Delightful Salon. Full of intriguing art and decor. Hair cut was awsome by Caitlin Plasse! I felt heard, she took her time, I was not rushed. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and we talked it through to include what I did NOT want. So please and I will return!!

Cameron is really nice, but the value of the haircut is not good even with the added free fringe haircuts that are suppose to clean up a slightly outgrown haircut. I would maybe pay $35. The layers are not blended or shaped well neither with my original haircut nor with the fringe cut in the picture attached. This is a straight line at the back of my neck. It does not look good. Hairdressers shouldn't send clients away looking like this. I'm not being cheap, as I have paid one hairdresser $60 for cutting my hair, but she always layered, blended, and shaped my hair very well. Maybe she is good with other types of hair, but if you have fine hair and a lot of it, this is not where I would go unless the price is reduced significantly.

Sara is the best! She was able to fit me in last minute and she reached out to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted beforehand. In the studio, she was super kind and easy to talk to. The time and attention she spent on my cut and color is frankly unrivaled in my salon experience. Thank you, Sara 💖

I have been visiting Hand and Heritage for three years. The salon is small, quaint with a Boutique feel. Caitlin is who I trust with my color and haircuts. I went to several stylist when I moved to Tucson and finally found Caitlin, she has always exceeded my expectations with a precise, beautiful cuts and hair color that is perfection!! I highly recommend Caitlin, she is sweet, professional and the best at making you feel beautiful!

Love my haircut from Caitlin! I have very long hair. She did just what I asked and I'm refreshed! First haircut in 20 months since the pandemic! Multiple reasons for that but Caitlin did the job with grace and ease. Very happy! I highly recommend her. Addition: after seeing Caitlin 5 times now, I declare her a gem!!

I was in dire need of layers. My hair it very thick and had too much weight to it. I found Erin on Instagram and booked an appointment immediately. She specializes in haircuts which is awesome. We had a mini consultation at the beginning of the appointment where we discussed what could be done. She listened to my hair concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. I love my haircut. She kept the length and added layers to add beautiful volume. I have received numerous compliments about my hair at work. Thank you Erin!

I was recommended by a friend to check out the work that Justin Downing was doing especially in real of male pattern baldness. Justin is one of the few professionals in town that specializes in SMG and adhesive hair replacement wigs. My experience was great; Justin provided me with all the details regarding the company he uses to order he’s high quality wigs and the meticulous process it is to fit, shape and style to each individuals needs. I have recommended Justin to my friends, family and other men that I know that want to do something in regards to their thinning hair. Great guy who can provide a service that only a very few can in Tucson! Check him out!!
