I made reservations here for My mother my sister and myself. It was supposed to be their Christmas presents. On my way to the appointment I followed the GPS coordinates and it led me to the wrong hand and stone massage. Luckily the lady there called in and let her sister company know that we were still coming. She gave me the correct address and she said that that should fix my problem. I typed it into my cell phone and we were on our way again. This address led me to an Asian run massage parlor. I think it was called the Golden lotus or something like that. By now I was quite frustrated because there was no way we were going to make it to our massages on time. So I called the management and told them what was happening and they refunded my account for all three massages without any complaints. I am very grateful to them for that.

Reception and therapist were friendly and welcoming, however, I'd describe the massage I received as "limp", despite my requesting firm pressure on my intake form and asking for more pressure at the start of my session. Speak up if you are not happy with your service and well before the service is over.

Friendly service, however, the therapist seemed to be running through the motions and did not exert any pressure (even when asked to go as hard as they could which seemed duplicative seeing I requested hard pressure on intake form). Sadly, once you get a real massage, sub-par ones are incredibly disappointing.

Good, Rose was attentive and so knowledgeable. Too bad I had vertigo after the facial, perhaps next time I ask if there is a sitting positioninstead of lying flat on the bed. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I was beyond impressed by this location of H&S. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted by a friendly, lovely voices and a calming herbal aroma. The brightly-lit waiting area was pristine. Megan helped me with my complicated billing situation with no stress and always smiling. And Mara — let me tell you about Mara! She literally shaped my skin into something I didn’t think was possible after ONE service! Firm, smooth, and glowing, my micropeel facial suggested by Mara gives me the confidence I needed to face another busy week. Thank you, NE Williams H&S! I will be back ASAP and taking my friends, too.

Megan the assistant manager was incredibly rude and callous when I asked to speak to the district manager. I was appalled when she hung up on me on our phone call today. If there is a district manager I can reach that could help me on here that would be appreciated.

The staff is amazing, and very accommodating, however, my massage began at 10am and ended at 10:54. I was expecting a complete hour.

They have good discounts for new clients but my last massage here was rather mediocre, and every time I get a massage here someone at the front desk gives me a long spiel to try to get me to sign up for their membership, and keep pressing even when I say no, when all I want to do is turn my brain off and relax, which is why I haven’t returned.

This location is fantastic. I enjoyed the atmosphere, staff are friendly. Music and lighting was perfect. Explained all details well, especially time for consult, dress/undress, and massage time. Thank you!

Friendly reception staff, lobby and rooms are always very clean, and some good LMTs. You can pause the monthly plan if you get busy or can't afford it for the upcoming month.

Had a wonderful experience! I got a deep tissue massage as a gift from my wife, and boy did I need it. We used to get massages on a regular basis before Covid, and this is the first one I’ve had in a few years. The staff were all super friendly and thoughtful, I’d definitely go back! Also, their monthly membership seems like a good deal for the price.

I have had multiple facials at Hand and Stone and I have enjoyed my experiences with Megan and Hanna. I was not only feeling pampered but really enjoyed my conversations during my sessions when I was feeling a little extra chatty.

I have seen Rick twice now and just booked my next appointment- he knows how to work on my problem areas and makes me feel heard in addressing them! It’s evident that he has a ton of experience- you can feel it! I look forward to seeing him knowing that if I want to chat he will not run out of topics. If I’d like a quiet service he will also respect that! Cant wait to see him again soon!

I went to Hand and Stone and the massage was just ok. I asked for a full body massage but the masseuse gave me what she thought was good for the first visit. I thought the purpose of the questionnaire was to advise what "I" wanted for my massage. Besides that it was just "ok" for that reason at the Hand and Stone on Williams.

I’ve been going here for a while now and had great experiences with Aricka, Mae, Dani and Laura (so far my favorite LMT). They all have different techniques for my upper back relief. I’ve only had a facial here once by Megan and she was great! Very informative about my skin and gave a great neck massage afterwards.

I’ve gotten several facials from Mara and had an amazing experience every time. She always makes time to talk about my specific skin concerns and remembers what we’ve talked about during previous appointments. She’s also made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable as a trans person and I’ve been able to talk openly with her about the affects HRT has had on my skin, which should be a given but isn’t in all environments! Highly recommended Mara to other LGBT folks or anyone who wants someone who cares about their skincare journey!

The whole experience is great from the welcoming front desk staff to the massage therapists. I would highly recommend becoming a member for anyone needing some TLC or help with pain management.

Went for a couples massage as a treat, and while it was a clean and relaxing environment, the actual massages left a lot to be desired. We had requested a therapeutic massage and it was anything but... and both massage therapists whispered to each other for the entire hour. epically disappointing, to say the least.
