Went here for the 2nd time for my granddaughter's birthday. First time was bad but thought it might be a one off so we tried again. Technician sped through the pedicure, doing it all in 20 minutes, barely spoke to us, didn't even give a massage. This is the worst place for a pedicure. I would say avoid this place unless you like half ass service.

My boyfriend and I went to get a pedicure done and ask the technician to cut the ingrown on the big toe but they both ignored the request and it felt that they were both rushing and skip some steps that the technicians there usually do. They were both more focus on talking to each other than there task. The lady technician that was taking care of my boyfriends pedicure even tried to overcharge my boyfriend. The guy on the counter tried the same thing too he was trying to overcharge my boyfriend when he was trying to pay and acting all confused.

Just to be clear, Kathy did my nails and she was wonderful! Joy at the front desk was professional and doing her job well. My issue and it's a big one is with the business owner. I had never been to this location before, and my friend and I wanted to go and get our manicures done. We looked online and found this place was close and affordable. On their website as well as on Google and Apple maps, their rates listed a $25 price for a gel manicure. We made our reservations and we showed up early, did everything correctly. We were greeted by Joy when we walked in. Did not need to go up to the desk to check in since we had appointments and were guided to sit at on the couch in the front. Joy guided us to our technician table when they were ready. I had a wonderful experience with Kathy and my friend with Jenna. When we got to the front I was charged $40. I questioned it, explaining that I'm only paying $25 since that's what was advertised on the website and on Google. Joy explained that she cannot make any exceptions she is just an employee doing her job. And she did do it well. She did say that there was no supervisor or manager on site, and that the owner was the only one that could handle this. So I asked her to call the owner and she did. She handed the phone to me and I spoke with the owner. He did not work with me at all! I was very kind and professional myself as a business owner. Explaining his false advertising is going to cost him more than the difference in what he was charging me and not honoring the advertised price. He explained that he is a new owner, for clarification he bought the business from the previous owners last summer, almost a year ago! That is not a new business. He said the old owner still had ownership of the website and the domain and URL. I simply said that that is not my problem That's his bad business deal not mine. His false advertising however is on him since he is the business owner with the same name and still using the website. I also stated that it's easy enough to change the business name or at least got a DBA and create a different website using a different domain name. He said he would work with me and only charge me $35. Longer story short, I paid the $35 because I had nothing against the service that I received. However, the owner threatened me by saying I would be the one responsible for Kathy not getting fully paid for her service because him paying her was based on what the customer paid for her service. That got me mad even more mad. Two things came up for me, are these employees and he's going to short pay and employee based on his false advertising and business decisions? Or are these technicians independent contractors? And if that's the case then wecustomers should be paying them directly at their rates and not paying the owner of the business. Either way this guy is in trouble. For the record, his higher rates are not posted except for on a flyer laying flat at the end of the counter which is unseen by people walking in that have reservations already and are guided to sit on the couch. All he has to do is change his website the logistics are not the customers problem. This is false advertising. Bottom line. I will not go back there to support this man. I will however, file a complaint with the BBB. FYI I tipped Kathy well.

I had my nails done by Linda at Happy foot spa & nails today and let me tell you that I’m in love with my results. She does amazing work and hand painted designs. So make sure to schedule an appointment with her and you won’t be disappointed!! Make sure to mention my review to her 😁

I’ve gotten gel toe polish done for years and never had a problem with it chipping or coming off for 4-6 weeks. I had to go back twice within 10 days for whole polish coming off in several nails. The second time I went back I was essentially reprimanded for not knowing the name of the person who did the polish initially. When I asked kindly for all the toes to be replaced they were very inconvenienced, even though four toes had come off within their timeline of 10 days for repairing them. Obviously the initial polish wasn’t done correctly and would have continued to come off within the week. They were extremely rude and bothered to fix their mistake. They advertise and operate as a salon with an owner, not as Individuals, therefore the salon should cover the mistakes of their techs even if the tech isn’t there that day. The biggest issue was how incredibly rude they were to me asking for them to be redone after I’d already been back twice to fix. Nails that had been done less than 10 days ago. Once again, I will NOT return and couldn’t recommend this place less if I tried. They just want quick techs that make them money and they don’t take pride in or stand behind their work and services.

Was in 5 days ago. The gentleman doing my nails was so aggressive, speedy (not in a good way) and was more into his phone than anything else. Paid 80$ for a pedicure and polish change on my nails. I wouldn’t have paid him 8$ for my service Over priced!! HORRIBLE!!! Polish on my little twos didn’t even last 2 days. And my polish on my nails are lifting.

Called and was able to get same day appointment for a pedicure. This was the first of the season. Was greeted right when I got there. She was polite and very efficient. The gentleman who was appointed for my pedicure was very attentive and polite. He would check in with me to make sure I was OK. I appreciated that. It made me feel comfortable and not out of place, which happens more so than not. The services I received were good, and they don't try to push additional services, which again is appreciated. It's definitely worth making this a go-to. Thank you

Honestly worst service I have ever had. Nail tech cut/ burned my skin with the Dremel. It was so bad I got up and left before they were finished. And was still charged for the full thing . 55$ for an acrylic overlay is ridiculous

The employees there seem like nice people, but my pedicure was not very good. The man who did my pedicure cut my cuticles way too much and now my toes are swollen, bruised and some of them actually have small cuts. He was also very rough during the foot/leg massage and it was a bit painful. The employees also kept talking loudly over me and my mom.

The service is always incredible. I walked in and Scott read my mind and could tell I had a hard day and sat me down to get a pedicure with a refreshment in hand in seconds. The entire staff is kind and they are good at what they do. I am proud to say that I will be coming here from now on.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your nail salon, which has left me EXTREMLY dissatisfied. Both my mother and I were regular patrons of your establishment and had always enjoyed top-notch experiences in the past. However, during my visit last week, I encountered a significant deviation from the quality of service I had come to expect. I was surprised to learn that the pedicure no longer includes calus remover or cuticle care, a departure from the comprehensive service I had previously received. Upon seeking clarification, I was informed that the pedicure now primarily consists of nail polish and lotion. Despite expressing my preference for a simpler service involving only nail polish, I was charged for a full pedicure. Moving on to my full set of nails, I noted that Mae, the technician I had found to be particularly skilled, is no longer with your salon. This is disappointing, as Mae's expertise was a key factor in my previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, the replacement technician did not meet my expectations. The lack of cuticle care, nail trimming, and proper preparation resulted in poorly executed nails that were uncomfortable and kept getting caught in my hair. Upon returning to address the issues, the technician attempted to rectify the situation by applying layers of nail polish to the areas where cuticles should have been addressed, an approach that did not align with proper nail care practices. Moreover, the mismatched application of pink and clear polish on my powder ombre nails further added to the disappointment. Regrettably, the overall experience was subpar, and I find it challenging to justify the cost of over $130.00 for a service that fell short of the quality I had previously associated with your salon. I felt compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it may contribute to improvements in your services.

It's tough getting good service when your a guy trying to get his nails done. Lilly was A+ all around! This is the best manicure I've ever had. My nails are flawless. She really went in and made sure they're perfect. I love them!! 😻. I don't get anything fancy but my partner went extra. They asked for copper and it's amazing! There's even a green sheen when seen at just the right angle. Cool!

Rude and not accommodating. I literally waited months to post this. I did not want to post while angry at the woman who was literally wiping/ scraping the cuticle cutter sharp end across the top of my foot… NOT the towel. I couldn’t believe it (multiple) times. I have it on video. She also refused to complete the appointment - manicure service because I complained. I realize if you purchase GEL!GEL! Your treated good.. mani/ pedi no money too much work equals get out!! She also put a heater on my feet. Never Again! Also I basically had to keep encouraging her to take the polish off my nails- she kept telling me I did not have polish on my toe nails..and continue. I’m like what?

my mom and i have recently started going to happy foot to get our nails done for the past couple of months. last time i went the nail tech discovered mold under my finger nail bed and proceeded to tell me to tell the next person who does my nails to just tell them that he had cleaned my finger when he had not cleaned it at all and proceeded to stick another nail on top. fast forward two weeks after mold was discovered under my finger nail my mom was taking off her acrylic set and discovered mold underneath her finger nail as well. so within the past two months both of us have gotten an infection from this place! my mom has had nails for over 20 years and until now has she ever had a problem with mold under her nails!

I’m really sorry to do this, but in a nice new area like this you expect more for $85. The chemical smell is outrageous. The chairs are old and cracked, and look uninviting. I don’t know how to describe the wet slimy UV nail dryer I had to put my foot in, it was yucky. The massager chair remote is gross and the chair barely works. But mostly, why weren’t my cuticles cut? I will have hang nails in two days. What about this is $85? It’s the most basic mani pedi. I won’t be back. Luckily there are plenty of local places to chose from. Huge waste of money.
