I have been going here for almost a year. The staff is amazing and very kind. I have had the opportunity to see a few different massage therapists and each one asked questions and listened to make my experience the best it could be. I have recommended this location to all friends and family.

I love this hand and Stone great customer service from the front of the store and the services I highly recommend it feels so relaxing getting a nice massage or a face service I always can tell the difference from how my face or body felt before and it is great

I’ve had a great experience as a member at this spa. The regular facials have made a very positive difference in my skin and it’s such a relaxing environment. The staff are wonderful and I think the membership is very cost effective. Highly recommend!!

Great facial and massage experiences but caution with a membership issue. Last visit, I was told I had no "credit" available to cover my monthly service. The front desk receptionist kept checking the system, at least 3 or 4 times, and she kept saying I did not have a credit. I know I did so she kept checking and finally she said I actually did have a credit. I had to ask for an explanation because I was not offered one (and i have a feeling this will happen again) and she said it was booked incorrectly so just warning others that this occurred and to keep track of your credits. This isn't the first time the front desk staff seemed kinda clueless about an issue.

I was looking forward to my massage today but was unfortunately disappointed in my experience due to the way I was treated by the front desk staff (Lily). My massage therapist Brittany was lovely and the massage was good. However, I showed up at 5pm for my 5pm appointment (I was coming straight from work), but was told (very rudely) by Lily that I was late and that is why my 60 minute massage was only 45 minutes. I unfortunately will not be rebooking with this location moving forward.

I would NOT recommend this place for athletes, performers, or anyone in need of legitimate deep tissue or sports massage. The massage I was received was ineffective a bit of a waste of time. Also the “percussion therapy” they offer is just a theragun which you can purchase online. The woman at the front desk did not seem knowledgeable about massage or the facial services they offer. I would NOT return.

Awful customer service. Condescending manager on duty. Please don't be fooled by "walk-ins welcome." The lady behind the counter said we only accept walk ins if we don't have anything booked on that day...of course businesses always have bookings. Ergo, you have to book in advance to be considered. False advertising.

I got one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Gretchen. She was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend booking with her and the online booking makes it very simple. The two girls at the front desk were very sweet as well.

I had my first facial at Hand and Stone. Jonathan was amazing. He explained what he would be doing. Explained what the products were used for. It felt great and I had a serious glow when leaving. I will definitely be back!

I took my mom for her birthday and we loved it! The reviews were iffy but we had a great experience. We did the introductory rate for $70. And don’t forget to tip! The staff was amazing and friendly. They were detailed on the service and what to expect. My mom got a Swedish massage by Gretchen and she loved it! She had the right pressure and hit all the right spots. We were able to discuss what areas to focus more on and what will be done. The music and ambiance were great. It was clean as well. I got a facial done by Kyla. I mentioned it was my first time and she was so welcoming and informative. She gave great advice on skincare products and what I should be doing. She was so gentle on the face and was great. We will be returning customers soon! I suggest getting a membership if you plan to go once a month it’s worth it , rather than paying $120 for every service.

Not impressed at all w the $100 facial I paid for. My skin feels dry and tight even though I just left. At some point, there was product in my eyes, mouth and nose. I get facials very regularly, and extractions every time- I’ve never had them hurt as badly as they did here. Also, he only did my nose and not the other spots on my face. Paid $15 extra for a “scalp massage” that lasted 3 minutes. Waste of money all around. Would never recommend

The massage would have been a 5 had the massage person not used her elbows on my back. I ask for a step up from light not heavy massage. I'm 71 and not a lot of fat on my back so that was not relaxing. With the amount of information you are required to fill out prior to the actual massage I do not believe the information was viewed by the person that gave me the massage.

Hand and Stone Massage Was excellent it's a super clean, comfortable and convenient spa 🧘🏻‍♀️ and the room where I got my massage was so relaxing and the masseuse was A++ ! It was so great I decided to become a member and all my massages will only be $69/mth for an hour massage!!!!

Liz was amazing. She was so helpful and knew what she was doing. She was also very kind and knew what my sore muscles needed. My husband and I did a couples massage (I know, it rlly isn't that cringy tho) And we had a great time. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Definitely would go back!

My wife and I enjoyed the experience of this beautiful place when we walked for our appointment we felt the peacefulness. Serenity entered our minds, bodies, & souls while we were getting our service done. So much so liquid jewels caressed our cheeks in delight. Not impressed.. my wife and I had massages scheduled for the same time slot however, her appointment was canceled less than two hours prior. We might have received a half hearted apology but no meaningful compensation of any sort. I ended up giving the massage time slot to my wife, who even though she was 10 minutes early, ended up only getting 40 minutes of a 60 minute massage. Massage was just "ok". There was a specific area she noted on the questionnaire and verbally mentioned to the masseuse at the start that wasn't touched until she asked a 3rd time near the end of the session.

The massage felt rushed so much so the Masseuse didn’t even finish my leg massage then when I went to the front desk, and they asked how I liked it I told thme “it wasn’t the best” the front desk receptionist replied “well I could go somewhere else” HORRIBLE as a business owner I’d never tell a client that. Then had the nerve to ask did I want to reschedule. Hard pass won’t be referring anyone here again.
