If I could leave 0 stars I would. Scheduled for an introductory facial, had reaction to products and esthetician proceeded to gaslight to me to say my products caused the issue & continue to push their products on me. I had to request to leave. And then they acted like they did me a favor by taking $20 off the total.

The massage and facial services here have been fine but the customer service has been unacceptable. I signed up for the membership and they make it nearly impossible to cancel. If you do cancel you have to use your credits within 60 days. You can only transfer 2 to a family member/friend in 6 months and now I’m stuck with 20 credits and no manager ever returns your call to cancel or put a hold on your account. Do not get stuck in this endless loop of lack of miscommunication while your credit card gets continually charged with no help. I wish I never signed up.

I had a facial with Judy and I was so impressed with her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my personal concerns, she was thorough and is very very good at what she does.. I highly recommend Judy for a facial at the leesville location.

I have enjoyed 2 wonderful massages so far. The receptionists have been very kind and welcoming. The massage therapists have been excellent. I’m currently on a 3-month membership courtesy of a holiday gift card. I am seriously thinking of getting a month-to-month membership when it expires.

Excellent Facial & Wonderful Experience! I came in for a facial without an appointment on a Monday morning, and Emma, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and friendly. The esthetician Hanna took us in at our preferred time. She was knowledgeable and patient as she answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. She made suggestions but did not push any services or products. Emma then explained all the perks of being a member as well as all the gift card options. My overall experience was amazing! I am definitely coming back!

I received my very first massage from Hadrien!!!!! Amazing!!!! Amazing experience overall, front desk associate was very welcoming as well, hate I didn’t get her name, but Hadrien gave me my massage & he was amazing, he is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, that’s all I can say! I will definitely be returning.

Reasonable priced hour long Swedish massage, $70 (had a Bogo deal from 1.5 years ago, difficult to find the card info bc they didn't give out physical cards). Nice staff over phone to schedule. Massage is good, the masseuse asks for preferences and feedback.

Staff seem very nice here, however giving it a 1 star because I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months due to being out of the area and cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone or cancel my membership via phone, website or email. NO response. I would NOT suggest buying a membership to any Hand and Stone for this reason, I do not think it has anything to do with this particular location it is how the overall business is run.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks. Half of the time no one answers the phone. I have left multiple messages. I received one voicemail from someone saying they would like to go over all of my options before cancelling. I called back to leave a voicemail saying I’m not interested and want to cancel immediately. Apparently you have to cancel with the location you signed up with and I no longer live in NC, otherwise I would come in and speak to some one face-to-face.

They won't let you speak to anyone to cancel a monthly membership and won't call you back or pick up the phone. They say the one person who can cancel it doesn't work at that location. They say you're on a "list" to cancel then you never hear anything. I've been trying for 2 months to cancel my membership

I had an appointment with this location, which is about 35 minutes from my home. I get there and the lady tells me that my appointment was canceled and that she tried to call and left a message. I looked at my phone and also called my voice-mail...and guess what?! No message! I was visibly irritated and told them that I got no call. The girl shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to tell my my masseuse wasn't there. I left out and went to get my nails done at the nail shop upstairs...45 minutes later I see that they had shut down to go home...@7:30 pm! The next day I called to speak with the manager and expressed my frustration, and the fact no one asked if I wanted to reschedule or offer any kind of upgrade or discount for the fact I drove all that way. I assumed it was the same girl I spoke to that night because she sounded so unconcerned on the call. As a member, I will NEVER do business at this location again.

I have been a member for over two and a half years and for the most part I have been very pleased. They are a little short staffed right now but that’s expected like every place else since Covid. All therapists have done a good job and all have different techniques which is why I have tried them all. I see Sierra now for several months and she is awesome. I make sure I set up my appointments for a few months out so I don’t run into any issues getting my appointments. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I want to give them a 5 so bad, however the staff are not that accommodating. Ive called 5 times and left voicemails on many occasions. Not sure why it is so hard to get i touch with them but its not convenient enough for me especially since I am paying my money. Hopefully I get in touch with someone soon . Falls of the neuse location was a little better with communication. At least answering the phone .

The place is relaxing and welcoming. However I am confused with the actual timing of 60min treatment. I didn’t care for 20min talk before facial treatment. It seems to me that a lot of time is focused on talk and upselling vs. the actual treatment.

Unfortunately I had to give a one star because they don't allow zero. A one star is generous for this place. Save your money and go to a real spa with real professionally trained massage therapists. I went in for a massage and facial and by far the worst I have ever received. After sending email to management staff her solution was for me to pay for another one. She told me my massage therapist is the best they have. I typically don't write reviews but I felt I need to warn everyone on this one.

Upper management has a lot to fix. Limited staff, limited appointment availability due to limited staff and some massage therapist that don’t have the correct massage skills and technique. This is why customers do not want to buy these expensive spa packages they constantly advertise at the front desk. Why pay hundreds of dollars for multiple massages when you can’t even book an appointment. And if you can get an appointment… you may get someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Truly disappointing and a waste of hard earned money

Very poor management overall (upper management). The people working there are nice, but the person I was seeing left and they have no appointments for weeks on end. Just trying to use my packages before they expire due to me canceling my membership.

Had my appointment cancelled twice now and then told that it is outside the 30-day window to get a refund. Front desk was condescending. Great way to ruin a birthday present!

I highly recommend going to a different location. Morgan at the front desk was rude and condescending when I called in. She didn’t show any empathy for my situation. Terrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment at a different location for today and the experience has already been so much better.

I'm always skeptical about trying somewhere new.. But SO glad I did and booked in with Brandon, this was my first massage and definitely not my last!!
