The literal worst place I've ever been to. I stopped in to have a broke set of acrylics removed. They forcibly upcharged me pretending to not understand what I said. He ground threw my nail beds on my gel and put them in pain. Instead of actually removing my acrylics he ground them into my nail beds and was about to paint over them when I said no to being hurt more cause yes the whole thing was painful. 0/10 would not recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service. They just look at you when you walk in and don’t really welcome you. Secondly, I went back in this evening (after going before and being told they can’t do the 2 designs I wanted) .. I go in tonight for French tip nails and a white stripe design on 1 nail and snowflake on 1, but I don’t do fake nails and they simply told me that they can’t and would not be able to do them lol. If not the design could’ve at least did French tips. My nails are my real nails but they are not that short I get them done once a month at the nail salon in Patrick Henry Mall (who do GREAT) and they do French tip AND designs but I went here tonight due to getting off work late rushing and they are close to my home, the closest one to my home. But again tonight I was reminded why I don’t go there and I will never go in there again they just don’t care. They have poor attitudes and seem like they don’t even want to be there or care about the people who come in for their service. I guess they rather sit and watch their phone. Response to owner: Your response goes to show what kind of person you are and business you’re running, no wonder you had no customers in there and refused to do such a simple set of nails lol. Worthless people and business. Find a better way to talk or try to insult people lol.

Was happy to be in and out in less than a hour. The gel polish last less than a week before it started breaking off. Overall experience not bad but this was my first time having my gel polish break. Not sure that I will go back.

This is my second time utilizing the services here. Tina did my nails. She was pleasant, attentive and quick. Coming from New York, where I had the same nail tech for 12 years I am loving the environment and service. This was a an active length style. I love the long popping stuff, just waiting for my nails to grow out. There designs are everything. This will be my home for all services that they offer. Thank you Happy Nails for making me happy 🥰

Don’t come, they don’t take their time. The make behind the desk was more worried about him doing stocks than my nails. Nails are uneven. Again ! DO NOT COME !

Don’t waste your time coming to these people! Just a freaking disgrace. If I came in at 1:55 for a nail repair why would I come back at 6pm? Go to Diva nails in Hampton if you want top notch service and what’s crazy is they were even busy. Tf I look like coming back at 6pm for 1 nail. Go elsewhere people and get your money worth.

I wouldn't take my dog to that place! I remember trying to get my nails done and came there at thee exact time they told me to get there! Got there and they finished half of my freaking nails not even what i asked for a rush job then told me because of the time they couldn't do my feet because they were closing like really!!!?? How do you tell a client that's already in your seat that because of time you can't finish the job!? to make things worse It was my birthday on top of that! I swear i could go on and on in details about everything that happened but I won't waste another min! If you looking for unique quality work done to your nails you wont find it there! they are lazy they just like doing regular lil sets and won't take the time or effort to do the things you really like anyway im gone pleeeeasssee take this message and run wit it dont waste your time or money thank me later!!

Paid $53 for the highest level pedicure, which says it’s 36 minutes. She finished it in 20 minutes, with barely any massage. I won’t go back.

The guy charged me for gel even tho I wanted regular polish. While I was sitting in there, he did it to someone else. Scammers! Smdh he also cut a plug of skin off my damn toe but I didn't realize it until I got home. Never going back! I wish I could add the photo of my toe!! 😡😡

Very dirty. They don’t pamper you for pedicure. They rush and take your money. Horrible place! Go somewhere else!
