Received a gift certificate from my wife. Arrived early and declined to provide the volume of sensitive protected healthcare information asked for. CAUTION: unless you want a membership - decline the "gift" card. I was told that it is a legal requirement to provide all this healthcare information. This place may be involved in insurance fraud because If the massage therapist provides services that are considered healthcare services and bills insurance for those services, HIPAA applies. Protected Health Information (PHI) is yours to keep safe, and customers should be wary of invasive requests for information. Gave them the "gift" card and left - no, thank you!

I come here twice a month for Swedish massage. Brenda is courteous, professional, and always deliver a great massage. She periodically check with me driving the session to make sure the pressure is right. Never have a bad massage with Brenda! Highly recommended!

I found that the pressure point work could have been a bit more intense. The pressure and force applied throughout the session felt a bit too light for my liking, especially when targeting specific points of tension. I prefer a firmer approach when it comes to pressure points. Overall just fine.

My first experience of a message was most comfortable. Ms. Lupe, my message therapist paid complete attention to my concerns and areas of extreme pain. Throughout the process she explained what was to take place, again adding to my comfort level. Most importantly, I had tremendous back pain when we started, and left feeling minimal, acceptable pain. Staff does not understand their own contracts. Called to inquire about canceling my membership, staff member could not tell me if there would be a fee associated with it, a ___ day notice I needed to give or how to cancel. I asked for and read over my contract, written notice needs to be given 30 days prior and one final membership pulls needs to be made. I asked for the email to submit my request to wand staff would not give it to me. I was informed a mgr would call me within 24-48 hours to discuss the “issue” (also not stated as necessary the contract) not a problem but my membership pulls from my account before that time frame is up. Aka if this is resolved on the 18th I’m liable for another charge. Confirmed no managers on the premise (not just busy- not physically in the building until Wednesday.) The same gentleman who was informing me he was not in charge of membership issues and couldn’t tell me what fees or notices were associated with the membership suddenly became an expert on how memberships get canceled and told me that I don’t need an email and he’s already submitted the request on my behalf. Not entirely sure where he’s getting this information from is there’s no supervisor in the building to educate him? In all fairness, every single service I’ve received here has been great. I started off this call to inquire about cancelation, not fully cancel but after the mess it was to get any information when I’m ready for massage services again I will take my business local.

What an amazing experience!!! Malyssa was my massage therapist and she did a great job- one of the best massages I’ve ever had. For sure ask for her, she takes the time to make sure you get what you need and focuses on the details. Ernest at the front desk has always been friendly, helpful and takes the time to make sure we get a great service and price. Thank you for a wonderful time, we cannot wait to come back!
