Not sure if it was this location or not but one of the employees with a pink bow in her hair was live streaming on tiktok catching conversations with customers and getting their info on the stream. Extremely unprofessional.

I am a member here, and booked late last night on the app for the first time. I thought I had booked for the NW location considering I am next door. However I booked for the Beaverton. That is entirely my fault. However. The nw location even though saying it would be open, was closed, doors locked lights off. When I called the cedar hills location to apologize, and tell them I could maybe just snag a later appointment, that they had open. They said they still were going to charge me the cancellation fee which is almost half of what I spent on my monthly charge. Annoying, but fair. Then she told me to try and get in at the NW location, which she was shocked to hear was locked up.

I am extremely satisfied with Bree's services. She gave me a quick consultation of what exact goal and treatment I wanted. Bree was very educated and honest not only about prices, but exactly how certain products will cater to my facial needs. Bree treated me very gently, and with care that eventually led me to falling asleep during our session due to how relaxed and comfortable she made me. She never neglected to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything she can do to make me feel more comfortable. After our session, Bree educated me on products that she recommended for at home skin care. I took her word for the products she recommended and my skin feels so happy. highly recommend Bree to anyone! Not only is she just an intelligent woman, but she makes sure everyone is safe, comfortable, targets their needs/concerns of their skin, and executes her performance accordingly. I left extremely happy with the service she provided for me. I will definitely be booking with Bree again!

I had a massage with Aly and it was so relaxing! She specialized in the area that I have the most pain and released all the tension. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her as I booked 100 minutes. 10/10 do recommend!

Had such a relaxing facial from Bree here! She was gentle, professional and informative throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile to create and maintain a safe space and this whole experience was so calming to my nervous system. Will def be back to book with her soon!

Another user described this as “the fast food of massage places”, and while that’s a bit farther than I’d go, I’d probably describe it as the fast-casual of spas. While a monthly membership seems like a good deal, you kinda get what you pay for, in my experience. The therapists I saw were professional and nice, and the front desk staff was always friendly, but it always felt very impersonal, and each visit was consistently mediocre. I ultimately decided to cancel my membership.

Facials by Ren are top notch. She is excellent at her craft and I only let her touch my face. She takes her time, makes you feel comfortable and does a great job. She takes notes every session and remembers past treatments. She definitely caters to her clients and it shows! Separately, I’ve had about 3 massages here, none of them have been good.

I experienced the perfect facial there on a quiet Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sierra was professional, informative and kind while cleaning and examining my skin. Sometimes you encounter people who are just really natural and exceptional in their field. I left feeling lucky enough to experience that with the facial I received that day.

Look at who you want to book with. Styles are vastly different. I love who I go to because he is very intuitive. I fall asleep about an hour after I get done. Restorative after bad injury. S has really helped me on my post surgery recovery. I have not done a facial.

Although I typically don't go to this location, I had one of the best experiences here last week! I stupidly booked a massage at this location instead of my usual one on Williams. I was booked for a 90 minute hot stone massage, a real treat that I only get every few months. When I arrived at my usual location on time, I was told that I was in the wrong place. I checked my email confirmation and to my surprise I had booked a massage at this location instead. Feeling frustrated with myself, I called this location and told them about the situation. They were super understanding, and said if I could make it within 30 minutes I could still get my 90 minute massage with no additional charges! I was thrilled and had such a phenomenal massage by Tatiana (I think)! She was incredibly flexible and responsive to my needs. She relieved my stress and even made me laugh a couple of times. She is an absolute joy and I highly recommend anyone get a massage from her. The only reason I give this four stars is because the walls are incredibly fun. The spa shares a wall with a variety of other buildings, and often I could hear other people talking from next door. Would for sure visit this location if I were in the neighborhood again!

Colin I believe his name was...first visit... referral from a friend...to start off he was late for our appointment...which is totally unprofessional...my time is valuable...it's disrespectful in my book...I asked him to be very firm...and I would let him know if it was too much...totally ignored me...as my issue is deep neuromuscular...which requires deep tissue massage...I fully explained my issue in detail not sure if he was strong enough or if he knew how to get to the root of my issue..part of training for massage is knowing anatomy and physiology so he should know...did not receive a full hour either...I have to say the worst massage I have ever gotten...if you can call what he did a massage more of rubbing my skin...not happy a waste of time and money

I went to this location for my first time and had a very poor experience. I arrived 5 mins before my massage and checked in. My massage was booked for 4pm and at 4:15 I went up to the front desk to ask if they were just running behind and the person at the front desk said he basically forgot about me and ran to get the massage therapist. So rather than a one hour massage I was only able to get a 30 min massage. The massage therapist was very nice but she spent basically half of the time stretching my legs and making me take deep breaths. And I spent the entire massage anxious because I knew I was now going to be late for my plans because they ‘forgot’ about me. I had never had this experience at other hand and stone locations and will not be returning to this location. Very unfortunate that I had to pay for this kind of experience.

Made an appointment for a facial requesting a specific aesthetician. When I arrived for my appointment another person said she was assigned to me-no negotiation. While the woman was very nice there was far too much product and services pushed during what should have been a relaxing experience. I’m not sure what the basic service covers, but if I wanted moisturizing and exfoliating (face vacuum) that would be another $80. Checking out there was more of the high pressure sell. The woman at the desk was relentless. Very unpleasant experience.

My aesthetician, Meghann, made me feel amazing! She took the time to ask about my current facial regime and any skin issues I might have. Then she gave me the facial that best met my needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Her hands were gentle, even when massaging my shoulders. She explained every product she used. I felt so relaxed and at ease, I didn’t want my facial to end. I enrolled in the Lifestyle Program, and will book with Meghann every time! Great experience!

Scheduled + was charged for a 120 minute massage, received a little longer than a 90 minute massage during which I had to continually repeat the same instruction/correction/guidance to almost no avail. Overall incredibly frustrating + truly obscenely overpriced for mediocre (at best) service.

This location is pretty good. It’s a very upsell environment but if you know what you like you won’t be bothered by it. I have mostly done facials here and have tried a few providers. Lauren and Phnina are my favorite.

Very nice relaxing experience. Would be 5 stars. The therapist did cut my 90-minute massage quite short. I arrived on time and my massage was about 65 minutes.

My facial and massage were truly wonderful. However, there seems to be such a high volume of clients and quick turnarounds that it detracts from what could be a relaxing environment. And makes me feel bad for the staff. There should be some buffer time built in between appointments to help staff prep rooms and take a few calming breaths before jumping right in with the next client. Otherwise great service and everyone was so nice.
