5 stars for Connor but Every single time I mentioned that I bought three gift cards and should get three free massages because of the Black Friday deal, the front desk acted like I was trying to negotiate world peace instead of redeeming a promo. They’d argue, look confused, consult the Oracle, and then—oh wow—no you used it … I had 5 massages paid $759 When did I get the promo ???? And then there’s Shasta. Ah, Shasta. The self-appointed Queen of Tips. She’ll loudly ask if you want to leave one. You say no? Cute. She’ll ask again, louder, like a game show host giving you a second chance at greatness. Still no? Fine. She’ll hit you with a “Have a blessed day!” dripping with the kind of energy that says, You’re dead to me, but God forgives. Iconic. “Black Friday’s ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ massage deal? More like ‘Buy One, Get None Free.’ Purchased three promotional gift cards, expecting six massages, but ended up paying $139.95 for each of the five we used. Déjà vu from years ago when their accounting made services vanish into thin air. Seems their math hasn’t improved. Connor’s skills are top-notch, but for $80 at Four Seasons on Beach Blvd, I can get a great massage without the disappearing act.

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from Alex Jones yesterday, and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. Alex's skill and expertise were immediately apparent as he worked to release the tension in my muscles. He was able to target areas that had been bothering me for a while, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Not only did Alex deliver an outstanding massage, but he also recommended stretches that I can do at home to maintain the benefits. I truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and professionalism. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for top-notch therapy – I will definitely be back!

Hand & Stone is fantastic for anyone who needs to relieve stress, or works on their feet. All my services at every location I've been to were amazing! My favorite location is Atlantic Blvd because Hunter has changed my life. I'm on my feet and walking around a hospital 12 hours a night. The foot treatment is my favorite part. If you want an excellent all over massage or a massage focused on a particular area, Hunter's got you covered! Definitely recommend.

I was in desperate need of a massage and luckily they were able to fit me in same day with Troy, who was amazing!! However, I heard my phone vibrating during my massage to only realize that it was the front desk calling to ask where I was and that I was going to be charged 50% for a no show. I'm not sure how that was missed and I also have to mention that the quiet area (in the hallways) were not very quiet. During my massage, I heard laughing, lots of conversations and doors slamming. I've been to a Hand & Stone before in Mandarin and it is much quieter. I'm still grateful for Troy and for his follow up recommendations. He was very professional.

I've had a membership here for quite some time now. Lately, I've experienced issues with management. Somehow my monthly dues were charged to a card that I did not authorize, but the business had on file. When I called to get further clarification, I was advised that I needed to speak with a manager (it was Thursday) and that the manager would call me back by Monday. When I asked why my card that I DID authorize and had been using for months prior with no issues was not used, I was told that they didn't have it on file. When I asked if there was reporting to see who removed my card information without my approval, I was told that it was not possible to see. Fast forward -- Monday I receive no call back from the manager. I wait until today, Tuesday, to call and the manager is in a meeting and they will do their best to try and get her to call me back today. Seems to be a pretty busy manager, managing everything other than customer satisfaction, questions and concerns. This is my second issue I've had with credit card information, the other time being when the business had no record of a charge on my bank account - which again, they were no help. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel as it seemed that it was likely a worker or someone with access to my card using the business name. All this to say that an hour of relaxation for a massage/facial is not worth the likely hours of headaches you will have to endure with front desk and management.

The massage itself was wonderful and Jeron, the masseur gets 5/5. The reception and managers get 0/5. Trying to get a refund for a membership I signed up for and then cancelled was an absolute nightmare. Promises to call me back were not kept and I had to go in person three times before I finally received my refund. They definitely gave me the run around.

Not great. Got there at 3:45 pm for my 4 pm massage. Waited until 4:15 for my therapist to take me back. I asked if this was cutting into my massage time, the front desk staff told me no. Massage didn’t start till almost 4:30. I had a facial scheduled for 5 so I definitely did not recieve half of my massage. And was not offered to have it credited to my account. Then did my facial which ended at 5:45. Again, did not recieve the full time. Overall not a great experience. Also felt during my facial I was pushed into purchasing upgrades or products i was not interested in getting.

I’ve had great experiences with therapists. However if you have a membership don’t expect anyone at the front desk to be able to give you accurate information about how the value of the sessions work. I’ve lost $100s in gift cards and unused services because of misinformation- ultimately, I’d rather pay a private local professional who can offer consistent quality without being nickel and dimed or being ripped off.

One of the worse massages. Gave it two because they took me last minute which I appreciate. I started by telling the lady that I get super tight in my traps and back and to focus there, no legs no arms no head massages. She said ok, then she proceeded to rub oil on me like she was waxing a car. I told her she can apply some pressure. Didn’t touch my traps (where the knots are at all). Then she finally found the knots and still no pressure, so I mentioned it again. Then she says I will have to upgrade to deep tissue if I want pressure. I said if that’s the only way to get a proper massage then ok I’ll upgrade. I swear it must have been a sales tactic. So now she starts applying the pressure and it’s fine to start. But she gets to my neck and goes way harder than she did on my back. Like she was going to cave in my jugular . So I said that area is sensitive and it’s too much pressure now. And then I asked for focus on the knots. She instead went for the collar bone area and kept doing what I call as Crab Pinchers. And it’s literally just someone pushing down in the collar bone divot. My friends used to pinch that area as kids to hurt eachothers! She focuses only on that area for the entire time I was face up. I made a comment like 3 times to not go after that area. And also the hands were so rough that it felt like a sand paste rather than oil. When did an $80 massage become just someone applying oil to your back for a markup to get “deep tissue”. Almost want to ask for a refund

I have had plenty of massages over the years and Emily is, by far, the BEST massage therapist I’ve been to around town! I book with Emily every single month and her deep tissue & foot massage will change your world! The room environment is quiet & serene and the hot towels, Himalayan stones & aromatherapy make the experience superb every time! The front desk staff are always so friendly & pleasant as well! 10/10 recommend this location and staff!

Shea is one of the most intuitive and knowledgable Massage Therapists I have known. She finds the trigger points and causes of my pain and is always able to release the tension that causes me to loose mobility. Shea is genuine, caring and a great person!
