My husband and myself get massages once a month. We have never been to the same place twice. Everywhere I have gone, I request a Deep Tissue and have never received what I ask/pay for. For the first time, I FINALLY got the deep tissue I have been needing. Because the service was beyond amazing, I signed up for a membership. 🙌🏼 Not only did I get the membership/massage, I also got my very first facial. I am beyond sensitive to almost everything, but this was an experience I will never forget. I was taught how to treat and care for my face/skin and left the place not only feeling amazing but GLOWING!!! 🤩 I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!!

Wonderful experience all over. Relaxing atmosphere, professional staff and nice selection of affordable services. Definitely worth every Penny and will look into their membership services. My masseuse , I believe John, was the best!! I felt very heard, comfortable and satisfied with my purchase.

GREAT massage! Paperwork in the beginning is a bit excessive, but I understand they are trying to customize the experience. Very good deal for the money and lots of special offer. I asked for firm pressure, and my masseuse did NOT let me down! Will definitely be going back.

I've been member of Hand & Stone for years and it's been so crucial in helping relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend John for massages. He showed me exercises to help in-between appointments and he's funny! The price for the membership can't be beat.

I had an incredible experience with my massage therapist, Sabrina Chastain! She truly focused on my problem areas and provided helpful at-home stretches to maintain my mobility. The atmosphere at Hand and Stone is both relaxing and inviting, making it easy to unwind. Their pricing is very fair and affordable, with the added benefit of a flexible monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime. While their massage services are comparable to other establishments, I believe the value for time and cost here far exceeds the competition. They also offer facials, though I didn’t try this service during my visit.

I really didn’t appreciate that they charge an extra 10 dollars for a prenatal massage when they massage you less. I don’t think that’s fair at all and I was not told that over the phone when I booked. My massage wasn’t 1 hour it was more like 50 minutes. It started at 11:04 and was cut at 11:54. I also asked her for a little more pressure and she barely did any changes to pressure. I probably should’ve said to put more pressure, also the massage was very mediocre and inconsistent on both sides, I don’t feel any better than when I first walked in. I will not be renewing my membership there anymore ever or scheduling any more massages. I feel like it was a complete waste of 100 dollars. And I still left gratuity because I’m nice. Although I shouldn’t have. Update the number and email you guys provided to “resolve” the issue must be bunk because I emailed and it said I was blocked. Then I tried calling and left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me!

Yes the Hand and Stone Quarry has closed. You should be able to use your credits at any location for massages your membership is already canceled and look up ab_esthetics on insta she can take care of your skin care needs. She has a suite in SA. (She is an esthetician that was there when they closed)

My first time at any Hand and Stone. All redone and new, clean and such great display shelves to buy from! The girls at front desk were helpful and professional. I followed my aesthetician when she relocated and I absolutely know it was worth it. I live by the airport and such a beautiful place and the products are really amazing! I enjoyed it so much and became a member. My girl Amber was even better with all the products she selected to make my facial the best I have ever had. She has so much knowledge that I trust her with my face care needs! So, I hope she can become your aesthetician and you will be as happy as I am. I signed up at the Quarry location 2 years ago, went 2 times then switched to the Stone Oak location which is closer to my home. I just found out that my account is “frozen“ since the Quarry location closed down. Even though I switched to the Stone Oak location my “membership” stayed at the Quarry location. If I had been told about that 2 years ago I would have formally cancelled. Now I can’t do anything until I cancel my membership. No luck trying to talk to anyone about getting this resolved. Not sure why I even bothered signing up in the first place. Very disappointed with Hand and Stone and the way this is being handled.

Scheduled my appointment I may for the month of June, they sent me text messages to confirm I confirmed only to go to this location and it was not open, no one there. When I made the appointment I was never told that they would be be closed not was I told to go to another location my daughter and myself arrived early doors locked we thought it was just early only to find out they were closed I proceeded to call the the number that was on my gift card to no avail. Contacted the number several times, sent emails and no response. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend this location or spa to anyone period. Unprofessional, Unetic

Apparently Hand and Stone in the Quarry has closed. How do I cancel my membership? No other location can. UPDATE: I tried emailing that address and calling that number yesterday. The email was rejected and nobody is answering the phone. How do I cancel WITHOUT the spa open?

I gave a 2 stars review because I took my daughter in for her to have a facial. The esthetician tried to blind sided us with a hydration add-on for another 20 bucks when we already paid 70 bucks for a facial. We didn't know about the add-on until we went and checked out. Plus, the front desk person didn't know how to redeem the Spafinder giftcard. The customer services was slow and inefficient. I wouldn't recommend getting facials here. I, however, had a massage with Vincent. I highly recommended him for your massage. He provided professional service.

I went in for a deep tissue massage with hot stone and a Himalayan salt massage. I immediately felt relaxed, hot stone and Himalayan massage was wonderful. Facial was nice. Very peaceful and relaxing spa

My initial visit was not enjoyable. I decided to give it another try. I only like hand stone massages and I randomly selected someone. It was Lee.. let me say Lee is absolute amazing!!! He was completely opposite of my first. He is extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Every time I’m done I literally feel like I’m flying on cloud 9. He needs a raise! Facial—I decided to get a facial and went with April. What can I say about her other than she too is simply amazing!!! She too is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She not only answers all my questions but she takes the time to explain. I’m not saying the others are bad but I’ve only been with these two and they are exceptional.

Wasn't impressed, went in for a bday present, and had asked her to focus on my calf, but she spent most of the session on my back and very short time on my calf. She was very talkative the whole time and it wasn't the relaxing experience I hoped for. I didn't feel any more relaxed/better after the session but I should've told her something when I was unhappy. But it was a gift to me so I didn't want to say anything.

I just got the illuminating facial with April using the Nano pen, and I'm pleased to say that after 1 time, my makeup is going on like butter. My skin is so smooth and bright, and this is coming from someone who has been struggling with scarring from cystic acne. I am beyond pleased with the illuminating facial. If you're looking for someone who cares about your skin, book with April. She is extremely knowledgeable and holds a lot of integrity when working with your skin. She has given me so much advice throughout the past 6 months that I've been going to her. I am so happy to be seeing actual results and progress after struggling with my skin for such a long time.

Very professional and knowledgeable in what she does I will not go see anyone else. After she examines my face she knows exactly how to treat it and I leave feeling refreshed and revived. Peaceful experience. I was having a lot of tension in my back for a week or so. Justin was phenomenal and massaged with just the right amount of pressure. I will return for maintenance.
