I made an appointment days in advance just to be ignored when I got there. I told them I was there for a Pedi appointment, they did not do any of the usual when you have to wait (letting your feet soak, check out the nail colors, let you know how long it'll be). They just ignored us. The whole time other customers had two people working on them at once. Very poor service. UPDATE: I spoke with the manager who responded and he did not care at all about how his employees treat people. He said the response posted from him on this is just an automated response and it is what it is. Go to Luxury Spa Nail in Hanford mall! Great service and they treat people with respect!

Made an appointment 4 days in advance for 2 pedicures. Arrived on time and was ignored. Meanwhile the 4 customers that were there had multiple people servicing them each. As we sat there and waited past our appointment time, we realized no one was planning on helping us. So we left and went to Luxury Beauty Spa in the Hanford mall where we were appreciated patrons.

Extremely affordable. Way cheaper than a different place I usually go to. They did an extremely good job, and exactly what I asked for. I will be coming back here! Loved this place, I highly recommend!

First time there. Two of us received pedicure full set of nails. We were cut and burned. I have medical problems I'm a bleeder and told her please be careful. I bled for the longest time. Acrylic nails left us with getting burned from the drills they were using. We will not return

I went on Monday to get my nails and toes done. My nails looked like they were done extremely fast to where I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed. My toes I noticed the next day I had pus coming out of my big toe where the cuticle is and is extremely swollen and red. I won’t be going back.
