If i could give it 0 stars, i would. My nails are bulky and uneven and all i asked for was a simple long french tip, they gave me a curved tip. The base of my nails look junky and they don’t even clean things before they reuse them. The person who did my nails used the same brush that cleaned the dust off my nails to wipe down the table BEFORE using it on another customer. Never going back.

Loan is my boo!! She keeps my nails looking amazing!! Always coming up with beautiful designs and uses all the latest techniques!! I’m constantly getting asked who does my nails even when my nails are old and need to be done! I have been getting my nails and feet done by Loan for over 14 years and I will forever remain loyal!!

This place feels just like home I have a great experience everytime my pedicure is done to perfection and Mrs.Loan and Mr.T make sure my nails and designs are the best and also Mrs Loan is the best with eye brow and eye lash extensions I drive 45 minutes just for this type of service and prices I wouldn't go anywhere is there is a second home

I went into this establishment for the first time today and it was nothing happy about it! I only needed one nail fixed because it broke off.. I didn’t get his name but he’s the first table to your left when you walk in! A older male.. He was extremely rude and was screaming at me at the top of his lungs, all because I wanted to be sure that he was doing a overlay for my one nail and not just putting polish on.. He was yelling at me telling me how I should have been paying attention and looking then I wouldn’t have to ask him that! I explained to him that I’m not a nail tech so I wouldn’t know..and it’s my first time there.. I was just asking to be sure! He was extremely rude for no reason! He then started screaming at me in front of everyone to get out as he was pointing at the door! He didn’t even finish the one nail.. he screamed get out, get out atleast 6 times until I was no longer in the building.. No customer service, Or hospitality very rude and disrespectful. And please for the love of God don’t ask a question! Would not recommend! Would give 0 stars if i could

Annie is the best!!!! However, she does not work there anymore. They have some amazing nail techs, but Annie was my girl!!!! Good vibes, excellent prices, and very friendly staff. Long and T are great owners!!! I've been going to them since 2009.

Date May 30 2023 I had to edit my old review from 4 years ago because there was no place to add a new review .. I haven't been here in almost four years so because my nail technician was on vacation for 4 weeks I decided to give them another try . I've been growing my nails for about 7 months now on my left hand so they were dear to me .I keep the nails on my right hand cut low due to typing alot . Long story shorter I communicated with the nail technician what I wanted .I said I want to keep my left hand nails long and juts file evenly and my right hand nails as they are just file evenly ..He said you wear one hand long one hand short I said yes.The entire time he didn't engage nor talk to me at all . So anyways while relaxing and watching TV I took a break to look at my nails and he had cut off all of my hard work on my left hand .I said no you wasn't suppose to cut my nails he said Ii thought you wanted even with right hand I said no that's not what I told you .He apologized and that was it .. (Its wild that after his mistake he wanted to start talking to me asking me where im from etc )No I can discount No next service on me no nothing .I didn't want to make a scene and end up on a video so I cried within and was truly sad .I know some may say that's nothing but to me engaging and listening to your customer is vital .If lije growing your hair shoulder length for two years after having no hair ,then to realize your beautician has cut your hair off .. So I'm still hurt by this ..

Nails look absolutely horrible!! Decided to try this place out while I was in town. Not a great selection for chrome colors. He didn’t take the time to wipe the excess paint smh. Very thin layer of coat, I told him to do two coats but never did. I do not recommend!!!

Terrible customer service. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady made me wait in the room for a long period of time and came back without an explanation. She didn’t greet me or make conversation. She did a half job on my eyebrows and rushed through it. I go to pay for it this terrible service and the man snatches by card out of my hand. The card reader wasn’t on his side it was on mine. There wasn’t any need for him to snatch my card. I understand being busy but do better. I’ll go somewhere else from here on out.
