Worst customer service that I've experienced in some time. I told the front desk woman that I had an appointment in 90 minutes if we could squeeze in an hour massage. 35 minutes later, I had to walk out due to lack of time. There was absolutely zero effort made to accommodate me, as far as I was aware. Nor did she tell me that they might not have anyone available. Just wasting my time.

Best massage in Pacific Beach! I went for it all, the Asian massage that combines Thai massage, Swedish massage, foot massage, head massage, and neck as well. Feeling like a champ! If you want to surf without your shoulders cramping up, stop by. You'll catch more waves and feel better, guaranteed!

Susanna was amazing as I walked in! After hearing my areas of issue and pain she suggested deep tissue and cbd oil. It was my first time using cbd and it was incredible. Andy has magical hands and went so deep. With the cbd oil I was able to loosen up and I felt it was the best and deepest massage of my life. Andy literally out my neck, back, and shoulders back in place! I feel like I went from 0 to 100! So grateful for Susanna and Andy! Thank you!

Do the mixed massage and ask for Razn if you want the best stretch and deep tissue experience of your life. This place is a find- Kaaliyah at the front is a star and makes you feel right at ease and Razn is a hidden gem massage master who will quietly come in and twist and pull you on magnificent ways without making you feel like your limbs ever lift themselves: truly incredible. Just another San Diego treat to look forward to at my next visit. Thank you ladies!

During my visit to Pacific beach I needed a massage after a long day. I called at 8PM and even though they closed at 9PM the receptionist was very kind and helpful and told me to come in. They took me in as a walk in within the hour of closing and I got the hour Swedish massage. The gentleman that did the service was very professional and asked if I was okay with the pressure during the service and eased up if I said it was too hard or firmed more on the areas I needed more focus. The place is clean, and has great background therapy music to make you feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place.

The massage therapists here are professional martial artists. Maybe it was a language barrier, but the massage therapists that we had didn’t really ask if the pressure was okay, it honestly felt like they enjoyed beating us up. On top of that, they were talking so much during our sessions, it was very difficult to relax because of the talking plus the noises of other therapists walking back and forth and talking to each other at the same time. This is a very small location in comparison to the other ones we have tried. Overall, the experience was torturous and unbearable.

Had lower back pain went in for a deep tissue massage. Lily did an amazing job! Ive went other places and their deep tissue wasn’t hitting the right areas. Feel so much better and jasmine at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Will be returning most definitely.

As always, this place does not disappoint. Whenever I call they always have availability to fit me in. I called at 5pm and Jasmine fit me in the same day at 7pm. I never have to worry about thinking to book weeks in advance. Jenna was amazing at deep tissue. She understands what your body needs and focuses on those areas without you having to tell her. It’s always a pleasure to come here and I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Enjoyed my 60 minute reflexology massage after a 3 day backpacking trip. I feel like all areas of my body that I needed were massaged the way I needed and I feel much more relaxed. Would recommend this to anyone needing to loosen their muscles and relax.

I feel absolutely amazing after my 120 min deep tissue today! Lily made my day with getting all of the tension out of my body! I’ve paid for expensive overpriced massages at the ritz Carlton that weren’t as good as Lily’s massage at Happy Head today! Very satisfied! I will be coming back!
