This Hand and Stone has exceeded my expectations every single time!!! I signed up to the membership and go every month now. The frontdesk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The massages and facials are exceptional, and now they offer injectables and botox, and I'm super excited. Dont hesitate to book at this location.

Now this was a first for me. I’ve never gone anywhere where they ask for a tip out loud after they’ve complete any type of service whether it’s at a restaurant, after a massage, after the gardener mows and trims my front yard, etc. Its called being ethical and polite. I wouldn’t expect it from a stranger but from a business it’s actually extremely sad. A simple type into google would’ve helped hand and stone a really long way. And another key factor for any business who offers service is too politely address and extra costs or up charges before they are completed in order to ensure the client is okay with the additional fees or costs. We had paid $90 exactly upon leaving and afterwards they deliberately charged an additional $90.01 exactly. Idk how that can even be possible. The only explanation I can think of is they are adding a penny so your bank doesn’t notify you for a “duplicate payment”? Seems very fishy and almost like they are trying to rob you hoping you don’t notice these type of things. That being said hand and stone is THE worst place you can ever get a massage at.

Not the best for prenatal Massge, they are scared to put any pressure on you, and I didn’t get the full 1 hour. Not coming back here for any kind of massage. The prices are high but the work is not good.

Purchased Two services for my girlfriend in 2023 when they had a deal going on (Buy two get one free). Now (2024) come to find out the service expires after 1 year. Never was I informed of the service expiring. Lady on the phone was very helpful and respectful, however I think it should be made clear of a service that’s paid for expiring

Valentina is far and away the best massage therapist I ever had! She is focused and responsive to your trouble spots, and my deep tissue treatments are at once intense and relaxing, leaving me sorry that they end. She is the best! Thank you Valentina!

I did not have a good experience. I kept telling the massage therapist that it hurt and she kept on and said “ Yes, that’s what is supposed to happen and you’ll feel it tomorrow.” It was an extremely painful massage. Not relaxing at all. I did not sign up for a deep tissue massage. When you enter the facility they give you an I pad to write your preferences. However, the place has no WiFi and the massage therapist said she didn’t even look at it . I showed her on my phone that I was getting a Swedish massage but she didn’t regard it . In addition, she was 5 minutes late to get me. Plus I had to spend time getting changed so the massage wasn’t 50 minutes at all. She said she lost track of time in the back. I did everything I could to be there 15 minutes early for nothing. Not going back.

For a facial at Hand and Stone Weston, Sacha has been a BLESSING. She is my monthly go to, keeping my skin in great condition. Not only is she incredibly talented,but she also has integrity. Recently I considered Botox and she talked me through better methods of maintaining my skin. She’s an Angel. For a massage, Daisy. She introduced me to Himalayan rock salt and cbd and I’ve been singing her praises ever since. I have 2 bulging and herniated discs and her hands, positive energy and general experience have helped minimize my pain and keep me sane. No words to express their impeccable services.

Today me and my boyfriend celebrated our 5th year Anniversary and we had couples massages. We had both had Ms.Bell and Ms.Mercedes they were absolutely amazing. They were attentive to all of our needs. When we left we felt so relaxed, our muscles and body were no longer tense. We live in pompano but we will be returning to this location. The front desk staff was so nice and had great customer service.
