when I called today at 10:20 to schedule appointment for body massage and asked if they apply essential oil for body massage, the receptionist said” I don’t know. I never used it. My work is to only schedule appointment..I said I don’t know” Can you at least train the receptionist to speak properly ? That is extremely rude

When you can get an experienced, good massage therapist, this is high value at an affordable price. Another frequent customer recommended Claudia and I tried her today - she's great and now she's my go-to therapist for every massage. Sometimes you can get clients who fall asleep and snore which makes it hard to relax and enjoy.

I just received a phone call from my husband, and he ordered a 90-mins massage. He kept telling the massuer to focus on his neck and shoulder, and the masseur acknowledged that, but he still did something else. The time the masseur spent on his neck and shoulder was less than 5 mintues. My husband just called me telling me he's disappointed. I asked if my husband complainted to the front desk, and my husband said no because he didn't want to waste time and tended to avoid conflict, so he ended the session earlier and drove home. My husband also told me not to write an one star comment, but this is intolerable. My husband performed physical work in his job, so his neck and shoulder were tensed. He's looking for relaxation, but he ended up wasting money and time in this place. He didn't tell me the name of the masseur because he knew I will leave a bad comment for him, but I can still do it. I welcome further discussion onto this issue, and I am not looking for any further discount or anything like this, but I do want to see the motivation to improve quality service.

Apparently, I deeply doubted if it was a legitimate business. I called them, and they sent me a masseuse named "Mandy." Wow, this lady gradually started offering me some "special" services. If you like it, you will go more often. If you don't like it, it's actually very disgusting.

Great place super clean everyone friendly great service offering a variety facials hair styling and quality massages.been going for a year Crystal totally awesome from hair to facial to massage. Leo excellent also but never disappointed by any masseuse. Even desk people on phone and in person helpful matching the service and time that works for you with the perfect provider. Being a business owner for 57 years I can recognize great service from a business.

Like every foot spa it's who you come to know is a good masseuse. I have my go-to guy and he's awesome. I always get the 90 minute combo, and leave feeling well worked over.
