I drove 5 hours to Dallas to get my dreads crotchet back in. Paid over $300 to have it done just for them to not crotchet the actual dreads but just braided them back in. I was told Ada was going to do my hair, when I arrived Ada started on my hair but had another lady finish my hair to work on another clients braids. Just unprofessional especially for someone who drove 5 hours and made sure we had everything planned out prior to driving all the way to Dallas

Ada is professional, and sweet. She got me an appointment the next day. Came in and immediately sat down and started on my hair. She made sure I liked my hair before I left. Amazing service. Will come back again.

I went for 2 layers of cornrows. She didn't pull my hair super tight, I was so glad of that. They used some nice hair, so it looks really neat. It's in a close location to me.

Just left my 3rd appointment and they finished me in 3 hrs!! Large box braids and they are always super nice and FAST! Love these ladies here! God bless them!

They have kids eating and playing while you are in the chair getting done and one minute itās this prices and then they changes donāt go at night not professional.$180 corn rolls I donāt recommend. Keep your receipt I did

I got 2 braids from this place I called them the day before and asked about them washing my hair she said thatās fine asked for the price she said 50 which went fine after I left she text me and said pay 20 more for the wash very unprofessional

Super unprofessional. I made an appointment for a simple 10 braids (cornrows) with my natural hair. First I was quoted $50. Thatās fair. Then they told me 60 and wanted me to cash app the whole $60 plus $5 āfeeā. First of all why would a pay the full amount before my apt? I told her I would send $30 and pay the rest cash. I get there and the lady was visibly mad bc I had too much hair. She was livid. She even called the owner and told her my hair was too long and I needed to pay more. Iām mixed and I have a decent amount of hair but itās not as long as she made it seem. She said I needed to pay $120!!!!! Double what I was supposed to be Iām guess if I had a teaspoon of hair. I said absolutely not and give me my $30 deposit back!! She start going back and forth with me saying okay okay $100? I said no once again. Iām asking for 8-10 braids. We settled on $80 bc I desperately needed my foundation braids so I can put my wig on. Man, I know African women braid tight and I appreciate that. Thatās why I always go to them bc their work is the best but baby she braided my thoughts!!! She was rough the entire time. Itās like she was taking out her anger on my head. I was in tears. Literally crying. Idk the ladyās name, older lady maybe 50/55. But man she aināt never gotta worry about seeing me and my long hair again!!!!

I want to thank Hands of Gold for there wonder service. I needed a retwist and did not have an appointment but they still took me in as a walk-in. I also had a loc that needed repairing and they did a great job on it. I love my retwist !
