I had a wonderful massage with Warren today at this location.I highly recommend him, he was extremely helpful and has a very peaceful vibe, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed . I will be back!

Spectacular! My skin artist was out of this world! She did an amazing work she analyzed my skin and suggested an extra moisturizer that did super good in my skin. And the massage was amazing too!!!

I love going but was disappointed I was charged a no show fee when it was scheduled the night before by accident. If an accidental schedule is booked in the time frame they don't allow you to fix it then to be fair and loyal to your loyal customers you should graciously allow 24 hours to fix an honest mistake. The other issues I tried to cancel a membership once and no one ever called back. I had a change of heart but still for that reason alone a no show charge should be credited back for not replying professionally when I was informed the only way to cancel is a manager calling you back but never received a call.

Friendly staff, always professional. Clean and you surprisingly can’t hear the booty burn camp music jamming from next door unless you are using the restrooms. I’ve had massages from Shelby, Brea and John Paul all highly recommend for firmer pressure.

This location has really gone downhill the past few months. I have been going to the Robinson location for over two years now. As soon as I find a great therapist that I love, they quit. I have also had appointments cancelled on me one hour prior for two months straight. I completely understand that personal things come up and we can’t make work; however, the call that I received this morning said that the therapist was in a car accident a few days ago. I now have to wait a few weeks to try to get back on the schedule and hope I’m not cancelled on for the 3rd month in a row.

First time I've EVER had a massage. I see their ads daily. This was the best intro to this world of selfcare everybody talks about. The masseuse John was super! I'm seriously considering their membership. Ive been telling all my co-workers. Hand and Stone provided a fantastic experience! Thank you.

I was gifted a gift card for my birthday, but I was so excited to use at the Robinson hand and stone. I scheduled my first appointment over the phone, not knowing it could be booked online. The person I spoke with never actually booked the appointment. So the week of the appointment when I called to confirm, I was told to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment. But in the meantime, found out I was pregnant. So I called hand and stone and was told that because of their policy I should schedule with a prenatal massage therapist when I was in my second trimester. I followed the instruction and booked on the phone for February 13, 2024. The person I spoke with assured me I was booked with a prenatal massage therapist. The day of my appointment, actually about five hours before the appointment time, I received a phone call stating that this person was not actually a prenatal massage therapist and they would need to reschedule my appointment again. The solutions that I was offered did not work with my schedule. I explained that I work full-time and I am a mom so it’s very hard to carve out time for myself. I asked for a refund on my gift card, but was told that it could not be refunded with the store, but I would have to call corporate. I’m incredibly frustrated and upset at this point as this appointment has been moved multiple times because of hand and stone in Robinson. I ended up calling a different location and booking with them. I will never recommend going to this hand and stone location in Robinson. Clearly the staff there does not know what they are doing For their customers. I would also like to point out that if I had canceled the appointment within a 24 hour time., I would be charged a $35 fee. But they once again screwed up my appointment and canceled me same day, and I get absolutely nothing. Save yourself the trouble and get a massage some Place else.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage at the Robinson location. We had been looking forward to it because we work different schedules and he lives over an hour away, so it was tricky to try and schedule. About 4 hours before our appointment, someone called and told us our massage would need to be rescheduled because one of the masseuses couldn’t come in/had to leave work. They offered to give us massages separately, but that’s not what we had booked. The woman said we could reschedule and that was it. Now if WE had canceled the day of our appointment they would have charged some kind of fee to my credit card. They didn’t offer any discounts or reach out when I contacted them privately through their website to say that we were disappointed with the way our massage was canceled. I would not try to book another massage at this business.

Booked my first facial appt ever with Anna on a whim and LOVED the whole experience!! I loved the products - the way my skin felt after she was finished … she explained what she was doing and offered me more or less but wasn’t pushy so the experience maintained it’s Ultra Relaxing Feel!! From a girl who has written only a few reviews in her life thus far: This was my first facial with Hand and Stone and let me tell you... BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT! Jamie performed my dermatologic facial and she was absolutely amazing. Prior to the facial not only did she perform a mini consultation of what would be best for my problem areas she answered multiple questions I had about melasma I have on my face. She made a point to build rapport with me and it made me feel very comfortable. She explained every thing that she was doing during the facial and provided potential side effects I might feel with some of the serums. I felt like my face/skin was in good hands. Post facial we talked about after care and what serums I used to avoid for a day or two. I am definitely coming back for another with her.

Great place bur horrible cancel and/or reschedule process. I’m on vacation and got charged $35 because I called 23 hrs before my apt time which was 1 hr too late. I Still called the day before but because my apt was scheduled for a morning apt, I was charged the cancellation fee. Clearly the spot can and will more then likely still be filled. So in return I just canceled my whole membership. Over it, if someone can’t call or reschedule the day before without being charged then I absolutely do not want a membership.
