Had a great experience with Bri- she is super sweet and made me feel comfortable doing my Brazilian. They specialize in working with dark skin, and Bri was very knowledgeable about the whole process. I got the impression management is slightly disorganized and I had some issues with booking a package for my full arm. Overall worth it and would come back here again for the quality of the service

I had the BEST experience. I went in for a laser facial and the esthetician Bri was amazing. The receptionist was super sweet and welcoming as well, as soon as I walked in I felt great vibes. But not only was Bri gentle but she was so informative. I could feel her passion for skin and its health. I honestly feel like Bri went above and beyond for me. She was probably just providing good customer service but I felt like I had a special experience this morning. I told her I was nervous bc I’ve never had laser before and she made me feel so comfortable and I left my appointment with new insight. And might i add, the laser doesn’t hurt at all!! Thank you Bri. She didn’t know about the hectic, stressful morning I had prior to my service but it’s like my spirit needed our interaction today. I’m very grateful.

I got the face hair lazer removal on the neck and chin . I must say I was a bit nervous being that this was my first time ever getting this done but the staff was incredible and attentive. Ms.Angela answered all my questions and concerns and made this experience feel comfortable and safe for me. After my first session, 4 weeks later I have not seen no ingrown marks and little to no facial hair. Coming here was one of my best decisions, I wish I came here sooner! Thank you !

I have had a great experience at Harlem Zen. I suffer from keloids and this experience has helped me to not have ingrown hairs which causes keloids. Bri is amazing and very kind as well as all the other staff members. Bri made me feel relaxed and comfortable during each treatment and I’m looking forward to more and more treatments in other areas of my body.

So not going to lie- I had to overcome a fear of what this was about vs. Really never wanting to worry about bikini/underarm shaving bumps again. I read a lot of info and reviews on Reddit and Google before coming to HZ. I have no regrets! Bri was great in Walking me through the process and making sure my needs were met. I also like that you can pay as you go vs having to buy bundles up front. I felt very comfortable coming here as a women of color. Thank you Bri!

Bri is AMAZING! She’s super sweet and explains each step thoroughly. After only two sessions, I’ve noticed that my hair under my chin and underarms hasn’t grown back. The spa is exceptionally clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are many questionable spas out there, but Harlem Zen is definitely not one of them. As an African-American, I’ve had a great experience and great results using the YAG laser here.

Harlem Zen (South Fulton location specifically) has changed my life. As a person who suffers from excessive hair growth, finding the right environment to allow someone to see me was difficult. I trust Day and Marika with my skin. They don't just offer laser hair removal, they are my safe space! The customer service is amazing and the experience every 4 weeks is something I get excited about. As a busy mom (teen and toddler), my laser hair removal time is JUST FOR ME. Harlem Zen radiates love and warmth every single time I visit.

I had an AMAZING first-time experience at HZ with a few of my family members. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating and professional! Bri was the tech that performed my Laser/Micro Combo treatment, which went perfectly. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time getting that service, but Bri talked me through everything and answered any questions I had.

I've been going to Harlem Zen for several months now for my monthly laser hair removal sessions, and I can't recommend it enough. The spa itself is always clean and inviting, which makes each visit a real treat. What really sets Harlem Zen apart, though, is Bree—the technician I work with every time. She's not only incredibly skilled at what she does but also super friendly and caring. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel so at ease, especially during something like laser hair removal. This was my first time visiting Harlem Zen and the name truly speaks for itself. Angela M is such a wonderful person and she kept me informed on what she was doing and making sure I was okay. I had my first laser treatment with Bri and she was excellent. She answered all my questions and provided great tips for after care. I drive about 40 min to this place in Atlanta traffic and it’s 100% worth it!! I highly recommend.
