Definitely one of the better massages I've had. I had no issue making an appointment. Not a ton of glitz and glam to the place, but that doesn't matter to me anyways, especially considering how good the massage was. Massage therapist really nice and respectful, will definitely be back.

I purchased a groupon for my mother for her birthday for about 40 dollars for a swedish massage. I want everyone to be informed that with these groupons, you still have to pay around 125! The groupon only covers about 80 dollars of the service. Trying to schedule this appointment was absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone nor returns calls. I even attempted to go to the actual place to schedule the appointment and i waited around 45 minutes and nobody was able to help me.I tried to reschedule my appointment due to a last minute emergency and once again, nobody answered my call or returned my voicemail. I called about 3-4 times and on multiple days leaving voicemails. The policy says that reschedules must call within 24 hours but how am i suppose to do so when nobody is returning my calls? If you’re looking for a more reliable place I would suggest somewhere where they actually have staff.

Second time I received a groupon as a gift and was never able to schedule. As soon as he hears you have a groupon, he states he will call you back and never does. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Apparently if you’re a male and purchase a Groupon for this venue, you never receive a call back to schedule the appointment. Why make your business available on Groupon if you’re unable to keep up with the demand? Wish I had seen these similar reviews before selecting this location as a gift for my husband.

Booked with them for my Mother and Daughter Spa day and it was welcoming and warming ,I drove an hour away to this spa and I was NOT disappointed the whole experience was awesome ,and I will be booking again

Booked a week and a half in advance for my husband as the “get away” for his surprise party we were throwing him. I was told to call the day before to pay and confirm. Called all that day before and left messages and no one answered. Reuben texted late that night and said my appt was never booked?!? I was furious. The communication was terrible. Read the other reviews, this happens often!!! Especially to men for some reason. Thankfully, I found another massage place with a last minute opening. It was very hard to find considering I needed a specific time. I will NEVER consider them again.

Decent, but I’ve had better. Decided to try this place based on some reviews and a great deal- 90 min massage and 60 min facial. Was asked to come early, so I arrived 30 mins early and then waited 45 mins- 15 past my original appointment time. Then the massage, or rub, was only an hour. ??? The facial was nice, but that table is not comfortable. Very nice, but I’ll go back to my regular person. .

Ruben was amazing! Most valuable 1 hour spent in a long time. I called looking to see if there was any availability for same day appointments and luckily Ruben picked up and agreed to stay an extra hour just to see me. I had flown in that very same morning and was experiencing a lot of pain in my upper back/neck. I let Ruben know this and he took this into account when giving my massage. the massage itself was great and I left feeling so much lighter and in far less pain. But along with the amazing massage Ruben was a very kind, genuine, and a knowledgeable holistic health care professional. He gave suggestions for various vitamins/supplements, upper cervical instability treatments, dietary changes, and listened/understood my situation more than any doctor ever has for me. I will definitely be returning if I get the pleasure to visit beautiful Raleigh, NC again!!

Ruben was amazing. One of the best massages I have ever had. He is blind which made his other senses tune in deeply to what my body needed. Highly Recommend. PS Yes, the operation is small and I noticed a couple reviews complaining about communication. That happens, it is not the end of the world. I am sure he has already called you back. He is one person and is blind. I promise you he is worht being patient for. :)

Amazing place. The music. So calming and peaceful. I had bad experiences with massages. But he made me comfortable. I had to go for medical reasons. I'm happy that I found this place. I really appreciate the staff. Very friendly and informative!

I absolutely LOVED my massage! Very serene, Ruben has great energy! He is friendly, cares about your health, takes the time to talk to you in his office before your massage and takes a holistic approach. I'll be returning. Ruben is amazing 🤩

I booked and paid for a 90min massage online for 9:30am on friday febuary 3rd 2023. I showed up at 9:20 and no one was there, I waited until 9:30am, no one. I finally left after 10, the lights still off and no one was around. So, I'm out $100.00+ and recieved nothing... called the number 3 times, left a voice mail.... no response so far

I have enjoyed my experience at this location. Mostly due to the massage with Reuben. He is also a holistic doctor, so I have gained immeasurable value about my health from talking to him. It is a small business, so I realize they may not always have the times available as a larger chain might have. Really great experience I found on Groupon. I would recommend and I’m considering having the holistic health consultation.

I purchased a massage package through Groupon and was told to call a number to schedule an appointment. Not only did no one answer during multiple attempts within business hours, their voicemail system wasn't even set up. I have no clue how you run a business this way.

Ruben gives the best massages. He's also a holistic practitioner. The massage room is nice and clean. They also offer halotherapy which is an experience all of its own. I also got a facial by a young lady whose name I can't recall..but she is amazing

Ruben is awesome and very knowledgeable in his profession. I have experienced through my services and 2 referred family members great results. Ruben makes himself available for any questions or guidance after consultation has been conducted. I find his products, services and education I have gained to be very helpful.

Zero Communication!!! I have left several messages in the last 4 days and have still not receive a phone call back. If your business does not ever pick up or return phone calls what is the use of having a phone to schedule appointments.

I purchased a Groupon discount for a massage and was really looking forward to my first ever professional massage. I went to their website and submitted an appointment request, but didn’t hear back. I tried giving them a call and leaving a message a couple days later and still nothing. Any time you call, you’re just taken to voicemail. Now I don’t know what to do with the Groupon since the business doesn’t answer calls or emails. Very disappointed
