Shannon was amazing and took out at least over 30 knots. I felt 10 lbs lighter after the massage. Through out the whole experience she was respectful and had great conversation. If you get a chance to ask for Shannon you will not be disappointed. Best massage I've had in years!!! (Yup three exclamation points)

Prices are reasonable! My masseuse, Kayla was really knowledgeable about muscle care. She helped me relieve my poor whiplashed neck! I give her a 5/5. Friendly recommendation for management: My husband and I booked a couples massage and there were some details not explained on the website or at the time of booking over the phone that should have been explained before entering the room. We were hoping for a quiet relaxed romantic set-up and even though we filled out our preferences and got there early this was not communicated to our massage therapists. The man that was helping my husband was lacking self awareness in his approach which was honestly stressing us out. I eventually reminded my masseuse of my preference for a quiet time. The room set-up for couples is crammed and made for a slightly chaotic beginning. I would recommend to just do it separately.

Rayne is wonderful. She has helped me make tremendous improvements with back and shoulder stiffness brought on by frequent traveling. I’ve seen a few other therapists at this location and they’ve all been wonderful.

Very professional, clean, and kind. The massage therapist Lorenzo Mr. Exhale has aligned my tensed up body. My overall massage was so much more than I expected I feel so relaxed, comfortable, and new. The service was phenomenal I have now become a monthly member.

Came in for a one hour Swedish massage that was booked with Kayla. She is hands down one of the best! She focused on my areas that were bothering me the most and was so knowledgeable. I left feeling so relaxed and relieved. I will be visiting her again for sure!

I booked an introductory massage online. Chose "any female" for my clinician and was provided with a next day appointment for 11am. Received a call at 10:45am (15 mins prior to my scheduled appointment time) and was informed that there is a system glitch since they are under new management and it scheduled an appointment with a clinician who does not provide the services I requested. Only option given is to cancel for today and reschedule. System glitch, new management/ownership issues should NOT be the customer's issue. Very disappointed
