My esthetician was very knowledgeable. She analyzed my skin issues and proceeded to give an excellent facial. She did not try to “upsell “. The product she recommended was perfect for my skin and now it is glowing!!!

My massage was excellent. I indicated some problem areas such as lower back and neck pain and that was the areas that were concentrated on. And there was still time to do other areas. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

Fabulous therapeutic deep tissue massage in a lovely a setting of the Mercado- Naples! Easy access from Pelican Bay. If I had a location near me up north, it would be a no-brainier to get a monthly membership. 10/10 Definite Recommend!

My son got a massage over the weekend after his baseball game, best massage ever. All sore, hurt areas were addressed he left as a new kid, ready for more baseball.

The massage therapist was very nice and personable, however, pillows didn’t even have pillowcases on them so it was plastic material. My husband got a massage as well and stated the massage therapist didn’t listen to areas that needed therapy and the pressure was too much in sensitive places regardless of his requests to ease up on certain areas and more pressure in others. We ended up feeling worse than when we came in. Husband had a migraine after. Sorry to say, but pretty poor experience.

Managers today have no clue ABOUT what customer service is. I got a gift card from (hand and stone) for Christmas, so I went to book but could not get an appointment because they want my credit card number. Called to complain that it is a gift card and a One time use and told me sorry cannot honor the gift card Without a credit card number. They hung up on me Three times in mid sentence. (They said I was talking to loud- I stated I just talk loud over phone- what did they do-CLICK they hung up on me). I asked if I could get a refund on card they said nope non refundable. No solution reached. I have a gift card I cannot use. So sad...please stay way from this place go somewhere else these people are rude and cannot even use good reasoning to solve a simple problem. BEWARE UPDATE: Management is horrific. Graig will not stop emailing me, and is creeping on me on LinkedIn. Im getting third parties and their corporate office involved. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman I spoke to the other day said she canceled my account. Now Graig is stating he’s keeping my account active until I speak to him further. WOW! If you’re not happy with their service cancel your account. They will try to rope you into freezing your account, but will activate it in a few months and start charging you again without telling you. I asked for a partial refund since I was charged yesterday and last month or a gift card to give someone, neither was acceptable. I would “have to make someone an account” in order for them to use anything I had available. I regret telling my family about this place they also had issues with their account as well. I will not be going back here.

Beware! If you cancel your membership they will continue to automatically deduct monthly fees from your bank account, despite having cancelled your membership and then refuse to refund the money they wrongfully took from your bank account. After 5+ years, I cancelled my membership for various reasons on 6/09/23, I completed the proper cancellation form, submitted and my last payment was due on 6/30/23. However, they continued to deduct the monthly membership fees from my bank account in July, August and September. When I called you can't speak directly to the "membership specialist" who is the only person that can help you. The receptionist will "relay" the message. After not receiving a call back, I called again and was told "they are busy with construction, and don't have access to their computers or files", but she would tell the membership specialist I called. Then she called back and said they would only refund my August and September payments, and I could get a massage for the July payment. I said I already go somewhere else, which is why I cancelled my membership, and I just wanted the funds returned, that they were NOT supposed to take from my bank account, which she again said they couldn't/wouldn't do. So ultimately, I had to file a dispute with the credit card company and now wait another 30+ days for it to be resolved. Hopefully they will not continue just automatically withdrawing money from my bank account in the meantime. Total scam!

Good massage. I got there 15 minutes early. Was told to take a seat the two ladies, who were very nice were also very busy after looking at my watch, and realizing it was past my appointed time started getting a little edgy. It was not until the masseuse came out and asked where his next appointment was That I finally went in that was already 10 minutes after my appointed time it was supposed to be a one hour massage but it was cut short on the other side by another 10 minutes so I basically, got about 30 to 35 minutes. perhaps I will try again when it is not so busy there. Place was nice but this time it was a tepid visit.

Got a massage here a few months ago as a birthday gift. I'll never go back. I really don't think the man who did my massage is certified or has any massage therapy training. Didn't massage my lower back, thigh, hamstring, shoulders, and overall didn't seem to know what he was doing. I paid for the add-on scalp massage with the peppermint oil. He barely touched my scalp and didn't include the peppermint. That was a waste of money. I was on my stomach about 90% of the time and he held my arms out at uncomfortable angles to try to massage them. I've had bad massages before, but this takes the cake. Do not go to this place. It ruined my birthday gift that my mother gave to me. They asked how my friend's massage was when we left, but not mine. It's like the staff knew he's a terrible masseuse if you even want to call him that. Why isn't the owner of this location making sure people know how to give a massage before hiring them??

I gave my granddaughter a massage as a gift. She was so relaxed during the massage, she said she was in that space in between being awake and asleep. She described it as the best gift ever!

I signed up for my membership last weekend/1.5 weeks ago and strategically scheduled my first appointment after being in so much pain and in/out of Ct scans. I showed up for my appointment today and they shared that I never got a confirmation text so the scheduling didn’t go through (they were training a new girl that day) and that they had no availability for me, nor a manager to help resolve it until Monday. I sit in terrible pain now for a 4 hour wedding tomorrow. The therapist was wonderful, but this is really poor customer service. Seeing the date it was scheduled was prior to the current customers, they should verify with associates who scheduled it and give priority to the first person whom scheduled the appointment. Very upsetting when a client is in pain and it is your error, and no even attempt to make it right.

Nice environment, but that’s about it. Masseuse never ask if I had any areas of concern that I wanted her to address. She never rubbed my neck or had me lay on my back and rub from the underside. That’s always been standard at any massage I’ve ever had. She waisted time scratching my head and doing weird rubs. My cousin went at the same time with a different masseuse and she said they did the same thing. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had, waist of money. The only thing I really enjoyed was the foot scrub she rubbed in my feet. Update 11/17/23 I called and spoke with manager because of their response below to my review. Nothing was done except him saying a massage is a very personal experience and he was sorry to hear I didn’t enjoy it.

This is one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I had a sore lower back and he did not do anything to help it after knowing about it. The massage was rough and inconsistent pressure. My feet were not even touched. Never asked about pressure or anything. I also did not know I had a male therapist, my scheduled therapist called in that day. My sister came with me and had a wonderful massage. Very big disappointment.

Very disappointed with my service. Was on vacation in Naples was excited and looking forward to a relaxing spa day. From the moment I enter the room it was downhill.. I had the hot rock service...But, all I got was hot oil and lotion rubbed on my body. I walked out of my hour massage.
