Oh I love this location! I usually go to the Carrollwood location, but this one is much nicer. Kristal is a top notch massage therapist! I have used her for years and won’t settle for less. I’ve tried others, but she is the best by far! You will not be disappointed.

I just went in with shoulder pain and was so lucky to be paired with Shelby. She was very kind, knowledgeable and listened to me before starting. The relaxation and massage was just what I needed. Shelby knew exactly where to put pressure to relieve my muscle tension. I can't wait to return.

Barbara was amazing. This was my first time with her as my previous therapist was not there and she did not disappoint. After a long week with long travel and work meetings I was very much in need of some relaxation and pain relief, she quickly identified the issue and worked to resolve. I haven’t felt this good in a really long time. She will be my go to therapist from now on. Thanks Barbara!!

Absolutely the best massage I've had in a very very long time I did the 90-minute massage with Arlethia. I check out other massage places and get them bi-monthly. She was in the top 3.

Received a one hour massage from Sarah and she was absolutely amazing! She has such a calming energy to her that I felt so comfortable from the moment she came out to get me for my appointment. And Sacaria was so sweet and thorough with everything! I will definitely be returning!

Adyson was very pleasant, but I did not feel she really knew her stuff. When I asked her if she felt like my face was dry, she said no, not really, and yet I can clearly see where my face is dry in numerous areas. She really did not communicate much as to what she was doing during the facial

I want to give a special shout out to Kristal. I was booked today for a prenatal massage and arriving to the premises I got the Braxton hicks kicking in. The girl at the front desk was so sweet to walk me to one of their seats and Kristal gave me a bit of space to await for them to be gone. As soon as I felt better she gave me the best massage I have ever received through my pregnancy. She took care of my needs in such an amazing way and was very knowledgeable in giving guidance. If you need a prenatal massage I definitely recommend Kristal, she will treat you like a queen and give your body the much needed attention you deserve!

For starters... I'm a Hand and Stone snobbbb. This location has such amazing people. The manager, Ryann, I believe, is awesome and was working the front desk while I was there. Most of the time managers are forever in their offices with closed doors. I saw Carmen for a brow wax and she was sensational! She took her time and I really appreciate it because my brow turned out beautiful! I then saw Christopher for a massage... oh my gosh, do yourself a favor and go see this man for an awesome massage! He is firm, but relaxing! I saw Adyson for a facial afterwards, and not going to lie... it was the BEST facial I have ever experienced. She was thorough, gentle, kind and all around the best esthetician that I have had thr pleasure of meeting. Whoever says that a facial isn't as relaxing as a massage is lying! Lol. I wish I could remember the 3 spa associates I met, because they were amazing! They listened and guided me to the right people for rhe services that I wanted. Once I receive their names I'll revise my post to show them appreciation. The owners of the H&S need to be proud of this group! I've been to Hand and Stones throughout the southeast and Colorado, but this new one in Citrus Park may be the new fave! Update December 2024: Had James for a massage and I was incredibly impressed! Great technique and pressure throughout.

Such a great location. The staff is very kind. My therapist this time was Artheia and she was amazing! Def recommend her to anyone that is unsure who to schedule with. I will def schedule with her again in the future!
