I strongly recommend Hand & Stone Massage in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the past six months, I’ve had five visits, and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. The front desk team is warm, friendly, and flexible. They go out of their way to make scheduling easy and ensure I feel welcome the moment I walk in. Recovering from three joint replacement surgeries in just 14 months has been a challenging journey, but my massage therapist, Paula, has been a crucial part of my recovery. She truly listens to my unique needs and takes the time to customize every session to address my concerns. Paula’s expertise and thoughtful care have made a significant difference in helping me manage my rehabilitation. Hand & Stone Massage has been a source of healing and comfort for me, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service provided by the entire team. If you’re looking for a place with skilled therapists and a genuinely caring atmosphere, this is it!

I cannot say enough, nice things about the Hand and Stone employees at this location. I have been a member for several years and have found everyone who works there from the front desk to the massage therapist to be kind, considerate, and professional. I recently have been seeing Liz K for my monthly facials. She is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the products and applications. Her recommended treatments and products noticeably improved my skin.

Go here! After difficulty searching for the right fit I finally found this place. I prefer deep tissue, bodywork, and neuromuscular approaches and connected well with Massage Therapists Kayla & Cameo. Price is fair, monthly membership is appealing, front desk staff is lovely... will be back, thank you!

Hand and Stone is my go to for my facial. My skin been looking so good and I signed up for membership. From the owner to manager and front desk staff, they’re so nice and accommodating to my requests. Megan my Aesthetician is VERY good❤️ her room is very neat and very clean. I intentionally stop by bakery to get them some cookies 🍪🍪Thank you all H & S 🎀🎀

I have tried other RMTs for my extremely tight back and neck muscles and i always return to Sarah. She provides a very deep tissue massage that i require for sports recovery. I wish i could take her to university with me.

The spa is immaculate and relaxing! The girls at the front desk are very efficient and very friendly! The massage therapist and the Aesthetician’s are fantastic! You have to try the Diamond glow facial-my skin looks and feels amazing!

I've been coming to this location on 87th Street in Scottsdale (Raintree and the 101) for many years. Wonderful therapists on staff and a great front desk. Massage has so many healthy benefits. Give this location a try!

I’ve been seeing Megan for over a year and a half now, and have followed her across the valley. She is wonderful not only at making sure I am relaxed and enjoying my experience, but also making sure I am actively solving my skin problems. She clearly cares about her work and her clients, and if you go once I guarantee you’ll want to go back just like me!

I have found two therapists here I really like that work on my issues and concerns. I do feel the front desk staff need to be a little more professional in the way they speak to clients and present themselves but they are young and suppose that comes with time. EDIT: This review went to the wrong location. Scottsdale staff are top notch. Wesley and Don arey go tos for all things massage. Front desk staff and manager are professional and always plesant. However Gilbert location is where I've been going as of late and this review was meant for them. Unsure why Scottsdale location came up in my email I received for review when I havent been there in some time.

Fantastic massage every time. Their massage therapists are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. They helped me through some major lower back issues which I am very thankful for. The gals up front suggested I try a facial and I am glad I did. It was much more than I anticipated and has quickly become a regular service. All around great location, clean spa and awesome staff!

Had good experience, called last minute to get appointment and was able to get what time I was looking for. Lean nice environment, friendly and welcoming. I only got the regular massage, nothing additional I always recommend you do something for yourself and this qualifies

I have been to this Hand & Stone location 3 times now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! My massages have been some of the best I've had. I just had a facial here and it was fantastic. My skin looked so beautiful. Go see Nicole, you won't be sorry! The lobby vibe is chill with pretty ambience. Going here is my favorite day of the month now!!

I've been a client at this Hand and Stone since their opening. This is a highly professional facility with excellent therapists in every service area. The Facility is impeccable, and the front desk staff is well organized and welcoming. Everyone here extends their best effort to ensure the client’s experience is top notch from welcome to goodbye. My most recent therapist (several years) is exceptional. I cannot recommend this group more highly and trust you will not be disappointed in any way. While they will do their best to accommodate your schedule, if you want something special, I suggest you book in advance. Many, many thanks to management and staff.

One of the best massages I have ever had! Ana is absolutely ahhhh-mazing! Megan at the front desk is super helpful and always friendly. I'm not from the area, but I have a package and will get a massage at different places when I travel. The next time I am in the area, I will most definitely be back! Just go - and thank me later!

U ppl are all to scared to open ur eyes. No the therapists r not good , they don’t even give good treatments to the clients. They just rub lotion on bodies. They have therapists come to work sick they work whole day just bout and spread germs before they knew they should of stayed home. Owner he don’t say nothing as long as money rolls in. I think before I book here. Otherwise u ppl are blind and dumb. Who waste money.
