Amanda provided one of the best massage experiences I've ever had at Hand & Stone. Her patient approach and genuine passion for her work really showed throughout the session, making it an incredibly relaxing experience. Highly recommend booking with her!

Ask for David Suarez! I came in walking hunched over from tightness in multiple places. David started off working in between the shoulder blades, which wasn’t what I asked for, but at the end of the session I got off the table walking Street and able to move around freely with no more pain! David really did an awesome job breaking up all those knots that I didn’t even realize I had. At the end, you really went above and beyond by Showing me some extra Soccer stretches I have never done.

UPDATE Aug 24: I still really like this location and the staff here. Joseph is a fantastic therapist and I highly recommend for those looking for a more therapeutic massage. He listens to your issues and tailors the massage to work on those issues. Highly skilled at deep muscle work. 100% recommend.

Great location with very peaceful ambiance. Joseph is by far the best massage therapist there! Lo gave a great facial! Only cons would be there can be very different varying levels of experience noted with the massage therapists, so if your usual isn’t available and you need a massage it’s like gambling and you can come out fairly disappointed as some of the massage therapist truly feel like they don’t know what they’re doing. There are great massage therapists there but that standard should be present for all of them. Only other con is management needs better standard for how the aromatherapy is used. Any massage where I get aromatherapy the therapist just has you “sniff” it at the very beginning and then that’s all. Really? I could do that at home. That’s not worth the money. That scent should be somehow diffused in some way throughout the massage for the paying customer. Otherwise it’s a great location and environment.

The establishment itself was welcoming. The ambiance and atmosphere were wonderful. My masseuse was originally about 12 minutes late, understandable. However, during the massage, there were indications that she was falling asleep. I asked if she was ok a few times, and she reassured me she was but it mostly continued throughout the session where she would stop the massage, her body would become heavy on me and moments later she would wake herself up. Im not sure what was going on but it was strange and uncomfortable for sure.

*** an update to this review, the owner/manager of the spa did end up calling me and provided me a refund. *** I’m going to preface this review by stating the esthetician I had was nice and friendly and provided a nice service. The front desk staff was also nice and friendly. Ultimately the service alone is not enough to warrant ever returning to this company that seems to be scamming anyone they can. I booked the intro offer for $69.95 facial yet I was charged $109.95 upon checkout for the facial and I was told 3 different reasons why I was charged that much. 1. Upon checkout the front desk informed me of the monthly membership where I would only pay $69.95 per month if I signed up and I was getting charged retail today because I wasn’t a member. This didn’t sit right with me but I wanted to check the website myself to ensure I didn’t misinterpret any details. When I got home I checked the website again and confirmed the intro price is for first time visitors which prompted me to call to clarify that today was my first time visit. 2. After placing me on hold once, the front desk advised the reason I was charged $109 is because the service was improperly booked. This didn’t make sense to me and I informed her that when I booked online the confirmation page showed the amount to be paid was $69.95. She said on their end they saw it was booked as “web booked classic facial dermalogica” but I still had my email confirmation that said “intro classic facial” after this the front desk put me on hold again. 3. After placing me on hold for the second time the front desk advice the reason was because I used a spafinder gift card. She had apparently heard back from her manager that called her back off hours. I informed her that was not disclosed to me. Not on the website or even at the spa. My esthetician specifically told me that with the upgrades I added I shouldn’t be paying more than “$50” out of pocket because I had a gift card. The front desk stated she was likely not aware what kind of gift card I was using. My esthetician specially stepped out of the room to discuss with the front desk what kind of promos were available. I feel the type of gift card I used should have been brought up and mentioned, given that the Spa is particular about what kind of gift cards are accepted, and taken into consideration before up selling me add ons. In my mind the $50 in add ons I purchased balanced out the $50 gift card so I had no issue when I was expecting to pay the price I booked online. None of this sits right with me, I feel lied to and pushed aside since the company has already taken my money. The front desk said she would leave a note for her manager to call me back the following day which was still not a guarantee since the spa is short staffed and the manager would be the front desk person, and busy, and would have to make time to call me. The only disclosure on the website is “*Introductory offers valid for first time visit only. Not valid for gift cards. Sessions include time for consultation and dressing. Rates and services may vary by location.” Which does not specifically say “Spa Finder gift cards not acceptable for offer” the disclosure on the site is interpreted that if you purchase a gift card you will pay full rate which that makes sense because the gift card page shows you the price and what the service is. I never received a phone call, I’ve submitted an inquiry on their website, and I also emailed the company email that seems to respond to complaints and have not heard anything. My only regret was not reading previous reviews from clients with similar suspicious and shady transaction discrepancies.

Highly recommend Ashley cus that woman knows. Her. Stuff. If you're in need of some deep tissue or something vigorous she is hour go-to. (She does it all though, if soft relaxing is your thing, she does that too). She gets all my shoulder tension out. Atmosphere is so relaxing in the lobby and the staff is always super sweet. Clean facility with free water.

I canceled my membership in April, 2023 and was not charged in May. June 2023 hit and I got charged. I was told it was a curtesy in May and that I needed to sign a form and send back.I filled out form and waited for my refund. I had to wait until Wednesday from the weekend the charge hit to even speak with a person. The Manager had a list of call backs on the day. A week later never received a follow up regarding refund after receiving my cancellation paperwork.

I had a wonderful and welcoming experience. The receptionist made me feel comfortable and walked me through my first facial and welcomed me for my first visit to this location. Jasmine did my facial and talked me through the process. She was so nice and I felt like she did an amazing job. It was a no stress, easy going, relaxing visit. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything but I enjoyed my experience so much I did upgrade to the CBD facial after hearing the benefits and got the membership. With that said, I’ll definitely be returning to this location and to Jasmine!

Just got a massage done here today. Emoricka was so good. She paid close attention to details I had mentioned about my body and what was painful and what wasn’t. She was very passionate about the massage today. I fell asleep and it was very relaxing. This is hands down the best massage I have ever gotten from someone. Emoricka is awesome. I recommend her to anyone looking to get a massage here. My girlfriend had Joseph and she said he was really good as well. Good stuff. Thank you Emoricka and Joseph.

My friend referred me to this Hand and Stone location where I have been seeing Scott because I felt stressed and tense from life, work, and an auto accident in which I suffered injuries over a year ago. I enjoyed my one-hour massages with Scott, and I recommended this location. The front desk staff (including Carrie) are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.

Wonderful experience! I have been in other spas but nothing like this amazing experience! I was in pain and Nikki has an angel hands literally! Love the atmosphere,everything looks clean, everyone are super friendly, and again please ask for Nikki! She’s amazing 🤍 definitely I will come back here always!
