Skip the palo santo, macrame, and spa water. This place is no frills in the best way possible. Lisa was tremendous, strong, and precise. Coming back here again. So delighted to have found this gem.

These people are good at what they do. It's not the fanciest place but they are effective and get the job done. If you need to be pampered this is not the place, but they will definitely help get your knots out. Recent remodel has improved the experience, and there are now curtains that they pull between each station.

I've been here several times, always bringing friends along. From the outside this massage spa could give a different impression about what they do, but they are incredibly professional and give great massages for such an affordable price. I've had a massage from 4 different therapists now and I have enjoyed every visit. The massage is mostly clothed, starting with a foot soak and neck massage then ending with the option for an unclothed back oil massage.

I paid $50 to be in pain. I had to tell the masseuse six different times he was using too much pressure. The employees talk to each other and laugh while massaging so you can’t relax. Save your money and go somewhere else.

In Westwood you can get a full body massage for $35 they are good at getting knots out and they are all good I love this place over any fancy spa

Like others have mentioned, they shamelessly guilt you into tipping more — even if you’ve tipped over 20%. The massages used to be better, but now they are painful and the masseuses occasionally wreak of cigarettes.

Skip it. I paid $40 for a 1 hr massage and tipped $10, or 25%. It was lower than their "suggested tip" amount (which they put on their menu). My masseuse could not get over it. Things have gone too far here. Do NOT go!!!

Do not come here unless you want to leave injured. I came here a few days ago with my boyfriend. I’ve been to hundreds of massage places and never had this experience. As a former athlete and coach, I know you should NEVER apply pressure to the spine and the massage guy put his fist on my spine and pressed down so hard I thought I was gonna pass out. I’m in severe pain and can’t get out of bed. Please avoid this place. I like rough massages but not negligence. Again, no spine pressure or lower spinal press. This is dangerous!

I arrived and came with my boyfriend and the man massaging me was really kind and I tipped him $10. But my boyfriends masseuse was very rude. When my boyfriend gave him $10 dollars for tip, he said to him, “that’s it? That’s it?”. We always tip well and considering that they did not complete a full hour as said on the prices, was also sketchy. I made sure to check the time once starting and finishing. We did not mind that everyone that gets serviced here are all in the same room getting massages at the same time. We will not be returning and giving our business to them nor will we recommended. The lack of good customer service is missing in this place. One bad experience ruins the ambience and zen from any massage parlor. I hope things change and they improve so their rating can increase. Since my masseuse did a fine job I gave 3 stars.

I've been living with severe back pain for the past 17 years, and get frequent massages as a result. They're usually usually good, or at worst, useless. This, however, was my first BAD experience. I came here because I'm broke, and they have a great price. Don't make my mistake. I paid extra for a room because I wanted oil, but the room was almost too small to be able to relax, the tabletop was bowed and uncomfortable, with minimal padding (if any) for my chin/ face, the oil (or maybe the guy's skin?) felt a bit grainy, and I left feeling itchy all over.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Background: I (29M) and my girlfriend (28F) went here for a massage yesterday. We both HATE giving bad reviews, so it really takes a lot for us to go out of our way to write this review. First, the masseuse was using his elbow for about 80% of the massage, digging into my back and SPINE. I asked him multiple times to go lighter, but he wouldn’t. I ended up gritting my teeth and working through the pain. Today, I have dark marks and bruises on my back (there is nothing else I did between yesterday and today that could have caused this). In spite of the terrible massage, I still gave a decent tip of $10 (total) for mine and my girlfriend’s massage (she also reported hating her massage). THEY PARTIALLY BLOCKED THE DOOR AND WOULDN’T LET US LEAVE UNLESS WE GAVE MORE MONEY. I was genuinely concerned that they might assault us because they were so upset. Mind you, we were polite/courteous/respectful to them the entire time. My girlfriend finally pulled a $20 out of her wallet and gave it to them and then they let us leave. I will never go back here again, and wouldn’t send any friends or family here. Terrible massage, terrible service, and hostile staff. Do not go here. Please trust me. I am not an overly sensitive person with high expectations. This was a truly terrible experience. Today, my back is in PAIN (not just “sore”) and I had to get icy hot to help relieve the pain.

Loved my message from Lee. Don’t be afraid to tell them exactly what you need worked on. This is a true reflexology foot rub. They start with a shoulder and neck massage while you soak your feet. Then they spend the rest of the time on your feet. Nice and relaxing vibe. The masseuse are wearing masks but of course the good people of Florida go mask less. I wore mine inside.

There is no sense of privacy here. It is open to all. Owner does also massaging amidst cashiering. Tried to give $10 tip but he wants more even if he got a lot of breaks for cashiering. My partner is happy with the back massage but foot is not that good as Masa masa.

They raised the price from $25 to $30 for full body and feet 60mins massage. Tbh I don’t want to give this place a 5 stars just cuz they are getting so many custom now and I have to make reservations in advance! Service is great and I will keep coming back.
