Came here for my first time with my little one for my bday. Waited nearly an hour as there were only 2 techs. Which is fine. It took over 2 hours for a new set! So spent over 3 hours total for my set and a manicure for my little one. The guy that did my set took his sweet time and seemed out of it. The acrylic is tacky and I couldn't get the gems I wanted for the design as he didn't have the right size. Which was fine but threw off the design. The lady who did my LOs nails was perfect. Also when i had to take my daughter to the restroom, I saw a meth pipe on the shelf when I was helping her wash her hands!!!! I'm glad she did not see it. But needless to say I will not be coming back here again.

Worst place I have ever been. Man that did my hands was awful, he was rude yelling at me yanking my arm . I was actually embarrassed because there was other ppl in there hearing him .I wouldn’t spend a dollar with him again . I planned to do my feet and hands and never let him do both I paid and left !! Awful just awful customer service

I has powder gel on my nails on august 30,starting drop down 3 nails on 5th day then I went back to fix it ,nice girl said sorry about that but I can’t let her do my nails no more,back to home drop down other 2 nails,in the 2 weeks all nails gone

This IS THE BEST place I’ve ever been to get my nails done. I’m from NC and new to Jacksonville, and the owner did my nails. The job he did on my nails was magnificent and impeccable. I’m happy to have found my new nail home. My nails and I are sooo happy.

Horrible experience! This was my 2nd visit and will most likely be my last. I got a pedicure with gel and my eyebrows done. Both were poorly done. I am so disappointed. She actually gapped my left eyebrow and cut my freaking tails off. I’m just DONE after spending $145 for services!!!!

I enjoyed my first visit to Happy Nails today. I took my 7 year older daughter with me because they have the cutest pink kids size pedicure seat and she loved it. They were very patient with her even though she talked non-stop lol. She got a mani & Pedi. I got a fill in with gel polish and a Pedi. It's not a fancy or elaborately decoratated place but it was nice, comfortable and cozy. Everyone took their time and did a thorough job, which I appreciated. I can't stand feeling like someone is doing a rush job on my feet & nails. It was a cool laid back vibe. I am pleased with my service & will definitely be back. I finally found a local shop I want to return to.

I had an appointment today for 9:30. I got to the salon a few minutes early. The salon was closed, I waited in my car for an hour. The salon never opened. This is not good business, my time is valuable as everyone's time should be. I called and left a message. I will not do business with them at all. This was my first and last appointment. Customer Services isn't good if you don't open up on time.

NO recomiendo éste lugar para NADA’ muy mal servicio y trato… Pagas por un servcio y te hacen lo que ellos quieren… Me gusta tener mis manos y pies pintados del mismo color y hoy fui a cambiarme el color de manos y pies’ despúes que me pintaron las manos no me quizo pintar los pies por que para su opinion el color de los pies estaba bonito y se veia nuevo… Le indico que ya llevo dos semanas y que lo queria cambiar al igual que las manos y me dice que no que se ve bien’ le digo que yo le voy a pagar que ellos me las tienen que pintar del color que yo quiero y me dice “ya cerramos” me tuvo que ir con las manos de un color y los pies de otro’ al salir veo que entra otra muchacha y la sientan en la mesa y le comienzan a hacer sus manos’ vire y le dije “y no habias cerrado” y casi me da alterado y gritando… Pésimo servicio’ aparte no me removieron por completo el color anterior de las manos’ tengo los bordes de las uñas del color anterior

This place is the best I have ever had my nails done in the past. Very nice people even when a lady did not want to pay after she got great service because she thought if she made a scene she would not have to pay. She said they rushed the job but she had been there for over 2 and half hours. They did a great job on her nails and feet just like they did for me. Some people just try to run a scam. But they were nice.

Was there on Monday the experience starting out was horrible. I went to have the acrylic removed from my nails so the guy took my finger and started prying off the acrylic I'm telling him hey that hurts, "I don't like that" it shouldn't hurt so he removed it with a artificial nail, Which was Stupid He looked and said it was soft. Where it was removed is sore at the nail bed. So I told him when I had it done before it didn't hurt they removed it easily with a tool so he said I will need to soak in Acetone I'm like ok whatever is easier than that. So I figured you need to have some type of training and licences to know about such things I will not be returning nor will I recommend happy nail to anyone. Hopefully for your sake my nail heal from the painful prying Because if not I will have a case against you.
