This was the best massage i ever received from a massage school. Mrs Marian was great with her hands she got all knots out my back and I feel so relaxed . It was only $50 and 5 mins away from our hotel 😍. Definitely will be our go to massage place when we come back in town. Thank you Mrs Marian 🙏🏽.

As a former student I can't say enough good things about the school!! Mary made class a safe and fun learning environment. Definitely enjoyed pathology bingo!! It definitely helped me learn the information. Now as a current employee I can say staff is friendly and helpful. I never feel like I am not being heard. Truly enjoy my co workers!!

Hands On Approach offers superb service and very relaxing massage. Lynn gave me a massage that was very relaxing and the room was very calming. I left feeling so relaxed and I didnt want to leave. I recommend going to Hands on Approach and book with Lynn. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Hands on Approach for an Employee Chair Massage event last week and it was a great success! The two masseuses were both lovely and professional, they were very attentive to the employees and truly made everyone feel special for the few minutes they were in their chairs. They provided cleaning materials to clean their chairs in between each person and that was very much appreciated. They helped set a calming mood in a work environment we adjusted lighting and they added soothing sounds), and we can't wait to have them back. Thank you guys, from SAVI Controls.

First time trying to get a massage here. Not great at all. Front desk gal was kind but liscensed masseuse Mariam wasn’t rude but really poor. Barely used lotion or tracked specific muscle groups but just kinda rubbed here and there. She struggled to manage the 80 minutes well and did multiple muscle groups more than once while barely getting to others before time ran out. Mentioned this kindly to the front desk and she just said “so do you want to pay?”. Probably won’t return.

Hands down, the most terrible school. I went here a few years back and honestly enrollment with Rusell was a little aggressive, like more money motivated. I missed 2 massage class days and was told I couldn't come back by Ms. Roberta. I recall her saying I would be "too far behind and not able to catch up." Anyway some time before that I had to stand my ground with her because I felt she was trying to demean me in front of the class with a weird tone and sort of indirect remark and laugh. I wasn't rude or disrespectful but firm. Although I do feel like she definitely wanted to show me who was boss after. The class was efficient and she was knowledgeable but the vibes where very uptight, honestly like a tense professional environment where you should walk on eggshells. Also a hint of racism. Definitely felt targeted for my money, judged and kicked out.(I also forgot to mention she had a student there from the last semester who hadn't graduated for missing a lot of hours. She even let this guy watch the class. So I really do feel I was treated unfairly.)

The person I spoke to was extremely rude! He was talking over me. He responded with a nasty attitude every time I asked a question. Was not helpful at all. I will not be enrolling in this school. If they talk to you crazy on the phone that means the school will be no better.

I enjoyed the time I spent in school. Mary made learning fun. She is an amazing instructor and knows how to make learning everything there is to know about massage therapy fun. You can tell she cares about her students. :)

I want to give a special thanks to the entire staff & classmate (Ms. C. Dunn) at this School/Spa! My life has turned around completely for the best & I thank you all for standing behind me and beside me through this fun journey! It was all worth it! Although the staff may be more direct than expected while giving you goosebumps it’s all nothing but love and preparing you for your future in becoming one of the best Massage Therapist out there! From the front desk to my amazing massage therapist Cynthia amazing experience! I have RA and cervical & lower lumbar spinal fusions and it helped immensely unknot and loosen my muscle and joints. I'll be back on a regular basis when I can.

I had Micah as my masseuse and she was wonderful. Very sweet and did a great job. Adjusted strength to my preference and made sure I was comfortable. Would love to come back again in the future.

I love this place. By far one of the best student massages I've ever gone to. I've been coming here since 2019 and each student has treated me amazingly. You can sleep if you want or have a nice conversation. I've been to parker and like their online scheduling, but honestly I'd still come here. If only Hands On had a online scheduling then I'd give it five stars. But besides that, please come here!

The website gives you an option to request more information. Whoever the email goes to calls and makes you feel stupid for requesting more information. The conversation turned me off and I will not waste my money with any establishment like this. Will be applying to Sterling Heath Center & Spa instead. They were very nice and answer any questions you may have. Very welcoming, unlike Hands on Approach!

I was excited about booking an appointment until my first over the phone conversation with the receptionist who was very rude and acted as if I was taking up her precious time. There's plenty of other massage schools in the DFW metroplex. Disrespect is something that shouldn't be tolerated when you're anticipating on spending money at any establishment.

The owner of this school is extremely rude. He talks down to people as if you have no clue what you are talking about. I would never consider attending this massage school if it was the last school to attend in the Dallas/Forth area. When most people think of massage, healing and relaxation comes to mind. And, and I'm sure that's the kind of environment that you would want to train as a massage therapist in, and not one that is hostile and makes you feel as if you can't do anything right. Because of the owner's attitude, I decided to look elsewhere for training and I'm glad that I made the decision to go elsewhere.

Today, I called late afternoon and they were able to schedule me for an 1.5 massage with an LMT. I regret not seeing them sooner. Therapist was very professional and great skill set. Please consider Hands On Approach as I plan to see them again.

I'm a recent graduate and highly recommend this school/spa. My teacher Ms Roberta was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The receptionist Kathy and Sabrina were helpful and friendly. The spa manager, Jan remained organized and efficient at all times. Kim the office administrator was excellent in her position with her open door policy. Russell, the owner proved to be a pioneer in the massage industry... Thanks for the opportunity to gain a new career.

Me and my mother received a massage today by a student. They were very kind, professional, and skilled. We both had a fantastic experience. Very relaxing experience. My mother had been suffering from generalized muscle pain before the massage and said she felt 90% better afterward. We will be returning. I highly recommend this establishment for your massage.
