In town for birthday week and wanted to try reflexology. Came across this place and immediately made an appointment. They are located on a corner and don’t have a designated parking lot so, definitely something to be mindful of when coming. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well; $80 for 90 mins isn’t bad. NOTE: it was a full 90 mins. None of the therapists speak English; the receptionist translates through an app. I’d suggest you tell the receptionist exactly what you are looking for and expecting. I negated to discuss pressure and had to express how uncomfortable I was before the therapist applied less pressure. I did feel good when I left though. I brought thin pajama pants to be comfortable; you are clothed. The ambiance is peaceful and inviting. We were in a community room but, were the only two the entire time. I’d definitely come back when I visit San Diego again.

Massages is what my life is missing. I have bad posture, and so tense. I completely needed this. The hour felt like 2 hours. I remember one time I went to massage envy, and time talking to the massage therapist, getting dressed/ undressed all was counted into the hour. So I was surprised at Happy Head, I literally got the whole hour. It was great.

Amazing experience. First time I was in San Diego. I googled Massage this place came up and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. Cheap easy sophisticated and legitimate.

My massage was sufficient and the woman was pleasant. However, I didn’t feel safe and therefore didn’t I have the ability to fully relax in the room I was given. Enclosed photo shows a set of double doors that led to another room where I could hear men speaking and at times the doors would rustle as if someone was coming in. At one point I did think someone had come in and immediately looked up to ensure I was safe. This didn’t immediately occur or else I would have asked to move as soon as I was placed in that room.

Great service, relaxing atmosphere! The moment I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who delivered an exceptional service, her name is kyra. That set the time for me. I did two massages , deep tissue and the popular Asian style reflexology. I was pleased with my massage. Thanks Mia for a great massage!!

My husband and I went in for a last minute couples massage today because our normal masseuse doesn’t have availability all month. It was beyond amazing! I don’t like getting massages where it feels like I am being moisturized… our masseuses really worked hard on our knots in our shoulders and back. I have had so many massages, but this was definitely one of the best and we will definitely be back! Also they have complimentary wine in the lobby! Such a great experience! Thanks y’all!!

My first time coming here and it will be my last. Never again. Horrible customer service experience. My massage therapist was kind and gave me the relaxing massage I needed. But the manager Charleen was rude and made the paying/tipping process difficult. I wasn’t told I had to tip in cash. I had no cash on me, just my debit card. They have an ATM machine but charge extra to withdrawal anything. So one of the front desk employees said they can charge me the tip on my debit card, give it to me in cash, then hand the tip over to my therapist. I thought that was a great solution. Fast forward, the manager then came into my room when I had already undressed to lay on the table and told me they weren’t allowed to do that. Prior to my experience with the manager, I was debating with the front desk employee about how long I wanted my massage to be because of parking. I originally paid for a 2 hour massage, but changed my mind realizing there wasn’t parking available for more than 2 hours, so I decided to do the 90 minute to avoid getting a parking ticket. Also, seeing how unprofessional the manager made the situation, I thought it be best to get out of there soon. The location is in downtown with only street parking that charges by meter. They had already charged me for the 2 hour massage which was fine because I was promised by the manager I’d get a refund of the difference after my massage was done. And I was expecting to use that refund as a tip. When I was done, the manager wasn’t around to be found and two front desk employees said they weren’t able to do the refund because the manager had to do it. Now I’m out an extra $40. I paid for the 2 hour when I got a 90 minute and I had to pay extra for cash tip. Apparently they’ll take care of the refund not providing me any proof or trust that it will be taken care of. Without the refund even being processed, they said I’d get my refund in 3-5 days. Before you hire people, train them well so they know how to communicate with guest. And if you’re a manager, learn how to fulfill the guest expectations after promising them a solution. Everyone gave me the ok, however nothing was done to help better my experience. I expect to get my refund without going back, otherwise I will call my bank to report them. Don’t come here. It’s not worth it. You’ll just get stressed out and worked up even more after your massage that was intended to help you relax in the first place. It defeats the purpose.

Came in on a whim before a red eye light. Best decision I’ve made all week. I can honestly say that MIA provided the best massage I think I’ve ever had. Extraordinarily gifted! Next time I am in town, this will be the first place I come to. It’s relaxing and the person at the front was wonderful as well. Thank you!

Lady up of front Wednesday5/15/24. Morning. Weird customer service. For example. Ask her for my account, she says No. Then she went bragging about my cell . Didn't ask for my name. I ask for specific treatment and therapist. I got no answer. Kept talking and talking. Didn't take my name. Or said nothing about my account. Weird weirdo.

Price and location is convenient and affordable. Very welcoming and atmosphere is what you expect. However, asked for a swedish for couples massage, but felt like it was a deep tissue massage provided by two gentlemen. Instead of feeling refreshed, I came out feeling like I got hit by a truck. Was expecting to relax...but i guess not.

My wife and I got a couples massage. We opted for the "4 Hand" Swedish massage for both of us. The hour seems more like 4 hours and you are thoroughly worked over - someone on your lower half and someone above the waist the whole hour. Just amazing! We walked out like limp noodles and would do it again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend!

The place was amazing! I got the Prenatal Massage bc I'm pregnant so I was not able to try their complimentary wine but maybe next time I'll be able to. Definitely coming back!

Very clean and has a great relaxing Atmosphere. I don’t like that you can’t tip using your debit card and the massage was way overpriced for the quality of the massage. Good massage but not great. I pay half of what I paid for here in Las Vegas and get a better massage. All in all, for San Diego prices this was a nice establishment.

Don't ever go here, customer service was TRASH. The girl who works at the front desk has such an attitude. They even gave me a male therapist it was so awful. The massage was alright, it felt really unprofessional.

I've had foot massages all over the world and this was one of the worst. He started by digging his thumbs into a 1 square inch crown of my head for like 10 min (I should have just left then). But that was the end of the thumbs. He then poked my feet with sticks for over 60 min without massaging them at all. Any other hand therapy was open palm just pushing my arms, quads and back. That is not a massage, just an irritating waste of time and money. Zero concept of muscle groups. I went in relaxed and came out angry. Wish I had that 90 minutes of my life back.
