Spent my last on my wife a massage for her birthday I reluctantly paid in cash even though I could have paid at the time of the appointment the lady at the counter insisted I pay at that moment. I was given a receipt but no appointment card. When I returned the next day I was told I couldn't do anything without an appointment card. I explained I never received one. I also showed the receipt. She still told me nothing can be done. I begged her. I let her know my wife has lupus and today's her birthday and she could really use the massage. I was polite. I didn't raise my voice once. I feel extremely disappointed and overwhelmed. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ARE BLACK! OUR MONEY IS NOT RESPECTED HERE!!!

Good price for a good massage. Reservations recommended for eve or weekends. Therapists may have limited English but you can specify what you want at the cashier who speaks good English. Has tea, bottled water and snacks or candy. Nice comfortable waiting room area. Foot massages are the best bargains so recommend you start there. Those are more extensive than competitors. I have repeatedly gone there for 10 years or more. Located at the corner of Stockton and 65 st, East of hwy 99.

Jojo and Heidi are the best at deep tissue massage. I was so exhausted and had a horrible muscle spasms on my shoulder. We did full body and foot massage for 2 hours for a very very reasonable price. Worth every penny. I walk out feeling so light and relaxed. Jojo did a fantastic job trying to get rid of my big knots on my shoulders. Thank you again Jojo for the best massage ever.

The people here don’t know what they’re doing at all. I left in severe pain. My spine hurt. They don’t speak English, so you can’t communicate at all with them. I’ve never left a massage in such pain. I felt better before I went there. Just go to a regular massage therapist who is licensed and can communicate properly.

Normally the foot massage is amazing but this time it was almost like the guy had no clue how to massage. His nails were too long and were digging into my feet and he was not getting the clue that he was hurting me even when I said ouch and pulled away.

Anna is excellent ... She diagnosed why I had pain in my arm, and spent some focused time on it to give me pain relief I haven't enjoyed since my injury almost a year ago.

Bad Customer Service. Unfriendly staff. They never change the cloth sheet on the chair that were used by many customers. Several of the male and female massage staff falls asleep while massaging. I have to wake them up by talking loud to them. The lady masseuse are the worse, they were too lazy to actually using their skill to massage. One time this lady gave me a very lousy massage and at the end of the massage, she demand for a big tip. I was generous enough to give her some tip which was not in the amount she expect, she shout at me and chased me out to the counter. The manager is as bad as the staff, he gave me attitude and bad-mouth me in Chinese. A lot of the massage staff are lazy I know this because I was massaged by them. All they did was just brush and press on your muscle but demand big tip. The entire staff at Happy Day Spa on Stockton Blvd, Sacramento have ZERO customer service quality. I banned myself from going there ever again. DON'T GO to this place, you will regret it.

I enjoy this place very much but the last 2 times a guy named Wang did me and my daughter and we both left feeling so sore. We asked him to go softer multiple times but he didn’t listen. Definitely don’t recommend him.

I went there with a friend, been trying to get back there every since. The place was so clean I instantly was relaxed. When I went in there, I had left work upset. It really calmed me down and help me. It was very very therapeutic.

This was amazing especially for people like me who have office jobs and on a computer all day . Wang did such a great job at massaging the knots out of my shoulder and neck I came out feeling like a new person!!! Must go and relax .

Worst experience at a spa, ever. If you are expecting a level of cleanlines, professionally trained staff and a relaxing experience I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. I definitely would not advise buying a package (pre paying in advance for x number of treatments) unless you like disappointment. If you like surprises, such as a mystery rash then by all means.
