This was my first visit since the remodeling and new management. I had multiple terrible experiences before and was hesitant to give this salon another try. 5 stars for the entire experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The remodeling/upgrades look absolutely amazing! My nail tech was Le. She was really friendly, open and honest, respectful, thoughtful and mindful to what I was looking to have done and carried conversation as if we were good friends. She made sure after doing one nail if I liked it, which was awesome. She used cat eye color with beautyX (if I remember correctly). She even fixed my chipped nail once she got my previous acrylic gel nails off. I absolutely love what she did and the price was unbeatable for her service. I definitely look forward to going here again! 🫶🏼♥️🙏🏼

Stop supporting this business. I had language app on yesterday young man told young lady to up my price. I came in for nails and feet I put in the screen what I wanted twice he changed my request then when I got in chair he told young lady, to give me full set with gel. I said no that’s not what I wanted, twice I said I only want an overly. He laughed said still up her price. Then acted as if they didn’t, know, what I wanted, she pulled out nail I said that’s not what I want. He laughed said in his language if she doesn’t like it then leave no one cares. Stop supporting this business

I been looking for a new nail tech some1 who could do my nails like I wanted them & saw an Instagram post where Happy Nails by hanna was recommend. I got my nail done the very 1st time by her & was extremely pleased so I went back to her. She said her friend there do them. I said to her I would not like for my nails to be done by her friend when I was looking forward to her doing them. I asked Hanna why she didn’t want to do them. She stated because she was off for the day but 30 mins later a walk in full set came in & she took her & I turned to the girl & ask did she have an appt, the girl stated No. I then asked Hanna why she didn’t want to do my nails? She stated becos she wanted her friend to do them becos she do good nails too. So I made it known if I was not happy then I would not gets services frm friend again. I was Not HAPPY my nail was not smooth nor even. I made an appt with Hanna for today she refused & tried to get friend to do my nails. I walked out & will not spend no more of my money @ HAPPY NAILS in churchland.

Came for my birthday nail appt that was scheduled a month in advance and still had to wait a hour and a half. Multiple people came in that had scheduled appts with her at the same time as me which I thought was insane! I asked Hanna when I got in her chair, would she give me a discount for the wait and she said yes. I finally get my nails done and go to checkout and she told me she would not give me the discount after all. Zero professionalism and I was so disappointed because TikTok just raves about her. I love my nails but I don’t like my time being wasted or lied to. Thought I would have a beautiful experience and got the complete opposite.

It was obvious I had a student but she did very well. The owner, I guess, came by and inspected her work. Great job. I will be back.

10/10 would recommend the ambience is amazing as well as the staff.The staff are highly attentive and professional.I love that they have a different variety of nail colors opposed to other salons.ps ask for Peter he does an excellent job

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Happy Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The nail art options were stunning, and the technician was meticulous in her work, ensuring every detail was perfect. My nails not only look fabulous, but they also feel strong and healthy. The cleanliness of the salon was impressive, which is always a top priority for me. Plus, the variety of services offered means I can’t wait to go back and try something new! Rating: 4.6 I recently visited Happy Nails and Spa as a walk-in on a Sunday morning and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and immediately taken to the back for my gel manicure. I was even offered a drink, which was a nice touch. My nail tech, Tina, was friendly and professional. I came in with dip powder on my nails, and I wanted it removed in favor of a gel polish. Tina was patient and thorough, taking extra care to safely remove the dip without rushing through the process. I really appreciated the time and attention she gave, as it’s not always easy to find a salon that takes the proper steps for removal. My appointment took about 1.5 hours, and the final cost was $48 (before tips), which I thought was fair for the level of service provided. I know in the photos it looks like a “simple set” but, Tina put in a lot of work for them to look so great at the end. The salon itself is under new management, and I could tell right away. The stations and pedicure chairs are all brand new, and the space felt clean and modern. When you check in, you're asked to use an electronic kiosk to select your services, which is a nice, streamlined process and you as a customer see the prices as well. They offer a wide range of services, including Gel X, acrylics, dip powder, and various nail enhancements like designs and gems. I opted for black gel polish with chrome powder on two nails per hand, which added a fun touch. Keep in mind that there are additional charges for nail enhancements and the removal of dip powder, but I thought it was worth it for the quality of work. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this salon to others. The new management seems to be doing a great job, and the cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out.

🚩#1 No waxing prices listed any where in the shop - eyebrow wax is $15 🚩 #2 While getting my eyebrows waxed, they called the other workers, who were already with other customers, over to come stand over me & observe like I was some commodity/show animal

I asked for a simple service and was given, essentially, a manicure. The nail technician filed my nails way too much, nicked me, and did not follow simple, clear directions. TERRIBLE service. Spend your time and money somewhere else. The towels are also not very clean.

I wanted the $55 mani pedi and ended up paying $95 with my military discount. She gave me gel without asking. I wanted natural nails I told her because the gel ruins my nails. She charged me for the most expensive manicure the volcano one but I did NOT get the full service of it no hot stones and a hot towel on only one leg. It felt rushed. My nails are cute but it’s not what I wanted or the full service I paid for. Update don’t go there my left big toe started hurting really bad out of no where I thought had a ingrown toenail but that was not the case. When I removed the polish I noticed my toe was bruised and red and lifting of the nail bed where my toe nail grows out of my toe at. I don’t know what they did to cause this but I have really pretty feet so this is upsetting.

Look at the pics of the reviews...if you go here afterwards you must be blind! They do horrible work...people will laugh at your nails because they are so ugly and lumpy. They are very rude and my translate app translated some very bad words even though it couldn't make out every single thing they were saying....smh

This was the worse pedicure experience this is why I only go my salon NEVER TF AGAIN CLEAR MISTREATMENT BETWEEN BLACK AND WHITE PEOPLE COLD WARER HALF A PEDICURE HALF POLISHED TOES DIDN'T REMOVE ALL MY OLD POLISH VERY NASTY ATTITUDE I HATE IT THERE

I’ve been a customer here for years . Jenny , Tommy, and the other staff are very nice and welcoming . They hold conversations and always is a good laugh . They do very good nails for a great price . Tommy is great at nails . I recommend him to everyone . I love this shop .

Two hours wasted and no apology given ... The owner mad because I didn't like the way she do nails after I spent money at her establishment... beaware patronize at your own risk but they care nothing about you. She continue to stop servicing me to take care of other people as well.. very unprofessional place

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I needed to get my nails done, but my nail shop in my area was closed. The manager or owner was ver rude. I asked to have my nails done a little thicker because I do a lot of work with my hands and my nails break easily, and she was highly offended. She was extremely rough with my nails and very unpleasant throughout the process. She let's me know I can get my nails done somewhere else all because I, the paying customer, ask for my nails to be done a particular way. I maintained my cool, which is so unlike me, and it's because I recognized that she's used to a different clientele, so she was not ready for me. I paid, and yes, I still tipped because she did a job, though she was very nasty.

Had to go in to get them fixed as the acrylic was on my skin. The red hearts came off. When I went in to get them fixed the lady cut me and didn’t even clean the drill or get a new drill bit. I highly don’t recommend going there. This was 65 dollars you can go to a way nicer/cleaner place for that amount.

Got there at 6 o’clock-ish to get a pedicure and the doors were locked. Sign on the door says that they close at eight. Very disappointed call the number to see if maybe they were in the bag or on break and the lady said that they were slow so they closed and to come back tomorrow. Highly dissatisfied.

I came here today to have my acrylic nails soaked off. The girl who started off doing my nails was good but an Asian woman came in and took over . She began to pull out fake nail tips preparing to stick it in between my nails and ruin my nail beds. I asked her not to do such because it’s painful and it will further ruin my nails . I told her I wanted them soaked off. She proceeded to tell me that it will take longer and said it would take an hr to take off . I have had my nails soaked off many times and it has never took that long . I told her that’s fine I’ll get the soak off still . She got frustrated about it . She began soaking off my nails and rushing through and when we got to the end she again pulled out a nail tip and proceeded to stick it in between my nails after I told her I didn’t want her to do that in the beginning . My thumb nails also still had acrylic left on them . I will never come back here, not even for a simple service like a soak off . The place was also very ran down and out dated, and very slow paced . I assumed it’s because of the service and disregard for the customers wants.

I went to get a full set and came out needing a fill in. When I showed the staff the areas where there was no acrylic she got loud with me. My nails look like a child did them. The acrylic and paint. I will never go here again. $45 and I walked out needing a fill-in

Let me just say that my cuticles are all cut up as you see on the photo, not to mention they just put the cuticle clipper back in the drawer without cleaning it. The nail tech fussed at me because I complained, as this was not the requested design. I will not be returning, they are rude and dishonest about what they can do. The lady told me “not to come back.” I told her “I won’t be honey.”

They have the worse service all the time, they have awesome variety of nail colors but everything else is horrible. Doesn’t sanitize items, cuts my fingers, and always has attitudes I would never come here again
