Shelby was real good. I had a very nice and relaxing facial time with her. Her hand strong, she gave me a good shoulder massage during the facial. She also gave me some good advice about my skin.

Received a two massage gift certificate from this location. I used one massage and was told by front desk staff that I could throw away my paper gift cert, since it was in their computer system in my profile. Months later I call to schedule, and while on the phone I am told my gift cert expires randomly the following week. Strange since, I was told it would expire in Jan 2025. I book my massage nonetheless. Then get a call back stating, that I do NOT have any extra massage credit and that I was originally issued only one gift cert instead of 2. I told them, but you booked me and saw that I have a massage credit in the system. They said something about their computer system, but all in all- I lost out on my second massage and it was erased from their system all together! Go to a different location perhaps or dont buy the massage credits for your family.

Great experiences at this location. Christian did a great job and is a great person to go to if you like more pressure, though he can of course go lighter. I tried the cbd oil, and that definitely had a relaxing impact on me for an extra three hours after the massage.

Great location and staff, I also have to give appreciation to Adam and his deep tissue/restorative work. I walked in with shoulder and hip issues, and when I walked out they were a thing of the past. He's a miracle worker, highly recommended!

Highly recommend massage therapist Adam for deep tissue work, very knowledgeable! Clean, tranquil treatment rooms with heated comfortable tables. Enjoying the membership!

Carmela just gave me the best massage I’ve ever received. This was a great surprise as I was just passing through on a road trip and chose any available provider. I’ve been a member for years. I’ve have had many therapists and modalities, so I feel like I’m speaking with some experience. If I lived nearby I would see Carmela on a regular basis.

I purchased the intro swedish massage for my mother for her birthday. I was not able to be there for the appointment, but she absolutely loved her experience. She told me that her massage therapist was amazing! He asked all of the right questions and really helped her have an outstanding experience. will 100% be back

I tried their Introductory swedish massage. It was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve received. Monique was amazing, attentive and truly tried to help with my pain areas. Their location was very clean, smelled good and felt very relaxing throughout. Will definitely recommend this place, and especially Monique!

I have given this location many chances but have been disappointed. They do not perform services for the entire duration of booking. On another occasion, a ‘new’ esthetician almost burned by face. Last, they want you to come in if you have COVID and exposure others. Otherwise they will charge you a cancellation fee.

Was super disappointed with my visit. The massage was scheduled for 60 minutes online. He started the massage at 10:15 and finished at 10:50. I asked him to work on my neck, but he instead massaged my legs through the sheets for 10 minutes and gave my neck maybe 5 minutes of attention. When I got to the front desk, I was told the total was $140+ without the tip... I had scheduled an introductory massage, and at no point before the massage was I informed there was a change in charge, only once I got to the card reader and services were "rendered." I have contacted customer service and will update this review when spoken to. I could have gotten a better massage in a chair at a mall and paid half the cost. 2/10 experience, would recommend Massage Heights or Massage Envy before them.

Worst experience. I am not able to attend on time. I went late for 20 min they cancelled my appointment and they charged 40$ for that. I am not at all happy.

I booked a massage online for my Love, but when she arrived they had a bit of confusion, and canceled my appointment and made her pay when I had already provided my cc. But Keegan was amazing and really help with some sore spots. I was able to call the next day and get the payments sorted out. So we would recommend Keegan for a massage as he saved the day!

I had a massage booked for 7/12 at 8pm. I rushed home from work to shower and get ready. I saw the cancelation email as I was walking out the door. I re-booked my appointment for 7/18 at 8pm. I rushed home from work to shower and get ready again. When I arrived I was told that there was no record of my appointment. I showed the lady at the desk my confirmation email. She told me there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that this is the second time I've been screwed out of my appointment. She didn't even try to apologize. She made the excuse that she was from another store and was just there to help. She said don't worry we'll get you another appointment and booked me for 7/21 at 7pm. I double confirmed with her that this appointment set and would happen this time. So I leave work early, go home and shower and get ready as quickly as I can. I walk in and again there is no record of an appointment for me. The lady that was there supposedly "from another store" at 8pm on 7/18 looked me right in the face and lied to me about entering me into the system and booking my appointment. There was a different lady behind the desk and she apologized and offered to re-book the appointment. She was nice and trying to be helpful but I will not be wasting anymore of my precious time with hand and stone. I have wasted several hours of my time and gas, left work early and skipped out on events because I had an appointment to keep. Their cancelation policy is to charge you half if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment. Why is their time worth more than mine? What do I get for getting blown off 3 times in a row? I've been rushing home every other day to shower and shave before my appointment. I don't have to shave or shower but I do because it is a common courtesy. It's unfortunate that hand and stone has absolutely no common courtesy for me or my time. They don't have the slightest clue as to what customer service means. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that reflects their true rating. ***UPDATE*** I emailed as suggested in the response provided by the business. Hollie Marten, who is the Director of Operations, responded to me. She offered to send me a gift card. That was months ago and I still have not received anything from her or Hand and Stone. I have let her know multiple times that I haven't received anything. Her response was to ask come and pick it up. I've already wasted enough of my time and heard enough excuses and lies from this company. Don't tell me your going to do something if you're not going to do it. Terrible customer service from the location all the way up to the Director of Operations. I'll be filling a BBB complaint.

I’ve had a few massages at this location and the have all been subpar. I think the overall quality of the company in general has declined since the pandemic. I’ve frequently been rescheduled and had appointments cancelled. For the appointments that were held, they were booked if not weeks, months in advance. And forget forming a relationship with any of the therapists as I saw a new one each time. I’ll be cancelling my membership as I’ve been paying monthly and not receiving any service. I booked 3 weeks ago for an upcoming appointment in 2 days and the just received notice that the therapist has quit. This was my last opportunity to give them a chance, I’ve been a member for years now and I’ll take my $ to a more established spa.

Not happy with the customer service. I was charged for the service I didn’t get. I have booked an appointment for facial spa and as I was not able to make it to the appointment, I asked them to cancel. I agreed to charge the cancellation fee on my card. But the charges on my service credit which is worth 69.95 dollars for the 34 dollars cancellation fee. I tried to talk to the manager but she said all she can do is a 10 dollar upgrade. It is not fair to compansate 69.95 dollars with a 10 dollar upgrade. I am going to cancel my membership

Really enjoyed our experience here! Staff was polite, friendly, and respected all safety rules. Unfortunately, my esthetician mistook a mole on my face for a pimple and cut my skin while trying to "pop" my mole with her nails.

This was the first bad massage I've ever had. I requested firm pressure and the pressure was mild the entire time. When I asked for the pressure to increase, it did not improve. Within the first ten minutes, I wanted to leave. The masseuse's hands felt clammy and he talked the entire time about things I came to get a massage to escape from. I tried contacting the business by phone and email, and have not heard back.
