I wish I could gate-keep this information so that my aesthetician doesn’t get too booked, but I can’t help but recognize Sage for being the best aesthetician I have ever been to. She really knows what she’s doing, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable and taken care of. She always leaves me glowing like a rotisserie chicken and I couldn’t be more grateful. Hand-and-Stone is lucky to have her.

Cassidy was phenomenal. I made a last minute choice to have a massage and it did not disappoint . Instead of trying to upsell, Cassidy made sure I was comfortable and took the time to learn where all my trouble spots were. Never have I encountered a massage therapist with this level of compassion, empathy and skill. To that end, upon arrival, Alyssa was so sweet, as well as knowledgeable about the services offered and she answered all of my ridiculous questions. Thank you both so much.

I love getting facials here. I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years and I find the quality of the products and the knowledge of the facialists outstanding. I always book with Tiffany. She does incredible work and always has great suggestions on how to improve something. She really knows her stuff. The front office staff is always really kind and very helpful! Closest thing to a spa experience without the crazy prices!

Very dissatisfied! I did not feel as though I had a massage when I left. Therapist never applied the pressure I was asking for. Skimmed over the entire body. 👎🏽

I was greeted well and enjoyed a Swedish massage with an add on. They are a bit different from the competitive. I like this place and went ahead and joined. There is not a binded contract with them which is really good. Go grab a massage. You won’t regretted.

kelly is the best! i’ve been to other massage therapists here but Kelly has such a calm quiet energy and a soothing voice and it instantly relaxes me. I’m a full time hairstylist and always have lots of knots and kinks for her to work out but she does an amazing job of making me feel 100% when i leave. she’s extremely consistent and reliable and i’ve never had an issue with last minute schedule changes. the front desk is also very on top of everything and so friendly. i come every month and it’s a 10/10 experience every time. favorite part of every month.

Her expertise and dedication set a high standard, making the experience truly exceptional. The massage therapist: Mia, Em and Belinda were all awesome. I’d like to also recognize Maria, Chance, and Destiny at the front desk. They are both awesome assets to the team with their knowledge and support. Very personable and accommodating. Maria Hoffman Just had a deep tissue massage yesterday with Lilia. In all the years going to Hand and Stone have never had anything but good treatments. BUT I need to say yesterday with Lilia was outstanding. Fabulous massage. She is excellent. I will always try to get her in the future

Thank you for such a relaxing birthday. I was able to enjoy a Himalayan salt massage w/ aroma therapy, followed by a soothing facial, which i highly recommend for anyone and everyone. I walked in feeling tired/ worn out and walked out feeling refreshed. The cherry on top was the hospitality of each person I've encountered. 10/10 🤩 I’ll be back soon!

I have been to a few different Hand and Stone locations in the past several years, and have settled my roost at this location. They have a great range of providers that can accomplish any massage needs you may have! The staff is well trained and knowledgeable in all forms of massage. The "enhancement" list is expansive. I came to Hand and Stone as a guest with my wife and have now even become a member. I have receive massages from both Belinda and Mia at this location. Both of these providers are thorough and keep in communication with you to get the most of your time spent with them. Today, I did the gliding cups enhancement and it was spectacular. I felt well stretched out, relaxed, and my posture was much improved. Each time I have had a massage here, I had a quick evaluation of my body and then been given recommendation of type of massage and location centric advisement. The providers ask your thoughts and comfort level with those recommendations. I recommend this Hand and Stone location if you want the best experience for your money and for your relaxation needs! Just don't all go at once, so getting an appointment for myself is harder! 😉

I usually go to Hand and Stone for facials, and every esthetician I have had does a great job. I have not gone for a massage in a few years and desperately needed one! I was used to having a "go to" therapist, so I was a bit nervous just using someone randomly. I was very impressed with Em! She did such a good job, was very attentive and listened to my needs, and it was so relaxing. I highly recommend her and the Hand and Stone Desert Ridge location!

I visited Hand and Stone today for the very first time after seeing the reviews. I must say I'm very much impressed with the ambience and atmosphere. However the massage wasn't so effective. I got a massage almost after 3 years as I badly wanted it after giving birth to my second kid. I couldn't feel the relaxation though! It was more of oil and very less focus on pressure points. I would say it was just okay but not exactly what I was looking for. I will not say that this review is for the spa entirely, may be didn't get a proper service from my assigned therapist Christy.

I have been a member since the opened the Tatum location and have had four others join because I told everyone how great the massages are. I have had two Masseuse leave and it’s hard to get in with Max or Ana. I have now asked for masseuses that are comparable to their techniques and now have been paired with two separate occasions that are nowhere near what the Receptionist has recommended. I emphasized what I was looking for and did not get the service that I paid for now twice. Everyone that has joined along with me are all slowly canceling their memberships due to the same issues. Finally received a call from the manager and only thing they can do is offer added stone or essential oils upgrade on my next visit.

I've been a member of this location for something like 2 years now and I absolutely love it! I've gotten several massages- brought my mom when she's been in from out of town and my husband. Cannot recommend this location enough! I've gotten the best massages and facials and always have another session booked out! My husband and I will be having a spa day here for our anniversary in August and I can't wait!

Visiting H&S today, my therapist was out sick. Alyssa was wonderful in making sure I was assigned another therapist, same day! It’s always a little nerve wracking for me working with a new therapist, but Rachel was a perfect match. She listened to my concerns and focused our session on exactly what I had asked. I’ve recently transferred from another valley location, on the hunt for a new permanent therapist. I’m happy to share that Im looking forward to returning and working with Rachel. Highly recommend if you are looking for more than just relaxation - though I’m certain this is a good option for that too :)

I’ve been here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. Today I saw Max and he was AMAZING! The best massage I’ve had in years. Very intuitive, good pressure, friendly, and professional. I walked in with a bad headache and left with complete relief! Already looking forward to my next massage with Max
