improvement in my mood and recovery. Front desk staff is awesome, and just got my first facial today and I’m addicted. Highly recommend

Such a good massage and facial. I had a massage with Colleen. Before the massage she went over the massage and what to expect. She asked me how intense or not I would like the massage; I said strong and it felt good but she was also gentle. We even discussed the need for regular massages to work out some shoulder issues. I then had a facial with Judith, which was also very good. Judith was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my skin needed. We talked about my skincare routine and she gave me suggestions on how to improve my skin. At the end of my facial, my skin was glowing and deliciously dewy and that lasted for the rest of the day. Both Colleen and Judith were amazing. The front desk staff were also sweet and welcoming. I would recommend this Hand and Stone location for services. Thanks Hand and Stone.

I had a wonderful facial experience with Tyanna today! Tyanna had an expert touch and answered any questions I had about steps in the facial. We decided to add on Cyroskin to the facial and even after just one treatment I feel like I can see my skin has such a nice lift to it! I would recommend this location and Tyanna to anyone interested in a facial!

I have been a member since around 2016. It is beyond worth the monthly fee for selfcare and skincare/bodywork maintenance. I am a physical therapist and fitness professional and I invest in my body. Regular massage is essential for me. Good value for the cost. I can’t think of anywhere else you can get this good quality of a service for the price. I have had a handful of less than fantastic experiences but they’re rare and many years ago and almost every encounter is fantastic. Today I had Carmen for facial and Colleen for massage. Both were highly skilled, professional, and kind. I recommend them highly. Having the membership allows a discounted rate for services and encourages me to prioritize my selfcare with a quarterly facial and or monthly massage. If you forget to book one month or are too busy, the credits roll over. I often book back to back facial and massage appointments for more of a “spa day” like I did today. The location is friendly, clean, and pretty, with recent upgrades made to the lobby area. It is minimal frills (ie. No sauna or showers like some spas) but that’s not what I am looking for here. I want a good quality facial and massage and that’s what is delivered. I sound like a sales person when people ask me about hand and stone because I speak so highly of the business, but I promise I’m not a representative. Greatly recommend!

I've been coming to the Locust Street Hand and Stone location for about a year for facials and massages. The membership is completely worth it. The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. I won't see anyone but Judith for facials, she's the best and understands my sensitive skin. I always look forward to my monthly self care days at Hand and Stone.

I’ve had a membership here for years. Judith gives the best facials and really listens to my concerns about my skin, I always leave her room glowing. Dane gives the most fantastic massage. My shoulders are alway a knotted mess because being a hairstylist is hard on the body, I leave feeling like I could to backflips! And Tracy at reception is so sweet and alway ready to help me move my appointments around.

Sarah was absolutely incredible. Had a Swedish massage session with her for an hour, and it's the first time someone really got in deep into the muscles in such a great method. I feel completely rejuvenated and it's really helped me out. Can not reccomend enough!

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa I visited your facility today at 2:19pm stood and waited for a representative to great me and she said missed the grace period by 1 min. We both check the time by 2:21pm and the representative persied to refuse to not take 39.95 of my gift card. I was in communication with the representative the whole time commuting to to there location from Brookhaven and they qued me to at least still come. I also communicated at 2:15 pm that there was no available parking and but I was close. They que to still come I paint $26 dollars for parking and was denied service. The manager descision was very implicit and they too my money off my card. I admittedly raised my voice but my first visit at hand in stone was a waste of time.

I don’t often share reviews but I always like to highlight a true star. Tiana, located at the Center City location, has been on my skin journey with me since September. Not only is her service exceptional, her kind attitude and demeanor make her the best in the business. She is just a true rock star and if anyone is looking for someone to do anything from clear their skin to just having a relaxing time, I highly recommend her!

Love this location! It is my favorite place to go to destress. I loyally go to Michele for massages (she is so friendly and hands down best massages I’ve ever had) and Judith for facials (she is so knowledgable and makes excellent personalized recommendations). The front desk staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and reliable. Thanks for everything to these wonderful staff members!
