From the moment I called to make my appointment to moment I walked out the door was fabulous!!! The customer service was great, it is clean, warm and inviting. My massage therapist Jennifer was amazing!!!! She made me feel comfortable and provided a relaxing and wonderful service. I already have my next appointment scheduled and can't wait to try a scalp massage as well as the Himalayan salt stone!!!! If you decide to become a member there is a monthly fee however you do receive either 1 free massage or 1 free facial per month which is an excellent deal when you are literally healing your mind and body!!!!!!! Can't wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks.

Very disappointed in how they choose to run their business. Definitely find another place to receive a massage. I tried for MONTHS to get an appointment and couldn’t due to their staffing issues. I was told most of the year they were running with one or two massage therapists. I expressed my concerns that my gift card was going to expire before I could use it, and was told it was already used by somebody named “Sarah Jones”. This is impossible! The card had remained in my wallet since I purchased and once I got upset I was told “Well, it already expired anyway.” What?! I don’t even know anybody by that name and based on my receipt of purchase the card didn’t yet expire. I asked to be contacted by a manager or owner two weeks ago and have yet to hear from anybody. This used to be a well run business and has completely gone down hill. I work for a company that purchases gift cards from them every holiday season along with many of us in the office purchasing our own. They won’t get any of our business anymore. I highly recommend to NEVER do business with them. Extremely disheartened and feel like I was stole from.

Ever since new ownership, the quality of service has diminished tremendously. Much of the massage staff quit over the course of the year, leading to no availability for months for massages. I had built up several months worth of credit and my account was cancelled without my knowledge or approval which led to the deletion of my credits. After I repeatedly reached out to ask to speak with the owner over the course of months, she never responded, never followed up. It’s a shame at the dismal quality of service that she and her team provides. The service I received is that of scam artistry, to be point blank. You offer and advertise a service, do not fulfill it and then cancel any account credits to fulfill any obligation to actually provide the services you offer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a gift to go here and my initial experience was good so I signed up and it has been a nightmare ever since. First billing to my company in error which I had to pay back and then charging me twice the day of my next massage which ended in me being over billed $115 AND $70 at once!! That was June 21, 2022 and I have yet to receive back. Have sent bank statements showing double charge and get LOTS of apologies but no refund. Keep getting excuse after excuse with the latest yesterday being told it was issued on their end in August and I needed to call my credit card company to see why I didn’t have it. Are you serious?! I have wasted hours of my time calling, emailing, leaving messages and get a million excuses…the owner will call you right back, the manager is out sick, the lady working the desk that billed your account in error is no longer with us, complete garbage. The day they said they were issuing my credit I also kept getting text & email reminders to not miss my massage at 9pm which owner told me she had to book a massage for me to issue credit. Really? Sounds like you booked a massage to ‘use’ the credit on my account without my permission to me. I ran a business for 17 years and know how refunds are processed. This place is a joke! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and local stations in hopes of getting my money back. This is ridiculous!!

SCAM! I bought an hour massage. I was 5 min late (desk attendant said 20, but I have time-stamped texts updating my family). They cut off 10 min of your massage time for dressing (why can this not be done before or after the time paid for in a dressing room?). They had paperwork which took another 5 minutes (no advance notice to arrive early!) AND the therapist ended 15 minutes early! I know this for fact, because I was able to get dressed, get a drinking water, talk to the front desk person, and be in my car for my conference call 5 minutes early. I called to inquire and the phone person made excuse after excuse. Zero customer service skills and no accountability. I even added a tip when I purchased the massage … what a ripoff! If you want to try this place, know you will only get HALF what you paid for! Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

BE CAUTIOUS...I've left messages weekly for owners for a month with no return phone call. We maintained a membership for 18 months, ended membership but had several credits to use. Scheduled the credits, appointments were cancelled with no explanation. I went to their retail location during business hours to resolve, no lights and locked door. All we were looking to do was extend the time we could use our credits. Really terrible customer service and value for our money. Posted to warn other customers and/or someone considering their services, do not recommend.

I had the most wonderful blessing from my friend for my bday. She hooked me up with a facial with Nicole and she was absolutely AMAZING! I went home and was totally relaxed and feeling so beautiful! The front desk lady with colorful hair was so genuinely sweet and friendly! New owners yalls are doing amazing with the staff! Can't wait to see how much better it gets!

My wife got 2 cancellations in a row due to staffing issues that were 2 weeks apart. She was told the next available appointment is September 6th. That would mean she is waiting 2+ months to get in for her appointment. She pays a monthly membership and she will have 3 membership fees that she can't use until September 6th. She called to complain and asked for refunds but they were unwilling to work with her when this is their staffing issues. She has had a long term membership with hand and stone and a refund of at least one months membership fee at this point in time would be the appropriate thing to do. !!!!!!!!Update on my review. The response below is a bot message. My wife emailed them and got an automatic response with a name and the same phone number listed below. No direction on what we are supposed to do. You would think when you send an email early on Wednesday you would get a human response by Thursday afternoon.vMy wife will be cancelling her membership. Lets see how easy that process is. I will update when done. If it a difficult process I will reach out to the BBB and any other entity I can complain too!!!!!!!!

The 4-star reviews are DATED! Really a let down these days. I don't like feeling greasy after a massage. The music playing while I was trying to relax ranged from creepy to abysmal, not relaxing at all. They seem to have no cleaning service, and I understand there is only 1 massage therapist working there. The 4 star reviews are DATED from when the Tulsa Hills location actually had a good team there.

I was gifted a facial & I thought it would be eh mediocre as most of my experience in the Tulsa metroplex has been for massage/facials. I was pleasantly surprised & I highly recommend Trinity was fantastic. I’ll be back. Great staff & great experience.

Carolina really works with the client and knows every clients body what parts to work. Very in tune with the body. The staff is very friendly and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place especially Carolina

I wish I could fully review. I called a couple days before my 11th wedding anniversary to book a couples massage with my very hard-working hubby. He works on the road and isn't home much. I wrote the company before this and have received no contact back. Waited 3 weeks. First contact: Hung up on. Called back. The person answering wasn't reassuring, but I thought they had gotten our couples massage booked for 1pm. Day before massage: Received text stating they needed info for the other person getting massage. Cool. The receptionist says they are sorry they're new, also says the massage is at 2. I hadn't been asked if that was okay, but I agreed to it thinking we were both at 2 now, instead of 1. Day of massages: I receive confirmations for massages at 1pm and 2pm. I thought, oh no we're double booked! I called and somehow a couples massage is for 1 person at 1pm and the next at 2pm. I explain that isn't a couples massage and the receptionist says they have to have two therapists available at the same time for that. You think?!?!? I canceled the appointments. What a waste and such ignorance. A little kid knows what "couple" means and that means it needs to be at the same time. Explain to the client that you need to book at different times!!!

Our experience at Hand and Stone Massage was utterly disappointing and far from the relaxing retreat we had hoped for. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this would not be the relaxing afternoon we had anticipated. To begin with, the atmosphere was far from relaxing. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism by the receptionist. The young lady checking us in was talking to us while eating a hamburger and was not knowledgeable when questions were asked. Unfortunately, the disappointments didn't end there. During our couples massage, my husband and I were both dismayed by the lack of professionalism displayed by our therapists. Not only were they woefully inadequate in terms of technique, but there were also hygiene concerns that made the experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable. My therapist seemed to be oblivious to the concept of pressure, as if they were merely gliding their hands over my skin without any intention of addressing muscle tension or providing relief. It was evident that they lacked the skill and expertise necessary to deliver a quality massage. To make matters worse, my therapist appeared to be overly generous with the massage oil, leaving me feeling like a greased-up chicken rather than a relaxed individual. The excessive oil made the experience not only unpleasant but also left me feeling sticky and unclean. But perhaps the most egregious issue was the apparent lack of control over bodily functions displayed by one of the therapists. Throughout the session, there were audible and unmistakable instances of flatulence, which were not only unprofessional but also incredibly off-putting. The final straw was when we noticed the clock and our services was only 40 minutes when we paid for an hour. Please note, I do understand it generally is a 50 min. service. Overall, our visit to Hand and Stone Massage was a complete disappointment. From the lackluster ambiance to the unskilled therapists and hygiene concerns, it fell far short of our expectations. We left feeling more stressed and dissatisfied than when we arrived, and we certainly won't be returning anytime soon. If you're seeking a truly relaxing and professional massage experience, I would advise looking elsewhere.

The services were fine, however, I would like to warn anyone getting multiple services about the tipping app they use. The front desk attendant asked if I wanted to tip and I said yes 20%. Apparently instead of tipping each person 20% for their service I tipped them each 20% of the bill which totaled a 40% tip. Very misleading and I won’t be back.

ANDREW is amazing! If you have any tough knots going on he absolutely demolishes them, incredible. I will definitely be back to see him. Great conversations as well. Very relaxing experience. He really knows what he is doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I am so happy with the services I received at this location. I came in from out of town and scheduled a massage and facial. Niko did an amazing job working out the knots in my shoulders and back and Kody was one of the best aesthetician I think I have ever had.Thank you both!!

I got my daughter a gift card for her first facial and she said it was amazing! Kody was wonderful, kind, and made her feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The front desk attendant Taylor was also so kind and helpful. We both would absolutely recommend this place hands down. 10/10. Please go check them out and let them help you with all your self care needs.

I had my first facial at Hand and Stone Tulsa Hills. Kody did a wonderful job and my face looked and felt great. The neck and shoulder massage was pretty awesome too. Check them out, it is a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere.

I noticed I was charged for a massage then charged again a few days later for my membership. I expressed my concerns to Kelsey and she quickly corrected the issue and refunded me the charge that was not suppose to happen. Very happy with the customer service!!

I prepaid for a massage and facial at the introductory price. my first appt was july 3rd. I got stuck at work I called them. they said They could reschedule me at no charge since i just want to reschedule I can still use what ive paid.. my massage lady shorted me 15 min HOWEVER KODY THE LADY WHO DID MY FACIAL WAS GREAT!!!! my 2nd visit was scheduled for july 15th. UNFORTUNATELY i had another issue arise . I went to hand and stone about 10 min before my scheduled appt. to ask them if i could reschedule .. THEY SAID YES WE WILL CHARGE IT AS A NO SHOW BUT IT WIL ACTUALLY BE A CREDIT. I HAD NO REASON TO DOUBT THEM SINCE THEY DID IT BEFORE. I understand how business work and If they had said NO I WOULD HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET. BUT THEY DIDNT THEY SAID ITS FINE... WHEN I FINSIHED MY MASSAGE ON JULY 22ND I WAS PREPARED TO TIP WHEN THE LADY AT THE FRONT WAS PREPARED TO CHARGE MY CARD I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER. AND SHE SAID THE MANAGER WILL CALL ME TUESDAY AND SHE WOULD LEAVE MY ACCT OPEN.. THEY DO HAVE CAMERAS SO THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO JUST ROLL THEM BACK AND HONOR WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES TOLD ME.. I was on a business trip, and I have chronic pain in my neck & shoulders. I was having trouble sleeping and an employee at the hotel I was staying at, recommended Andrew at hand and stone. Andrew was incredible. I got deep tissue and Andrew really loosened up some knots that were killing me in my neck/shoulder area. Attention to detail was amazing and I felt like a new woman after. I'm sort of bummed I don't live local, I'd go every week. Thank you again Andrew, you're amazing!

Worst money I ever spent do not recommend. Never even touched my feet that I wrote down as a key point. Do not pay the extra for scalp massage . You can scratch your head and do more.the front of my legs were never touched. Horrible experience all together and complete waste of my money
